I Stayed at this hotel on March 17th it was great. very nice Front Desk Personel, they were the best.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for the Mercedes Marathon weekend. The hotel was very quiet and well located.

Bed was very comfortable, although the bathroom was tiny, it was immaculately clean. Food was average and very expensive, the accessibility to breakfast outweighed cost. The atmosphere was that of a business population. Since we were there for sporting events at the sportsplex (minutes away) we were dressed out of place but the employees showed us nothing […] but great hospitality. This is my second stay with the Hilton Birmingham. And every stay is wonderful. The guest services representatives at the front desk were very hospitable. I had requested a room with double beds and a sofa bed, but the room they had me in did not have a sofa bed. I simply called downstairs, informed them of my request and in less than three minutes […] they sent someone up with a new set of keycards to a bigger room. When I requested extra towels, the housekeeping representative arrived with warm towels and a friendly attitude. I also enjoyed that this hotel is close to shopping at The Summit and a variety of eateries along Hwy 280. I highly recommend Hilton Birmingham and I will definitely stay here again. Đọc thêm

Requested smoking room ahead of time and did not get that. No refrigeraters or microwaves wish is what I thought I paid for..... So not as happy as I would have liked but OK...

The front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. First problem was no early check in because of reservation throught hotels.com. Second probelm was finally getting a room only to discover it had no bedding. (Dominica at the front desk gave us a coupon and we selected a free breakfast.) We got another room. My daughter and I were there recently for a mom/daughter outing. Loved the location, .5 mile from The Summit and 5 miles from Brookwood Village. Also, great restaurants nearby. Had a great stay. Would stay there again. Very safe!!

Loved it! My only complaint is the housekeeping staff went through a "tour" of all the empty rooms at 6am every morning & slammed the doors as they did it-waking me up. Me and the wife were driving from Louisiana and decided to stop there for the night. The staff there was excellent. The food was a little pricey but delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was nice and spacious and did I mention the staff was amazing. Southern hospitality at its best. The only down side was the elevator. Had a little […] shake to it. Wonderful staff and service.

From the ease of checking-in, to the quality of the hotel, this is one of the more comfortable nights I've spent in a hotel. It shouldn't be a surprise as Hilton is an elite hotel chain, but I was still impressed by the courtesy and the service of the staff and the ammenities offered by this location. The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean […] and neat, as well as warm water at a superb pressure. The bed... Oh, the bed... It made it jealous. It was hand's down, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I'm now looking at replacing my mattress at home because I know what a bed should feel like! Enjoyed this hotel. The clerk at the front desk is super. Laurie Beth makes you feel like you are coming home. The room was pleasant. Area around sofa and desk was roomy. Bathroom was extremely small. My husband and I laughed about the movement we had to do to share the bathroom. Room was clean . Bed was comfortable, but pillows were not.

We found the hotel to be very nice. One of the comments was that the breakfast, phone and internet were extra, which for some strange reason seems to be the case for most top-end hotels. The rooms were clean, fairly up-to-date, had a large, HD television, and all the ammenities you would expect from a Hilton-type hotel. We found the staff to be very […] accomodating and friendly. The fitness room was decently equipped, and for a small fee you can use the Gold's Gym that is literally next door. This is not a Hampton Inn with free breakfast, but there is an excellent bakery (Edgar's) in the shopping center next to the hotel that is recognized as one of the best bakeries in Birmingham and they serve breakfast to order. Wonderful place to stay. Rooms are really clean and shopping and food are close by. Again, rooms were clean and bathroom seemed newly renovated. Will stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great. I was disappointed that the only way to get a room with a refrigerator was to pay extra money to have them bring one to your room and there were no microwaves in the rooms. In addition, they charged for wireless and that was sad b/c even Motel 6 offers free wireless. Overall good hotel, good service, nice rooms. What you'd expect from a quality mid-line hotel. Breakfast was only OK (no dairy-free milk options), OK pool, but no hot tub, good AC, could leave the fan running, comfy beds, helpful staff. Would definitely go back.

My stay was very pleasant. Room was very attractive and clean!! Loved the large bed. Location is perfect for highway access, etc.

My stay at the Hilton Perimeter Birmingham was great. The staff was friendly. All of my accommodations exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very nice, well kept and the bathrooms were spotless.

Chamber Maids too loud early Saturday morning. Hall way noise & doors shut way to loudly. there should be a cushion strip in door jams. This problem is in every place I've ever stayed. We should start a company that provides this for all your places world wide. I'll be your international supervisor. the room and facility was quite nice and as expected . the " restaurant " was really more of a bar with some food- there was a reason that there were only 2 of us in there trying to eat and quite a large number at the bar. The food was terrible .

The Hilton Hotel (Hwy 280) in Birmingham - very convenient location - lots of places to eat, shop and see. Great Accommodations!!!

Room was fairly new, clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were nice. There were not enough outlets to charge various devices (laptops, phones, games) but this seems to be common to many hotels. Wasn't thrilled with dinner at the hotel restaurant.

I expected more from a Hilton hotel. They charge $12.00 for internet and $1.00 for a local call. I did not feel this particular hotel was any better, luxurious than a 3 star hotel. Ok but management not customer friendly. Booked room with breakfast, hotel management denied they included breakfast in the rate quoted. Until I was able to get home and show hotels.com the web page where I got my information, I was unable to resolve the situation. Fortunately hotels.com reimbursed me for costs.

Staff was very pleasant, beds were so very comfortable. Went for the Talladega race on Nov 1st, easy access to freeway. Will stay there again next race.

Very friendly and helpful service employees, especially at the front desk. We enjoyed our stay.
