We celebrated our honeymoon at your hotel and were treated exceptionally well. We were treated to a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne! Will certainly consider staying there again.

Attended a wedding at a church one block away from the hotel. Beautiful hotel, staff was incredible, parking was pretty pricey, but the valet service was awesome. The price of the hotel stay included breakfast. Excellent, will definitely stay here again!

First the price raised in the 20 minutes from booking the room to getting there to check in. The "upgraded room" we were in was small but nice. The shower only had a diameter of about an inch. Parking and internet should be included in the hotel fee. It is preposterous to not include any parking except for a $30 Valet parking per night. It is 2013 and wireless internet should be a given for any hotel stay in America.

Amazing location, great staff and nice room. I just wish my room had a fridge. Great places to eat around the hotel, but don't bring any back.

We booked the hotel last minute, but good a good deal on the rate. It is only about a block and a half from the 16th St mall, and walking distance from pretty much anything you want to do in Downtown Denver. Hotel was nice, room was comfortable, staff was very helpful and professional. Will cost you $30 to valet, but nearest parking garage a couple […] of blocks away will cost you $10-20+ anyway, so its worth it. The stay at the hotel was good, upon our arrival the guest services was very pleasant. The room was clean but very small especially the bathroom, it was a little uncomfortable but for only one night it was ok. The only downfall is that they dont have comlimentary valet parking which is standerd in the most of the hotels in that category. they have an […] upcharge for the valet parking of 30 dollars, this is "ridiculous", considering that one block away you can park at a open lot for 10 dollars. Key reason to staying here and they took out the hot tub, steamer, and sauna to add more tredmils. Wasn't aware if the change, will stay somewhere else.

We truely felt like guests not just occupants. The psuedo concierge was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Comfy bed. We came up to watch the Bronco game, and the shuttle they offered was super convenient, and came frequentl so there was very little wait time. I have worked in hotels in the past and was very sympathetic for the guest services agent who checked us in. There was an issue going on in the hotel that had emergency crews there, the phones were ringing off the hook and we were checking in late. during the health club renovation you need to keep the fitness area cleaner. Equipment was covered in dust, water cooler was dirty, cups had dust all over them, wipes container was dirty.

We were very disappointed in the fact that they charge a hefty fee for wireless internet. Less expensive hotels do not charge for this amenity and when I brought it to their attention, they couldn't explain why they do it.

Just a block and a half from the 16th Street mall. Close enough to walk to it but far enough from it that you don't hear it at night. Hotel room was clean and up to date and the hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating.

I brought my daughter and my son to stay for my daughter's birthday. The staff were great and they signed a card and delivered a birthday dessert to the room. The rooms and amenities lived up to Marriott's big name. The location is perfect, being right in the center if downtown. My only gripe revolves around the $30/night parking charge. The breakfast was most amazing and staff was very helpful.

Naturally this is in a great location for the downtown scene. Not this particular hotel's fault, as all downtown hotels have taken to gouging the patron for parking, but it would be nice if Denver would stop punishing tourists by making them pay $24-29 a night for parking. Pretty stupid. This hotel is quite classy...the staff is knowledgeable and direct […] but still friendly. My room faced 17th street and the building next door was doing construction. At 6am. That was a little annoying but not Marriott's fault. It only lasted for about 45 minutes so i'm thinking the masses complained and got them to stop. Otherwise the hotel was very quiet and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Valet takes upwards of 20 minutes to retrieve your car...longest i've ever had to wait for a valet to retrieve my vehicle, but they treated my luxurious and sporty Corolla LE just as they would have my Lotus - if i had a Lotus. Great location for Denver Convention Center and 16th Street Mall shops and restaurants. Requested a room on one of the higher floors and was accomodated with the top 20th floor - Great View! Strange that there was no refrigerator in the room. Valet our car for $29 which was a bit pricey with parking next door for half that, but the convenience was still […] nice to have. Drinks in the bar were priced at a premium as well! Hot tub was way hot (not the usual 104, much warmer) and the pool was very cool. Noon checkout was a bonus! Relaxing. We were hosting a big event and decided to enjoy our late evening by staying downtown Denver. It was a mini vacation for us in a King Suite.

Excellent service, beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds. Only downside was the parking. If you want to self-park, you have to drive around the block to use a parking garage. Was a long walk to carry luggage and the parking garage did not have an elevator. Zombie crawl was happening on 16th street mall, was not a great time to visit for a family.

The check in attendant was wonderful, the room was clean, and the room service was great. My brand new car came back from Valet with a huge ding in the door so that's a bit disheartening.

Room was old, toilet didnt flush well, air conditioner made noises all night turning on and off, iron was spastic. But there is a starbucks in the the hotel and it is close to 16th st mall. Would not stay again. I expected a bit more.

Close to 16th st mall, which was nice. Carpet was wet, not sure why. Parking was 29.00 per day. Staff friendly.
