I was traveling the Moscow for a sports tournament. We used to double rooms. The hotel has nice exterior and lobby appearance. Upon arrival we had a receptionist the spoke only a little English. I thought this would not be a problem as surely there would be better English speakers during our stay at the reception, but this was not the case. There is a shuttle to the Metro station, which can take between 3 minutes and 25 minutes depending on traffic... usually about 15 minutes, and runs every 40 minutes. Traffic is TERRIBLE. Don't drive unless you have to. Shuttle is comfortable and was always on-time. Kremlin is 35 minutes on Metro. Elevator (lift) is small and jerky, but we never had a problem. Toilet in one room was not working for 2 days. Beds are hard, but adequate. Otherwise, nice hotel, very little English, good price, difficult location. Đọc thêm

The staff are helpfull and i enjoy the 24h reception service - i give the reception staff 5 out of 5 for being fast and attentive. The hotel looks nice and pleasant overall. On the other hand, the location is terrible, 15 min walk from the subway, at the very very south edge of Moscow, beside two major highways. The hotel shuttle leaves every 40 min […] or more, and service stops at 10:20pm. Not pedestrian friendly at all. The mini bar fridge didn't work. Currently lots of noise and construction around hotel. The front hotel door handles are so close to the middle of where the doors meet that you can break a finger by getting it jammed, musicians be careful, very poor design there. Hotel is very far from the must-see sights. There is a limited free shuttle bus to the metro that runs on the hour. The hotel was functional, English speaking front desk, clean rooms and bathroom. Restaurant prices were exorbitant. Bottled water (Vittel) in the restaurant was 250 rubles ($8.90)! There is no shuttle bus to hotel and best taxi price was 1, 500 rubles ($53.00). Welcome to Russia!

The telephone service at the Rushotel stinks. They have a recorded answering system, in Russian. Our first experience was calling from another hotel in Moscow two weeks before our arrival, which was very user-friendly and ofered to help us with the Rushotel. Even that person (from the other hotel) who made the call was frustrated with no live answer. […] We were calling to reserve a taxi from the airport to the hotel on our return trip. When we arrived at the airport, we waited 30 minutes, and finally found someone with a cell phone to call the hotel to make sure the 'reserved' taxi wasn't on its way before we used an airport taxi. We again got the recorded options, and after pushing several options (not having a clue which they were), we got someone who told us to call back in 10 minutes. She didn't understand English and after a frustrated attempt to find out if a taxi was on its way, we hung up and found our own transportation. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out that we also did not have transportation to the airport the next morning, which we had presumably reserved. At the hotel reception, one young woman at the desk was extremely rude; eventually we were helped by Karina, who was extremely pleasant, could speak good English and went out of her way to help. However, it was clear that there was tension between the two at the desk and zero customer service or teamwork as a first impression. We then attempted to use the 'business center'', which was free if you had your own computer and own internet access. If not, you had to purchase a card for internet service, plus pay for the use of the computer. After scrounging around for a 'card' the unpleasant woman handed it to me with a brochure of instructions. Thankfully, before I could return it, Karina reappeared and offered to help me get access. The desk help had very limited English. The rooms we booked were non-smoking but had recently been smoked in. The restaurant prices much too high. Nice hotel, very good deal for the price. Breakfast was included - very good. My only complaint - no AC in the room and hard to keep window open because of highway noise. But if it was not for 33C temperatures (rare in Moscow) it would've been great.

The management does not take responsibility for their false advertising. They have since amended the description. However if anything goes wrong they may not fix it. They will certainly not provide a refund even though they will tell you they will.

I visited Russia and it was incredible. In Moscow I stayed in Rus Hotel, excellent, the standard room is very comfortable, clean, quiet and modern. The bathroom is large and modern with all the good amenities, the house keepers treat you with attention and are always at your disposal. The staff of the Rus Hotel are friendly, warm, helpful and all speak […] english. It is far from the center of the city, but, you can get there easily by metro and they offer you free transportation to and from the nearest metro station. The staff of the restaurant and bar are fantastic, they are friendly, nice, hte girls are beautiful and they make you feel like a star. The breakfast buffet was excelent. The hotel is relatively close (about 20-25 min with no traffic, probably 45 min to an hour in traffic) to Domodedovo Int'l Airport (DME), so for those in transit or brief stop over, this is a great deal. The taxi fare is 1500RUB each way. My taxi driver asked for 200 RUB more if you have more than 2 pieces of luggage. By definition, close to the airport […] means far away from the civilization. So, if you're in Moscow to actually experience the city, I'd suggest springing more for a hotel that's closer to the center, so that you don't have to spend an hour each way getting to and from the hotel. Except for elevators and air conditioning, most everything in the hotel is upgraded to look very much like any European style business hotel. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. There was a mini bar and a TV, and free internet (although it kept timing out every 15 minutes, which required a quick reconnect). The only thing that might strike a westerner as odd, is the hot water, when first opened, has a rusty color to it. That is because the hotel uses an old-technology central water boiler. All you have to do is run the water for 1-2 minutes, and it will turn normal color (slightly yellowish). Drinking water from the tap is never recommended. The restaurant offers great breakfast buffet selection, which is included in your stay (you get tickets for each day of stay). The lunch and dinner menu is quite extensive as well, with fresh seafood as one of the specialties (they actually have fresh fish on ice and lobsters in a tank). However, the price is quite high (due to lack of competition). There's a free shuttle that runs every hour to the nearest subway station (Prospekt Dmitria Donskogo). Near the subway station, depending on the time of the year, you'll find a local mini-market where you can buy water, drinks, fresh fruit and produce. Отель сам неплохой, номера приличные, но расположение неудобное: въезд, а прежде всего выезд, затруднен переездом через МКАД, на которой почти всегда пробки.. Завтрак достойный...Обслуживание в номере - среднее..

Too far from the metro and from all. The shuttle-bus to/from metro every 40.min is not enough so is extrafull. No transfer to/from Airport, so why stay in a hotel far from everything but close to Domodedovo if there isn't the transfer to came/go to there ?

Das äußerere Erscheinungsbild des Hotels wirkt vor Ort ansprechend. Das Personal (Rezeption) war sehr unfreundlich, intolerant und wenig hilfsbereit. Das notwendige Recht mussten wir duchsetzen (ein Zimmer umzubuchen), in dem wir eine Änderung der Reise über Deutschland vorgenommen haben. Eine Umbuchung des Zimmers vor Ort wurde abgelehnt. Eine Änderung […] über Expedia war problemlos möglich. Vom Frühstücksbuffet sollte man nicht soviel erwarten. Vom einem Hotel, dass sich selber aus Businesshotel darstellt, kann man mehr erwarten. Eine Frage, die auf englisch gestellt wird, erhielten wir eine Antwort in russischer Sprache. Die Preise (Essen, Alkohol) im Hotel selber sind sehr teuer. Bsp. eine 0,75 Liter Flasche Rotwein wird mit 70 Euro berechnet. Der Roomservice ist nicht zu empfehlen, da die Preise überteuert sind. Einen kleinen Supermarkt findet man an der Metro Station. Der Supermarkt ist durch die Ziffer "5" in rot gekennzeichnet. Der Shuttleservice vom Hotel zur Metro war stets pünktlich und zuverlässig. Ohne diesen hätte man die Metro nicht erreichen können. (Für Fußgänger wäre der Weg unmöglich, wenn nicht sogar lebensgefährlich.) Das Hotel selbst liegt am Stadtrand, umgeben von Industrieanlagen und einer Schnellstraße, was einen Spaziergang bzw. Erkundung der Umgebung unmöglich macht. Wer Moskau als ein Abenteuer erleben möchte und dazu ein günstiges Hotel (Nichtraucherzimmer wohl bemerkt, für Raucherzimmer gibt es satte Aufschläge), kann dieses Hotel wählen. Đọc thêm

ulaşım gerçekten problem. havaalanından 2000 ruble taksi ücreti isteniyor. en yakın metro istasyonuna taksi olmadan ulaşılamıyor. otelin kendi servisleri var ama 20:45 de bitiyor. gece taksi parasından ziyade moskovada taksiler özel araç olduğundan çok tedirgin edici. zaten otelin bulunduğu bölge moskovanın tehlikeli bölgelerinden.

Sehr sauberes und ruhiges Hotel direkt auf MKAD. Personal - sehr höflich, gute Englisch- und sogar Deutschkenntnisse. Die nächste Metrostation war nur mit einem Taxi zu erreichen, was sehr teuer war. Sonst alles in Ordnung für ein 3-Sterne Hotel. Würde dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Hotel, freundiches Personal, hat alles gepasst. Das Hotel liegt ganz südlich von Moskau und man benötigt ca. 45min mit der Ubahn ins Zentrum. Das kostenlose Shuttle zur letzten Ubahnstation war nicht erwartet und somit toll. Zu fuß wäre es zu weit gewesen.

Dei äußerst ungünstige Lage des Hotels (die nächste Metro Station kann nur mit dem Taxi oder dem nicht durchgängig fahrendem Shuttle Bus erreicht werden) verdirbt das an sich saubere und angenehme Hotel. Zudem fahlen die extrem hohen Preise negativ auf - 7,5 € für eine Flasche Wasser erscheint mir doch etwas teuer...

Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen: - Verkehrsanbindung zur Metro schlecht. Shuttlebus nur jede volle Stunde bis 20.45. Hotel vermittelt Taxi, aber viel zu teuer und halbe Stunde Wartezeit. - Zu hohe Preise im Restaurant, ein Bier kostet das Doppelte des Durchschnitts. - Keine Klimaanlage.

Getränke zu teuer Wasser, Bier jeweils 300 Rubel ca. € 7,50 .Essen sind deutsche Großstadtpreise. das Hotel liegt sehr weit ausserhalb von Moskau Zentrum. Dafür ist der stündliche Bus shuttle zur Station Bulvard Dmitriya Domskogo super und notwendig. von dieser metro station braucht man 20-25min bis zur Ringlinie. das hotel liegt an einem riesigen Moskauer Autobahnring, was nachts etwas lauter ist, aber schlafen kann man trotzdem. das frühstück […] ist durchwachsen. der saft ist nicht frisch, alles aus packungen und trotzdem war der geschmack nicht besonders. das weißbrot ok, das schwarzbrot nicht empfehlenswert. wurst und käse waren gut, obst ausreichend vorhanden. ich war 7 tage in moskau und die ganze zeit unterwegs, sodass ich nur zum schlafen und frühstücken im hotel war. dafür reicht es allemal. für urlauber, die mehr im hotel bleiben, als unterwegs sind oder keine 30min ins zentrum fahren wollen, nicht zu empfehlen. die englischkenntnisse am check-in waren sehr gut (hätte ich nicht gedacht für russland). dafür bei dem restlichen personal keine englischkenntnisse vorhanden Đọc thêm
