All round, the hotel lived up to the expectations of the Four Season brand. Expensive but worth it.

This is my favorite hotel. The great service starts at the curb. The staff calls you by name. The rooms are always comfortable. I love the bathroom. I always soak in the tube! My room is attended twice a day by the housekeeping staff. The Four Seasons is my favorite place to stay in DC.

From the moment you step out of your car you are welcomed like coming to a dear friend's house. There is a warmth that Four Seasons has perfected that is like no other. After a long day of fun and visiting you come back to a bed that is like floating on a cloud. This was a wonderful experience.

This is a very good hotel and possibly the best in Washington. Strongest point is a superb staff, with little turnover so it feels like coming home. However there are little things that annoy, such as having to pay extra for Wifi when many other good hotels don't charge, which makes it very clear this is not home. Also had problems with plumbing, non-working […] scale and a mattress that needs to be turned once in awhile so you don't roll out of bed, little faults you don't expect with a hotel of this caliber. I really enjoy luxurious 5-star hotel properties. To give you an idea, Chicago's Elysian (now re-titled Waldorf) is a fantastic hotel, and Tokyo Ritz-Carlton is also really great. This Four Seasons property did not have a wow factor whatsoever. I found the suite and grounds very ordinary. Food here was dismal, average at best. Spa is tiny and again […] just not special at all. However service was excellent. Location is right in the Georgetown shops if you are interested in that. I definitely would not stay here again! I want luxury, and this was not it. Đọc thêm

I have stayed here numerous times and the experience is always excellent. The hotel is at your service for anything you need and the staff is top notch! The suites are very nice and quiet assuring any weary traveler a good nights rest. The location is fabulous right at the foot of Georgetown's shopping district and walkable to the University.

Hotel was beautiful. Room was large as was the bathroom. Maids were wonderful. Restaurants lovely and food very good.

Though I think this hotel is more for business visitors and it was a little inconvenient for DC sightseeing--long walks or taxis or busses--it is a very nice hotel and we had a delicious meal in the steak restaurant. Everyone who works there is very nice and polite. Bathrooms are large and very nice.

My husband and our eight year old son went to D.C. For spring break. We enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons. The service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant's are lacking. Very expensive, but only fair in quality and taste. Health Club was excellent. Health club service was exceptional.

I could not believe the price, so took advantage of it to stay at this first class hotel on the edge of enticing Georgetown.

Usual wonderful 4 Seasons experience. The Manager introduced himself at our check-in (just me, the Mom and teenage son were on the trip) he always remembered us while we were coming and going from the hotel. Our room was recently updated and the meals we had at both restaurants were very good although pricey. Suggestions for eating outside the hotel […] were also good. Spa experience was very nice - although usual hotel prices, but at least it is a good treatment. This hotel is very close to Georgetown. However, it is about 1.5 mile walk to the Foggy Bottom Train station - which you should use if you are going to the Monuments or Museums in DC. Đọc thêm

Dissapointing. Not a 5 star hotel in service or quality. Requested nonsmoking room and was given smoking room. Requested a switch and the bell person took 15+ min to meet me to escort me to new room with keys. New room was above the bar and very noisy. Service was mediocre and more prompt and professional. Hairs in bathroom.
