The overall stay was great but they dont tell you that if you leave and come back the valet is only for diamond guest only and it dont matter if you stay there or not . It was not full so I had to park at ballys and walk back to my room. Please fix that

Tower I was in was terrible. The room was loud, the amenities were minimal. Have stayed in Flamingo many times, but this was first time in the far tower and the quality of the rooms is much lower there.

If I knew that do to construction that the airport shuttle dropped you off and picked you up two blocks from the hotel with all your luggage and that the noise at 2:00 AM and again at 6:00 AM so loud that my room had to be changed, I would never have stayed there. Long lines to check in unless you have signed up for a rewards card and If you enjoy coffee […] in your room be sure you have a Go room or you have to stand in long lines at Mrs. Fields in the morning. The only plus side is a wonderful location on the strip. I had no idea about construction in the hotel as the travel agents or any of friends knew anything about either. Room was very average.. no high class or extra thrills.. but price per night wasn't high priced either... If you are on a budget good place to stay..right in the middle of north and south Vegas Blvd... no coffee makers in rooms so bring your own or pay $5 a cup at the coffee shops..or small refrigerators either.. bring a cooler if you want cold beer […] or pop in your room.. You can't ask for a more central hotel at such a low price (paid $40). We checked in by machine. I'd suggest waiting in the queue and requesting a room close to the elevators as the hotel is enormous. Decor needs updating and the bathroom was a disgrace but comfortable and clean beds. For all the time you'll spend in it, it does the job.

We chose this hotel specifically because of it's location right in the middle of the strip and that aspect was great. Well this is the second time staying in this hotel. The rooms are a good size and they have done a lot of remodeling. However the service sucks. I stayed for 3 days and not once did the house keeper come. I had to keep calling for toilet paper and towels. It was really annoying. Bur it is at a good location on the strip and the pool is amazing.

The hotel was nice but I was a little disappointed that although the pool was big and gorgeous, we couldn't really swim in it because there were so many people standing in it and drinking. Unfortunately, there is construction around the hotel that prevents the airport shuttle bus from dropping you off at the hotel. It dropped you off about two blocks away from the hotel. #1 my room had wet towels from the previous guest hanging from the shower curtin rod. #2 I went to get a diet pepsi from the vending machine down the hall and swiped my card only to find out it was out of diet pepsi, i pushed the cancel buttom. it was very relaxing. they have a flamingo habitat which our rooom looked over it. very clean, good service. over all an excellent experience. be warned there is an 18 dollar per night "resort fee" we were not expecting.

I stayed 2 weeks in a row, not sure why. Really long lines to check in, there is construction on two different sides of hotel so I was waken up about 5:30 am. Took forever to switch rooms. Was disappointed.

Updated "Go" room was stylish and comfortable. 18th floor Strip view was amazing, could even see the Belagio fountain. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in line was a little long and understaffed. Sin City Brewery has a great patio for people watching. Good times!

Unlike the reservation confirmation you receive from Hotels.com stating you have paid in full, the Flamingo is going to hit you with an eighteen dollar per night resort fee which is not optional. This was never mentioned anywhere in the booking until I checked in at the Flamingo. Shop around, there are better deals when you consider this charge.

After gambling at the flamingo several times I decided that it would be pretty exciting to stay there for once. Was disappointed on how dingy the hotel looked. Dirty carpets, cheap looking rooms, etc. I was early for my check in so I could conviently pay $24 to "upgrade rooms" and check in immediately. The rooms at Flamingo are much cheaper than at other hotels nearby and there is a reason -- this hotel is gross. The hallways offered disgustingly dingy carpets, a horrible cheap cleaner stench that lasted all weekend, cigarette butts all over the halls, elevators that never told you what floor you were on until the doors opened, showers that leaked, […] etc. There's also nothing special about the amenities here -- the restaurants are no better than a mall food court and the casino is SUPER cheesy. The hotel looks old and dated. The room was fine, but no carpet (only cheap fake wood) and the room had stay hairs all over. The bed made me itch all night like it was full of bed bugs, but I never figured out what was causing it. I would not stay there again.

Was too noisy. Guess not much to do about the drunks carrying on outside my door since that's what surround the place. There was no coffee maker in the room and not much to watch on the television. I stayed there since the conference was hosted there, so for convenience.

Everything was great except surprised to be billed the $18/day we owed for some new Vegas tax. Actually over $20 with tax included! We did the banquet 24 hour pass which we thought was well worth it. We decided the food was so good at the Flamingo that we ate all our meals there. Surprised to see crab legs offered in the evening! We were shocked though […] how meal & dinner prices have risen so high on the strip. Be prepared to pay $7 for a bottled beer at most places. We did find a great deal at the Stage Door behind the Flamingo.
