Enjoyed my stay, no movies available in room but room was nice clean and the facilities were well kept.

A very clean hotel; excellent, friendly staff, easy off and on I-25. A good variety of restaurants and fast food places within a 2 mile drive. Would definitely stay here again - excellent value.

Before picking out this location, my wife likes to read reviews to determine if this is a place where we would want to stay as a family. Even though this was an older Hampton Inn, it was very clean and comfortable. The location was nice. When we arrived we noticed how clean the lobby was and how friendly and courteous the desk clerk was. Our room was clean and everything worked fine. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable. I had a suspicion that the sheets on the bed had not been changed. I was unable to verify that concern. I had difficulty getting the room key to open the room door and had to get new keys in order to enter the room. I do not believe this hotel deserves an excellent rating but perhaps just a good rating

first room - shower did not work, hotel maintenance and repair was poor. 2nd room dirty and did not have good lock on the door. Never stay here again

We enjoyed the bed in our room. It was very comfortable. The only thing that was not satisfactory was the internet connection. There was no option for a wired conection and the wirless signal was very week.

If I would have known it was a outside entrance hotel I would have stayed elsewhere. My wife does not feel safe in this type of hotel.

Breakfasts were the best. Room had older plumbing fixtures, torn wallpaper, bedding not the usual Hampton Inn quality. Staff was helpful and friendly, pool was nice.

not happy at all - there was no water - no one mentioned that the water was going to be shut off. Couldn't take a shower, brush my teeth or flush the toilet. Then when the water did come on - there was no hot water. Again no showers.

It was a hot day, and the A/C in the room was failing when we arrived. Front desk clerk gave us another room that was OK, so it all worked out fine.

I only slept at this hotel, I didn't spend any waking hours in it. Structurally, it is a bit older, but was comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. I was happy that it wasn't directly on the highway and it was close to the location I needed to be at. I appreciated the free wireless service even though i didn't have a chance to utilize […] it. The room was large and comfortable. Easy chair and desk chair make the room a nice place to relax without having to sit or lay on the bed. Really good coffee. Room needed a bit of maintenance, showerhead dribbled down the wall when turned on and bathroom door knob worked but was not covered showing the inner workings.

Good value for the price. Includes hot & cold breakfast. Pool great for families. Hot breakfast turnaround on the weekend was a bit slow, but there were a number of little league teams staying there. Hotel staff was friendly & helpful.

In most instances, you get what you pay for. In this instance I think you get a little more. The continental breakfast was wonderful. Hot food, waffles, omelets, fruit, etc. Pool and ground were clean. Bed was super comfortable.

This Hampton Inn is a little run down. If they could upgrade, especially the condition of the bathrooms, it would be a much better place to stay.Overall, it is a good value, but could definitely be better...

Too much money for the quality of the hotel. We travel to Albuquerque a lot and there are a lot better deals. The only reason we stayed here is because of the location. Will probably not stay there again unless the price goes down or there is no where else

This location was absolutely one of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed in. Staff were extrememly helpful and the free breakfast was also one of the best we have experienced. This was a great place to stay!!!!

Everything was great except I would like to have had firmer pillows. Location was perfect for all of my needs. Friends live close by and it is great location for visiting the Sandia Casino.

It was adequate. Not up to level expected of a Hilton brand. The Holiday Inn the following night was considerably nicer for similar cost.

The stay was okay and the room looked as if it had been updated a little bit, but this Hampton Inn was not as nice as other Hampton Inns I've stayed in. The room wasn't as large and the bathroom was definitely not as nice.

It was convienant for our needs. Although no elevator access. I just wanted the linens changed but I guess they did a trash sweep, which is understandable but an important piece of information I needed was thrown out. But overall it was an excellent stay.

The building is old but room was great. New comfy pillow top beds, comfy pillows, new furniture (TV & desk chair). Bathroom was a little small.

The only problem with this hotel was there was no good ventilation in the toilet. Thus the room will smell bad after relieving yourself.
