A little out of the town centre but good service.

The hotel staff was very helpful with setting up tours at the various champagne houses since our French wasn't very good. The free breakfast in the morning was great. The only downside was that the room was tiny for the 3 people we had (really suited for 2). And, the Wi Fi wasn't working.

Lucked out with free parking on the street. Bed comfortable. Bar closed early. Ended up going to the hotel next door. Breakfast ok, could provide more. Enjoyed our stay.

We booked this hotel on the basis of our previous experiences with the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels in the UK. We were very disappointed by this hotel and will definitely not stay there agin. We arrived at the hotel around 20.00hrs on 22 December 2009. it was very cold! After being welcomed by the peasant reception staff we took the […] lift to our room. What a disappointment was in-store for us. The room had not been unheated and the heater did not work efficiently, so our room remained cold for the whole night - wonderful when there was snow on the ground outside! The room was tiny and the hanging area for coats was paltry. The room decor was tired and the lighting poor. The room was not particulary clean and it was obvious that the carpet had not been properly vacuumed. There very many cracked tiles on the bathroom walls and floor and the the grouting around the small bath was black. Thankfully, there was plenty of hot water so at least we were able to warm up in the shower/bath before going to bed. At least the bed was clean and comfortable and we were warm under the duvet. Perfectly satisfactory apart from we found bed a little hard for our comfort. Good buffet breakfast.

Bon hôtel, personnel compétent, chambre spacieuse et bonne literie, Salle de bain propre... Seuls les communs sont vieillots mais l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation

Accueil trés souriant et agréable, chambre relativement agréable. Petit dej agréable Parking un peu cher,et petit détail plus de gel douche. Mais j'en garderai un bon souvenir car l'hotel est proche du centre,pas besoin de véhicules.

Très bon accueil, situation géographique très accessible depuis l'autoroute et à proximité du centre ville. Calme et confortable

très bon rapport qualité-prix, le seul défaut des chambres est de disposer que d'une minuscule penderie et d'aucun autre meuble pour ranger des vétements.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig und Innenstadtnah. Die Zimmer sind klein und vor allem das Bad müssten dringend renoviert werden. Für Frankreich ein gutes Frühstück. Parken im verschlossenen Hof kostet extra.

Het was heel erg warm op de kamer en gezien de ligging was het raam openen geen optie (uitlaatgassen, geluid). Medewerker receptie tipte ons over een activiteit bij de kathedraal die zeer de moeite waard was. Als tussenstop is het hotel bevallen.

Extrêmement bien situé, cet hôtel très fonctionnel nous a ravis. Le bémol concerne la circulation routière qui peut gêner lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte. Le plus, les petits déjeuners sont offerts et d'excellente qualité. Toutes les visites pendant les 2 jours se sont faites à pied. Satisfaction totale.

Hotel à 10 minutes à pied du centre animé - calme côté cour - chambre propre - douche moyenne -bon buffet de petit déjeuner - non climatisé et ventilateur fourni.

Goed hotel. Fijn dicht bij het centrum. We hadden niet te klagen over lawaai. De ramen hebben dubbele beglazing; De mensen aan de balie waren vriendelijk, de kamer was heel proper. Het enige minpunt was dat er geen airco was (maar dat weet je op voorhand) en het was dat weekend net heel warm. Maar wat wil je voor die prijs. Diegenen die niet tevreden […] zijn over dit hotel moeten maar een duurder hotel boeken, je kunt niet alles hebben voor die goedkope prijs. Dus: prijs-kwaliteit is zeer goed. Une petite remarque de la chambre, sans doute que la television a été déplacée et malheureusement les anciens petits trous dans le mur sont laissés, ce qui nous a pas dérangé du tout, mais je pense est nécessaire de le dire.

Das Hotel ist Verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden und Verkehrslärm hört man nicht. Die Chatedrale ist ein unbedingtes Muss! Die Zimmer sind nur etwas unsauber gemessen am deutschen Standart. Spinnwebe oder Staub an der Zimmerdecke darf nicht stören. Wir haben uns wenig im Zimmer aufgehalten, deshalb waren wir zufrieden. Hotellet ligger tæt på centrum og Catedralen. Desuden var der ikke langt til udfaldsvejene (motorveje), som man havde gode tilkørselsforhold til. Trods beliggenhed tæt ved motorvej, var gadestøjen minimal og ikke generende for nattesøvnen!

Hotel proche du centre touristique aux chambres spacieuses et très bien équipées. Situé à proximité d'axes de circulation et de parkings publics, le bruit peut parfois être dérangeant. Une chambre donnant sur la cour/parking intérieure est l'idéal ! Buon soggiorno in Hotel pulito , confortevole & funzionale ., a due passi dal centro in zona reletivamente tranquilla . Camere piccole ma ben strutturate con tutto il necessario Ottima colazione a Buffet . Consigliato x tutti

Ett mycket prisvärt alternativ. Rent och snyggt, bekväma sängar, god frukost.

Quelle déception. cet hotel est moins bien qu'un formule 1 de base. il donne sur l'autoroute, ce qui rend impossible de s'endormir. Les chambres sont petites, sales et les sdb datent d'un autre âge. A cela vous rajoutez un personnel désagréable.Quelle arnaque pour le prix . C honteux ...

Die Zimmer waren ok, aber die Leute am Empfang wissen nicht was Dienstleistung bedeutet.

accoglienza poco amichevole ma in quel tipo di struttura non è importante

cet hotel est très bien situé pour visiter la cathédrale de Reims, à 5mn a pied, et les monuments du centre ville. il est très propre, fonctionnel, facile d'accès par l'autoroute A4. pas de restaurant quand nous y sommes allés (fermé pour l'été) mais petit déjeuner buffet bien rempli. seul pb : pas de clim... et il faisait chaud !
