i cannot believe this is Kenpinsky hotel. the location is quite nice. But the facility is poor. My room couldn't close the window tightly, and the noise by renovation cannot make me stay at room.

If you want to experience a traditional european hotel in the heart of Munich this would be a tough one to beat.

Perfect location at maxilimilian strase, however needs renovation as the rooms conditions are very dated. Eg: Most hotels rooms have at least a 27inch or 29 inch LCD TV, however this hotel provided a CRT TV (The TV with the huge thick back). It is a pity that with such a extravagant and beautiful lobby, the rooms are dated and gloomy.

Hotel is nice but need renovation. Rooms are very diffenerent. You have to insist for better room. Fantastic is breakfast dont miss it but it is not included

This used to be the highlight of Munich hotels, but no more. The stars don't reflect the present reality. 5 years ago we had an unsatisfactory experience here: they were remodeling. 5 years later, still not done remodeling. Rooms crappy, tiny and old. Bathroom unacceptable. Any 3-star place at the train station would have been more comfortable, at a […] fraction of the price. Hotel is in the midst of high end shopping district and minutes from Marienplatz, shopping and dining. Perfect location Walking into the lobby was walking into pure luxury. Quiet, elegant, inviting. Staff was superb at all levels. Rooms are small and older but nicely remodeled and very luxurious An excellent value

Very nice hotel. Older, but well appointed rooms. Very comfortable. A little pricey, but we were able to get a decent rate. Very close to center of old town (glockenspiel) Would stay there again.

The Vier Jahreszeiten is a grand hotel in the grand tradition, a perfect location, an impressive facade, and a large and elegant lobby, which seems to be alive most of the day and night. Our room, however, was anything but grand: dingy, shabby, and neither elegantly old-fashioned, nor modern - but definitely expensive. We complained, and the manager […] was very apologetic, explained that our room was one a large number scheduled to be renovated during the coming year. This, of course, did not help our experience. He sent fruit and candies to the room, and even showed us some of the recently renovated rooms and suites, some of which were immense and very luxurious. I'm guessing that I got the worst room in the hotel that was reserved for hotel.com/expedia. The bed was the height of a standard US bed....minus the box spring and frame. 2 people could not fit in the bathroom. With the heat off (no AC), the room was so hot I had to open the deck door to cool it down. But the worst was the hair on the bathroom vanity […] wall from a previous guest or employee. In my 3 days, it was never removed and it was certainly very obvious. That should tell you how clean the room was. The hotel held a function with a live band who's music reverberated into my room well past midnight. When I called to complain, they were very cordial but could do nothing to resolve it. The next day, I came back to my room to a fruit plate and pastries with an apology note from management. In short, stay at the Mandarin Oriental if you can. Đọc thêm

Das Hotel wird im Moment umgebaut und die Handwerker nehmen bereits vor 8:00 die Bohrer in die Hand und bohren und hämmern weltmeisterlich. Sobald der Umbau abgeschlossen ist, würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.

Service: Alle ansatte (stuepiker, resepsjonister, servitører m.f.) var alltid blide, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Det er tydelig at de ønsker at gjestene skal trives, og de strekker seg langt for å få til dette. Rommene: Rent og pent, rolig og behagelige senger. Spa: Ikke glem badetøy, for spaavdelingen var helt fantastisk. Deilig svømmebasseng, servering, […] treningsrom med topp utstyr, badstue og solsenger. Eget røykerom: For de som liker å ta en sigar eller en blås, men som ikke liker å sove i røyken på eget rom, har hotellet en egen røykesalong med servering av drikke o.l. ved lobbyen. Beliggenhet: Hotellet ligger midt i eplet av Muchen. I gaten utenfor hotellet finner man designerbutikker for klær, vekser, sko og klokker. Mat: Vi spiste ikke på hotellet. Det ligger mange butikker i nærheten som selger alt mulig av frokost, lunsj og middag. Anbefales! Dette er et hotell jeg vil tilbake til. Ingen tvil om at dette er rett valg av hotell i Munchen! Das Zimmer hatte die Grösse eines besseren Kaninchenstalles. Mit grösster Sicherheit werden die Gäste, welche nicht direkt beim Hotel buchen, in diesen schlechteren Zimmern untergebracht, die eines 5 Sterne Hotels zu diesem stolzen Uebernachtungspreis absolut unwürdig sind.

最高のロケーションと、まるで自分の部屋にいるような快適さがありました。部屋も広く、使いやすくなってます。おしゃれなバスルームもけっこうポイントです。プールも最高。ただ古いからでしょうか、歩くことに床がきしむことが気になりました。従業員の対応もとても皆さん良かった。ぜひまた泊まりたいホテルです。

Будет трудно найти лучшее расположение в Мюнхене чем отель Кемпински. Он находится в самом центре города, в двух минутах пешком до Оперы, на самой популярной улице с многочисленными бутиками. Одноместный номер очень маленький, но это свойственно многим отелям в центре. Это компенсируется отличным сервисом, прекрасным завтраком. Ich hatte online gebucht, billig, ich bekam einen billigen Zimmer und kein 5 Sternen niveau. Nach Reklamationen, das dritte Zimmer war mehr als genügend, besonders für den Preis. Der 4 Jahreszeiten hält die Zimmer mit alten Fernsehern die nicht immer Funktionieren. Kein Wifi in den Zimmern, und angenehm wäre wenn der Benützungspreis inbegriffen wäre. […] Bei dieser Kategorie, 10 oder 20 Euro pro Tag mehr ist doch unwichtig.
