Leonardo Royal Hotel Düsseldorf Königsallee - Dusseldorf

The hotel name on the outside of the building is not Holiday Inn so I was a bit uncertain that I was in the right location, but I asked and they did have my reservation. The room was nice, but there was a silverfish in the bathtub in the morning when I went to take a shower, but overall the room was clean. The location was nice, except there was a marathon […] the morning I was trying to leave town, the desk clerk said I would be fine parking in the garage 2 blocks from the hotel, but it wasn't. The marathon closed off all the streets surrounding the garage and hotel.The real shocker was when I went to check out there was an added 22 Euro fee for the breakfast which was not communicated to me either when I checked in nor when I went to the breakfast room. Hotel very dated and bedroom not very clean. On the bright side Hotel staff were very helpful and professional. Shame about the hotel food !!!

My friend and I loved the hotel. It was clean, welcoming and the breakfast was amazing, lots of choice. Really enjoyed the pool too. The hotel is very close to the centre which was easy.

A pretty average Hotel, but well placed, we went to Dusseldorf to Christmas market. The hotel room was not dirty but needed a good Hoover and the fittings were cheap and tired. My wife drank a bottle of water placed on the side of the bed, cost €4.50 a rip off. Okay breakfast and good location and staff. Wouldn't go back

We stayed in Dusseldorf one night before catching a flight out back to Spain. The Holiday Inn was very nice and walking distance to upscale shopping and the Alstadt. The rooms were clean and modern and very comfortable for our short stay. There was even an indoor pool that we stumbled upon. I spent two nights here with my wife in December. Hotel is very pleasant, fresh and clean. Wife appreciated the pool. It's on a main road but our room was at the back and was extremely quiet. I have stayed many hotels in Dusseldorf during my business trips before but I highly reccommend Holiday Inn. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient to travel anywhere in Dusseldorf.

Generally the hotel was comfortable, however if you stay in the annexxe building at the back you will have to go through a maze of corridors. It seems that as the hotel expanded it bought another smaller building at the rear. TV extremmelly slow between channels otherwise OK.

Хороший удобный отель недалеко от старого города и министерского квартала, а также от старой гавани с потрясающей архитектурой новых кварталов. В бассейне и сауне всегда мало посетителей. Хорошие очень разнообразные завтраки с шампанским. Достойный отель для краткого пребывания в Дюссельдорфе.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Frühstück richtig klasse! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die überteuerte Tiefgarage, deren Einfahrt zusätzlich noch extrem schmal ist. Ansonsten sehr gut und direkt neben der Kö natürlich prima gelegen!

The hotel was perfectly located in Dusseldord, just at the end of Königsallee, the shopping mekka and a 5 minute walk from the Altstadt with also great shopping and a great nightlife. I had a room in the old part of the hotel, and it really was old. The food was a disappointment, except for the breakfast which was good. I do not recommend the room service at all. They had a swimmingpool as the only recreational option, which had the same old quality as the part of the hotel I stayed in. But the water was clean and I mostly had the pool by myself. Кроме того в номере не работало телевидение, о чем тут же было указано на стойке регистрации, но даже на следующий день телевещание восстановлено не было.

Dusseldorf is verwennerij en dit hotel draagt daar zeker een steentje aan bij. Het ontbijt(buffet) is top. Pure luxe. Verder heeft het hotel een warme, gezellige uitstraling. Top ! De locatie is perfect, ligt dicht bij alles en in het centrum.

Ideale Lage im Zentrum. Unter den 4-Sterne Hotels, die kein inbegriffenes Frühstück bieten, man kann in der Nähe im Stehcafé frühstücken, oder ca.23 € im Hotel extra bezahlen. Keine Hausschuhe vorhanden, dies spricht nicht für die Sauberkeit des Hotelzimmers selbst, weil man Strassenschuhe im Zimmer trägt.
