My family and I stayed at this hotel and love it! The desk staff was nice! And were able to accommodate cribs for my kids. The only complaint was that some one was smoking in the room next to us and that was uncomfortable for us, but it was great otherwise. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Four Points was a fine hotel. The concerns we had was 1) the stool in the bath was very low 2) the breakfast selection was just ok, and you would think that with the name of "Sheraton" backing the hotel that they would have been able to serve a HOT breakfast...all items we had were cold. 3) on our last day I finally found our in room coffee brewer..hidden […] in the bottom of a large cabinet.....These maybe small things but I feel are quite important especially the breakfast...We ended up going somewhere else for breakfast just to have it hot. We stayed 2 days for a funeral , the room was clean and organized , the fridge and microwave were nice to have, the a/c was great and fast. The price was great for the quality compared to downtown DC hotels that cost 2-3 times more, I would definitely stay again.

I slept sooo peacefully. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rooms were set up like luxury suites. Everything at my disposable for either a short or long term stay. The Price was unbeatable for all the great amenities. Breakfast was awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay. Continental breakfast was excellent. We would stay there again. It was a relatively good price too.

The room was spacious, the bed was firm yet comfortable and the pillows were great! We will stay there again!

We had a three days stay. The hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. 15 minutes drive to the metro station where we caught the train into DC. Overall excellent for the value.

It took me 5 minutes at the check in desk, before a rude clerk looked up and gave me a room key. I'd requested a quiet room, but was put on the Route 66 side, so I could hear all the passing trucks. The restaurant was nice, but very slow service with only one other person there.

This hotel was so nice. The staff was very professional. The pool was great. My only challenge was it's location. The hotel is tucked away on a side road and even though there are signs directing you where to go it's tough to see them especially in heavy traffic. Other than that one item it's a wonderful place! I stayed at this hotel with 3 of my girlfriends after going to a concert in the area. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Conveniently located to Jiffy Lube Live and restaurants, this hotel was perfect!!

We spend the day in DC and then stayed in Manassas to visit the battlefield the next day. Room was clean and comfortable and there are lots of restaurants near by open late- we didn't check in until after 9 pm. VERY close to the battlefield which is a really great stop. Only complaint (minor), there was no remote in the room which they promtly fixed […] that evening. But then the next morning a maintence guy knocked on our door very early to try and give us another remote? Also, make sure to put the do not disturbe sign on the door if you plan of sleeping past 8 am. I forgot to and I had no one but 4 seperate housekeeping people try and enter our room to clean! A friend recommended the hotel. I was more than satisfied with the accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and hot and ready when we were. The room rate was affordable. The hotel is very near Interstate 66, route 29, and route 15. Very easy to get about the Manassas vicinity.

Conviniently located right off the highway. The front desk clerk was friendly and the check in was quick. The room was of good size for three of us to stay. Overall, we had a nice and cofortable stay. The beds were firm and nice for a good night sleep. Room was clean.. On the down side, the shower knob was broken in our bathroom and we had hard time […] using shower. Surprising that house keeping staff did not notice it and reported for repair. The major negative I noticed was that the bath towels were quite small in size and were very thin; a quality that you may expect at cheap motels. Stayed here for a night and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I accidentally got locked out of my room and the lady at the front desk was quite rude about giving me an extra key. Choices at the breakfast buffet were slim. But overall, not too bad.

This is a great hotel. Pillows were great! Amenities were great and well maintained. Breakfast wonderful and graciously served. Wonderful stay!

It was ok, cheap and comfortable enough. Bath towels could be waaaaay better, though. One of the supposed clean wash cloths had something nasty caked on it.

Nice hotel with good maintenance and staff. We were late for the breakfast but were gratefully able to join the table in the end. The location is fine in its proximity to the exit but it was a bit noisy during the night due to the nearby highway traffic.

This isn't a bad hotel but if I'm in the area again I'd stay elsewhere. The good: hot breakfast includes eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc., bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, hot shower. The bad: musky smell in halls and room, stains on the floors, room service plates stayed in hall all day and night and were cleared in the morning, staff […] could be more inviting. We were disappointed in the breakfast service. While the meal had been good, it was allowed to dry out quite a bit. There was no service except for clearing off the table. I had to get silverware from a different table. However, our room was very comfortable and the desk staff was great. The location was very easy to get to. We stayed on a saturday night on a double bed room. The room was maintained well, well stocked and was silent. The neighborhood has many shopping malls and theatres nearby The hotel provides a free breakfast in the morning,with FRESH cooked food items, juice , cereals, pastries,cookies and fruits, it was a heartfilling breakfast

The Four Points Sheraton was a mid priced offering during the time of my stay, and offered a pleasurable experience that more than met my expectations. Pros: Nice sized clean and well appointed room. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and room design. Free parking. Convenient location seconds off the Interstate. Motel and grounds well kept […] and in good condition. Typical free breakfast offerings and was done well. Cons: single elevator. Slightly more than some similar options. Restaurant/Bar closes early and was not open upon my arrival. Not many options locally for dining or getting basic supplies, and especially after 8-10pm. Overall a positive experience and I believe money well spent compared to the lower end options available (which are also a bit more expensive than normal in this area) and would stay again as well as recommend. We had a short, but pleasant stay. The biggest problem was finding the entrance. It's not very clearly marked, and we drove around for 10 minutes trying to find it. But the staff was courteous, and the free buffet breakfast was a hit. We stayed at another hotel in DC the following nights. $19 each for the same breakfast we had for free. I'd stay here […] again. The hotel was great for the most part. There were guests smoking inside on the first floor near the pool, that was disappointing. Breakfast each day was food reheated from the morning before. The hotel was beautiful, pool was great and staff was very friendly. The purpose of our trip was to visit DC. We chose this hotel because is was only 15 miles […] from the metro where we could park and ride the metro rail. This was a great plan on Saturday and Sunday. Monday was a little tricky to find parking and Tuesday all metro lots were full by 9:30 am. We ended up leaving this hotel a day early to stay at a hotel that offered a free shuttle to the metro. We had stayed here as a less expensive option while visiting in the DC area. Reviews had said breakfast was great, but we found a lot to be desired. For the price of this hotel and for only a one night stay it was ok. A little disappointed because we expected more from a sheraton. We selected a non-smoking room, yet our room really smelled like smoke terribly. Our clothes and items left the room smelling like smoke, so it was that bad. Stayed only one night on our way back from New York to Nashville. Room was comfortable. Liked that we didn't have to pay extra for a king. The huge king-size feather pillows were heavenly. The hot breakfast was very good. Would stay here again.

the staff was great. The restaurant served delicious food, large portions and good prices. The free breakfast was a definite plus. The heated indoor pool was very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable.
