Nice hotel in a great location. Room was quite small, but that is the only issue I had. Otherwise, well maintained hotel in a very convenient location.

I will say this is the best hotel i ever stay in HK, although the room is small. But comfort level is beyond my expectation.

i've stayed here several times. location in the thick of TST is excellent. price at about USD 200 per night is great for this location in HK. room is tiny, like really tiny. staff is good, rooms clean. if you're not travelling alone or planning to spend much time in the room might want to re-think. its that small.

Best thing is location, Rooms are very small, even in executive suites. Room service evening meal was cold on arrival even after being delivered in heated trolly. Quality of food was poor compared to what is generally available in the area. Regard as a budget Hotel

The room is clean and the bed is super COMFY (i like!). Well, the size of the room is really small (as expected). We were not disappointed because this is what we expected 'cos it's HONGKONG! But but but, it is really comfy and very convenient. After you come down to the lobby from your room by elevator, you can take the escalator, which is located […] next to the elevator, to go to the MTR station (Tsim Sha Tsui Station). It is a shopping arcade down there (can't remember the name), you could do some last minute purchase before you go back to your room. A LOT of nice food around. I'm a big fan of fish ball/ fish cakes. Hong Kong Zai Fish Ball Noodles is just near by. Dim Sum restaurants, there are PLENTY. All within walking distance. A fan of musical intruments/ accessories much? Tom Lee is also within walking distance. Avenue of Stars is within reach crossing a main road via subway. The bed is too comfortable, i find it hard to get up every morning. However, i feel fully rested after a shower and i could go out whole day without getting tired. I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5. As this was our first stay in Hong Kong (my wife and i) was not sure what to expect of the room. Location is a big plus. With the Peninsula Hotel, Hewitt House and Vintage 1881 right next door, you are right in the middle of the colonial Hong Kong atmosphere. Great hotel and location in Kowloon district. Club lounge was excellent. Breakfast was very good with good variety and selection of food. If you are looking for a great overnight business hotel then the kowloon hotel is perfect

The most I've paid for a room in HK and far from the best. Overall the hotel is very nice, but the bathroom fixtures are old and have a lot of calcium/rust buildup around the faucets and drains. The furniture is due for replacement also.

Modern, very Chinese, hotel in the heart of the Golden Mile. Only downside of the rooms is that there is virtually no storage - one small drawer and limited hanging space. I had to live out of my suitcase which is unexpected in an expensive hotel

We lodged a complaint to the front desk on the absence of daily complimentary supplies like bottle water, soap, bath gel and even toilet paper refills. My wife and I stayed 6 nights and we only had full supply of these items on the first two days. rooms on the small side,location perfect, 16 dollars a day - charge for internet astronomical,get a room with a view of the harbour well worth it.go for the supper buffet if you dont mind eating late, 10pm- 20 percent off for hotel guests

Disappointing service in the restaurants. Free breakfast a barely acceptable continental served with a prison caffateria level of attention. Rooms very, very small.

Great location. Rooms are too small, especially for two people. No place for luggage in the room. I've been in phone booths bigger than the bathroom.

The location was good and the price in comparison to other hotels around was good, but the rooms are very small. I've stayed in other hotels in this area before and this was by far the smallest room I've had. I almost never write reviews, but I felt moved to for this hotel. It is very well kept, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful (concierge especially) and the brunch at the hotel is amazing. The only small downside is that the rooms are on the smaller side, but all things considered, that was not an issue for me at all.
