Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort - Orlando

Stayed in Junior suite was great but a little dated. great experience overall.

I learned a lesson, dont take the brand Sheraton as always being a great stay. Very dissappointed in the conditiopn of the hotel. Elevators were like service elevators, small and dirty,. Got hit with $16.95 "resort fee" which included 2 bottles of water. Very dissappointed.

IT WAS VERY NICE, WISH I COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER. THE POOL AREA WAS VERY RELAXING AND LARGE. THE BEDS WERE MY FAVORITE, EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AFTER A DAY AT DISNEY. THE RESTAURANT, ZEST WAS VERY TASTY, WE WERE THINKING ABOUT GOING DOWNTOWN DISNEY BUT SAW THAT ZEST HAD A DELICIOUS MENU. MY HUSBAND AND I HAD A GREAT STAY!

Quite satisfied with our stay, expecially for the confortable location and the very nice pool. We did not have a good experience with the staff: arrived late in the evening, they assigned us to a room that was already occupied; in exchange of a reduction of the Universal tickets we were "kidnapped" for half a day by Sheraton sales people trying to sell […] us a time sharing contract; the room cleaner never replaced our shower gel bottles, even when requested. We were very happy in General. Only problems was the leak inthe toilet did not get taken care of til our last day. And the parking fee can due without and internet should be complimentary......otherwise love the place kids enjoyed pool an workout room. Would diffinately stay again. Great price for the night,

Internet was a pain ,had to reset often , iPad use was trouble to get on. Great staff and pool are was a pleasure to use.

The hotel itself is OK and it's nice that they offer a shuttle to Disney, but they have one of the worst on-site restaurants and the little morning snacks kiosk is no better. This was one of the few times I really considered putting down $0 for tip.

Our stay was very short but super comfy and clean. The service was great and it's close to all the fun in Orlando. It was just a great experience, I would stay here again without a doubt.

Excellent location, 10 minutes to Universal and 5 minutes from Disney. Beautiful pool view. Clean rooms. Fridge in room.

Great pool! VERY nice staff, but very slow. Newly remodeled, but still an old building. I can not call it a 4 star Hotel, but can call it a 5 star Motel if there was such a thing. Over all a great deal. Shuttles are not very convenient especially when they charge more for resort fees than ones in the area that run every half hour, not once or twice […] a day. The hotel was clean and nice looking on the inside. Just a Sheraton though, nothing spectacular about it. The location is directly on a main strip of road with businesses and restaraunts, not very private or relaxing. The self-parking "rules" seemed unnecessary and made the check-in process cumbersome. I wasn't expecting the hotel to be as great as it was...it felt like I was in the Caribbean. The staff was fantastic, the spa was relaxing and the beds were the best.

We decided on a whim to stay over in Orlando and picked the Sheraton on a whim. Everything about the place was wonderful and now we are planning to come back to Disney and stay are the Sheraton again!

Pros: excellent room service. Cons: coffee machine in the room but you have to PAY extra fees to use it with the coffee and small milk packs they have on the side. (eg, a small 10% milk is 3$ each, the starbucks coffee pack is 5$). Also, breakfast not included despite a 16.95+tax accomodation fee which includes free parking (ie, not enough parking […] space for all the guests, i had to pay for a valet service that night when coming back at 2 am) and internet (ie, extremely slow, with on/off connection). Finally, the bathroom actually has no sink! The sink is outside the bathroom! Just behind the main door of your room! S if you want to shave or simply brush your teeth, Everyone has to assist! Let's not talk about washing your hands after going to the bathroom....you have to flush, open the door , get out of the bathroom and head towards the sink. Ouuff.. Đọc thêm

The beds were exquisite, we were so tired from the Disney parks, that as soon as we got to the room, and saw those fluffy beds, we dove straight to sleep after a nice warm shower. That was one of my best sleeps...

This hotel is very good, the bed is wonderfull, the pillows and the sheets are very clean. The front desk people are very helpfull, and good location. There are many restaurants close to this hotel, and close to dowtown Disney. The pools are very clean and the hot tubs are good. Certanly we come again next year at this hotel.

The elevator, stairs and entrance walk way to the junior suits at building 4 needs some maintenance. You may want to consider some upgrades. It was not appealing on first approach. Actually I was concerned of what the rooms would be like untill I open the door.

i will never go back to this hotel..i could not sleep because of the heater loud noise..besides the rust inside and the broken door .i saw the low rating before my reservation i should`ve known that 3.7 is a red alarm to not do the reservation. the carpet around the heater was wet too.the faucet in the tub was loose and think that having the sink outside […] the bathroom is inconvenient. i am very sirprised this hotel is rated as 4 stars...i give it maximum 2 stars. The hotel is need of a complete renovation, the sign and front of the hotel have no lights. The parking lot is very dark and the lobby is like 100 miles from the rest of the building. I overpayed for my room and when I asked if they had wi-fi I was told there was 2 computers in the main lobby. When I booked the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort, it was a little unclear that the facilities charge would be an extra $17/day. The staff are all very professional and hardworking but there were glass containers all around the hot tub and discarded food items which made it unsanitary. I was thrown out 10 minutes after I climbed into the hot tub because […] it was after hours. I wish somewhere there was an adult hotel that treated adults like adults and allowed 24-hour use of the hot tub. My main complaint is not with the bedding or the staff but with the building itself. The ceiling height seemed to be barely more than 7 feet and I am 6'3" so it was like visiting a hotel for hobbits. Large dogs are allowed and there is substantial noise from animals and children and teens. The hallways are very old and dated. This hotel is a dinosaur and needs to be torn down. If Starwood, a company I love, did tear this property down I would appreciate the replacement being an ALOFT with a new grounds layout that enhances the Disney vibe. I would pay more to enjoy an Aloft room if I had more adult late-night access to a hot tub and pool. Until this happens, I would recommend spending similar money for a low-end Disney property value resort. Be prepared for lots of traffic if you try to drive out of this hotel at any time.
