Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. After a long day at the Convention Centre and tasty bite and a drink at the Grainery Bar was perfect.

Location was great and hotel was clean. Room was too hot and I was unable to lower the tempature enough to suit my needs. Cost was over $200 and in my opinion there was nothing special about the hotel and if I was pricing it I would value it at $100 a night. Location was the only value to me. Wouldn't stay again, likely try another one in the area.

I thought the stay was good. The location of the hotel for getting in and out for driving was a little tough though. Otherwise, staff and service was great. Good food and drinks.

I thought the new lift system (new since my last visit anyway) was really clever and worked a treat. No queues or hanging around or stopping at the wrong floor. It made all the difference. The food was good too.

What a great place! Centrally located and close to train station. We were there in Christmas and the whole spirit was lively. Highly recommended.

lovely all around except that the toilet stopped working properly the morning of check out day. location was fabulous and hotel amenities were great.

I often end up at the Hyatt since most of my tradeshows are held there. Since the renovation a few years ago, the rooms have become some of my favorite in Vancouver. I stayed with my husband at the Hyatt for just a night. The girl on the desk was helpfull and very nice. The room was very clean and cozy with an amazing comfy bed. On the other side the parking was ridiculously pricy. But apart from that we enjoyed it.

We were met with a friendly and helpful reception desk lady who personally showed us how to operate the new elevator system. Our room was very nice, very comfortable, with great views of the city and of the waterway. An excellent hotel. Amazingly helpful staff. The only complaint we have is that the supposedly gluten free breakfast my husband ate in the hotel restaurant was not fully gluten free in practice.

Bed's and pillows are not especially comfortable. Main peeve was that internet connection is a $10/per day charge which in today's market seems out of touch.

I think the best of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel also had a terrific location, convenient to everything in the city. Absolutely supurb views from our room window. And quiet too, very, very quiet.

The hotel is perfectly positioned. Air train station is just next door. Hop on hop off trolley stop right outside. Good dining and cafes within walking distance. Convenient having Tim Hortons and McDonalds also next door. The shopping centre adjoined was handy with a great pharmacy and Starbucks on site. The room was lovely, very spacious and beds extremely […] comfortable. We stayed on the 17th floor and the view was fairly good. Room service quick and food really good. We dined in Mosaic for breakfast which is a little expensive but the food is very good. The staff were extremely helpful as I had injured my back prior to arriving. I was in Vancouver for four days on my way home for the holidays. The Hyatt Regency was a wonderful place to stay. Great hotel staff, clean well maintained room, and the location could not have been more central and convenient. Many things to do and see within walking distance, an abundance of restaurants and bars in the area, and getting to the airport […] is easy. the hotel is very comfortable and with a great locations, not so good if you are with small kids. other hotels would have a better environment for that such as indoor pool, larger spaces, food area that would suit better and so on.

I stayed 5 nights in a preferred view room during the Dec/Jan Holidays. I liked the design, comfort, size and view in the room, especially considering the cost/night. I entertained a few people prior to going out on NYE and received compliments on the view/room and elevator efficiency. Some minor things I didn't like was the lack of complimentary items. […] Internet was not free, costs roughly $10 per day. There was never any bottled water available in the room. Great place to stay and would stay again next time we are in Vancouver. The location was very convenient to everything you would want to do downtown. Very clean and modern- you won't go wrong staying here.

It is pretty good actually. We require a crib setup and it is there already when we arrive. And we require to bring in slippers, kettles all done with just a phone call. The only thing is parking is a little too expansive, $38 a day(incl tax), The charge before tax is $28, somehow the hotel require to charge double tax(i am not sure what are they), […] the price ended up to be $38. And wifi is not included, $9.9 a day, which is ridiculous to me, wifi is everywhere now, such a great hotel should have it free for guests. Đọc thêm

We enjoyed our stay there very much. However the Valet Parking is quite expensive. You are better off parking yourself. Even that is not cheap. Other than that it is a great location and fine hotel. They have upgraded their rooms nicely and their elevators.

The staff at the Hyatt were very accomodating. The quality of the room service breakfast was dreadful...the amount you pay you would think they would service fresh orange juice and not a water down concentrate. The cleanliness of the room could have improved a bit (stains on the walls). From the moment we stepped out of our taxi. We were treated as royality. They made sure our room was exactly as we had requested before we walked in the door. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We had breakfast delivered the next morning that was wonderful. The elevators were a really help. I was on the 29th floor-- the Regency Club-- and this is a wonderful gem! This is like the comfort of home in a hotel! I was able to use the computers and printer, get a coffee or some water, and read the newspaper in homelike space. The hotel staff generally and the concierge in the Regency club were excellent-- went out of their way to be helpful. […] I felt safe and taken care of.
