son left a pillow in room went back 5 hrs. later and house keeping could not remeber what had happened to it.

This was my second stay, very clean and comfortable. Will probably stay again.

My son and I stayed at The Cornhusker on a Friday night and attended a Husker game on Saturday. We enjoyed our stay very much and were very pleased with the room accomodations. We would definately stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. My room was well-kept, no major defects, few minor defects. I had a little trouble getting comfortable enough to sleep. The air conditioner was too breezy even on low setting. I was too cold with just a sheet, but too warm with the down comforter. Would have liked to have a light blanket. Was great--only wish we could have had a King bed as requested---my fiance and I had to sleep in seperate beds for comfort.

Absolutly outstanding service! The room was very clean, neat, and the rooms were quiet. Would definitely return! Very convient to stay at the Cornhusker since i had a conference at the Conference Center. I was very impressed! Rates were much cheaper when booked through hotels.com!

My stay at the Cornhusker was great. The service was excellent and all in all, I had a great week-end.

It was a nice hotel. Nothing special, but I would definitely stay there again.

THE GOOD: The Cornhusker is a classic Lincoln property. The room is a bit small, but comfortable and updated. The mattress was OK, but not pillow top luxurious. Very clean, well maintained, convenient to everything downtown. Excellent food and bar service. THE BAD: (1) the attached parking facility is not operated by hotel so valet parking was problematic […] (rude / incompetent garage staff) when I wanted to take car apart from valet services. (2) We also left something at the hotel and I have called twice to inquire about it, yet I have never received a call back. When I did call I was treated like I was putting the person out. Although the bed was quite comfortable, the shower had no hot water and the walls were very thin. Also, parking requires a fee. Although it has the highest star rating in Lincoln, it does not compare to similarly rated hotels I have stayed in on previous trips.

The Cornhusker is a revered Lincoln Hotel and a very important part of Univ. of Nebraska/Lincioln history. It is close to the Capitol, Museums, Haymarket, restaurants, shopping, and banks, and transportation to other parts of Lincoln. I had business at the Capital so this was a convenient choice. But the holel doesn't match other choices in town nor its reputation. They did not honor my Mariott Rewards; I ordered a king size bed - got 2 regular beds instead. Beautiful, cleanly. Very friendly staff. The room was relaxing and had the most comfortable bed! Slept great! Will certainly stay there again!

Our stay at the Cornhusker was enjoyable. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Pleased that the room had a microwave and fridge. The location was within walking distance of the events that we attended. Beds were GREAT!!!

Love this place!!!! It is safe and when I travel alone with my kids it is the only place I will stay in Lincoln. The staff is kind and the room is very comfortable!

The room was very nice and the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of UNL. The downside of our 1 day stay is that there was leakage from the bathtub into the carpet next to our bed. Unfortunately for my boyfriend, he left his jeans on the floor and we only found out about the leak after an hour or two of leaving the jeans on the floor. […] as a result his jeans was soaking wet and that being the only jeans he brought to this trip, we were not able to go out until i completely ironed it dry for 3hours. Horrible experience and when we told the receptionist about it, all he did was asked if we wanted someone to check it. Did not even offer another room or complementary breakfast or anything to compensate for the discomfort. very disappointed considering the room was very nice. For the price we paid, I think we deserved better. It was suppose to be a stressfree weekend getaway but ended up causing more stress than not being on a vacation. Đọc thêm

My stay there was fabulous! The rooms were very clean. The pool was wonderful! The fitness room was above all expectations and the breakfast was to die for! It was wonderful all the way around!

There were 2 things that struck me but were of small consequence. Parking. There are not many choices. On the street or in the structure (there is a fee, should be included with the price of the room). The other thing is that they have gone to a single cup coffee machine in the room. Although this is a very nice hotel, I was a bit disappointed in the attentiveness of the bellmen. No help when we first arrived.

I love fine dining and never complain about the price as long as the experience coincides with the price. In these tough economic times, the cheapest hotels can give you coffee, juice and a roll included;the hotel restaurant wanted $10.00; $7.50 for a bowl of oatmeal....a bit excessive for Lincoln...
