Rooms in Jakarta are slowly creeping up. Pullman Tharmrin is still value for money while the other hotel nearby (Hyatt, Kempinski) are becoming too costly. Still enjoy the great location and nice rooms.

Outside looks like a dump! Interior is awesome! Great pool area. Fantastic Gym and spa. On the needed improvement: walls and windows are paper thin. Wifi does NOT work inside the rooms. Employees do not speak good English. They even charge your room for collect call! Breakfast is expensive. You can go the mall across the street.

My 5th time now at the Pullman (Nikko), what to say; rooms compact but for the time spent in them no problem, clean tidy and everything worked. Minor inconvenience as the ground floor lobby area being renovated and reception moved to 2nd floor also 1 elevator under maintenance, waiting time for the working elevators!. The room is clean and up to standards but I was allocated a room next to the emergency exit which was always used by service staff or by guest who went to the stairaway for a smoke. The noise of opening and closing that door makes me lose alot of sleep

Booked this hotel because of the location for only 3 nights in Jakarta. I was warned before that the rooms were dated. The lobby looks fine, huge & clean. The staff are really great, but it was already 2:00pm & we're told that our room in the cleaning process & it will take one hour. So we had to wait. While waiting I saw at least 3-4 family checking […] in after us and were told the same. One couple was so mad & told the front desk that seems common every time the come to this hotel. In fact the gentleman told the front desk that last time he ended up waiting 2 hrs for his room to get ready & he asked why this seems the case here. She just responded with a big smile and that's it. The room was so tiny reminded me with the rooms in NYC, but clean. Again no wash clothes in this hotel only bath & hand towels, but we noticed that their towels get stinky very fast, may be because they don't have a ventilation fan in the bathroom. The room rate includes the wifi, which is very convenience, but we noticed that the internet is sooooo slow! The swimming pool, the gym & the spa were really nice. I think we'll be back, just because of the location, compared to the neighbors hotels, this one offers a reasonable price. Because their credit card terminals could not process pin protected cards they closed the fridge in front of my eyes. Literally, they rather treat you as a thief than rectifiyng the terminal. They also did not forward a message of my business partner. Never ever again!

I stayed 6 nights and the only thing that bothered me, was the noise of water running thought the pipes in between the walls. Other than that, I was very pleased. Great Staff!!

The Nikko has a good location, right in the centre of Jakarta, and opposite two very large malls, Plaza Indonesia and the Grand. That means that even though the restaurants in the hotel itself are a little bland, there's plenty of high-end eating choices very nearby. There's also plenty of shopping that you could do as well. Admittedly, all of those […] experiences are rather sterile, but if you want something a bit more gritty, the Nikko may not be the best choice. You can still go eat street food and stay here, of course. The highlight of the Nikko for us was probably the spa - very good, and not expensive - and the swimming pool on the roof of the second storey. We stayed in both the old wing (a standard room) and the new wing (a deluxe room) - the differences are that the older rooms are smaller, but seem to have more modern furniture, and the deluxe room has free internet, which the standard did not. Boo! Only real lowlight for me is that the staff can't book you a Bluebird taxi, only the (substantially more expensive) Silverbird car. If you like being driven around in Mercedes, maybe this isn't an issue; if you're more cost conscious then you'll want to go outside to hail a taxi rather than have the hotel do it for you. Đọc thêm

My second time at the Nikko, will stay here again on future trips, the staff are very friendly, efficient & courteous, room was spotlessly clean, good restaurants, alternativley theres a couple of large shopping malls a short walk away with plenty of food outlets.

I arrived in the hotel a lot later than my initial check-in time and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was very large, bathroom was incredible and there was even a walk-in wardrobe. The only downside was, I had to check-out very early the next morning. I wish I had more time to enjoy those incredible amenities.

We spent the last night of our 2-week trip through SE Asia in the Hotel Nikko on the recommendation of local friends. The room was perfect -- two LARGE twin beds (almost doubles) a beatifully-appointed bathroom, and all the hotel standards. The concierge recommended perfect places for us to shop to get our last minute souveniers and gifts for back home, and when mailing a postcard, she actually walked me all the way around the back of the hotel into another building to make sure I knew exactly where the post office was and didn't get lost on my way. There are plenty of shops for fun as well as the necessities (bank, barber, monkey changer). The spa and fitness center are great. We didn't avail ourselves of anything beyond the pool, but we got to see all the facilities and the exercise equipment was top-quality. The infinity pool was beautiful and temperature-controled. We would have stayed for hours if it hadn't closed at 9! The spa staff was also friendly and helpful. This is a great business traveler's hotel, though we were traveling for pleasure. Not great for children. Security is very tight, which is comforting in Jakarta. All of the staff speaks English, but only a few people speak it very well. Fabulous service, beautiful hotel, very nice rooms, great location. But the wi-fi in the room is so lousy, I spent more time in the lobby than in my bed! Prior to arrival, I sent an email to the hotel manager to request a room with good wi-fi, explaining that I only travel with an iPad, which can't connect to a LAN. They had only two elevators which are headache. Since they are under renovation in lobby area on the first floor, welcome atopsphere was somewhat deteriorated. Room was small but cozy and clean.
