Days Inn Bangor - Bangor

Stay was comfortable except that there was a nasty smell to the room when you enter it. Had the staff spray an air freshened but it didn't help. Personnel were good. Wifi was hard to get without help each time I returned to the room. Overall the stay was good.

My husband and I stayed at the Days Inn on the Odlin Road in Bangor June 1st, 2013. Our group included 5 adults and 3 very young children in 2 rooms. The hotel was clean, in good condition and the staff freindly and helpful. The indoor swimming pool was a very nice size and depth for children though the adults were certainly comfortable in it as well. […] I noticed that an assistive chair was available for individuals needing help to enter the pool. Very satisfied with accom and service. Close to airport.. Plus a park&fly option. Busy pub mere feet away where I could have an ale or two and watch games on several tvs.

Our room had an odor to it and when I told them about it all they said was I will let them know.And one night they let kids run wild in the hall for hours and it was very noisy.

Overall, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom floor could have been a tad bit cleaner. The staff was pleasant.

Hotel room was nice, breakfast ok. Pool has large crack in it, my children scraped their feet on it. Cement is peeling off the bottom and water is very cloudy.

The staff was very helpful with my 84 yr. old mother by bringing a wheelchair to her room for use in the motel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn, Bangor very much. We have been stay ing there for quite a few years and are never disappointed. The rooms are large and clean, the staff friendly, and it is very quiet.

Nice staff. Clean, but could hear everything from the TV, to loud talking and snoring through the walls. Made for a rough sleep and too much morning noise.

The hotel was perfectly placed. Resturants within walking distance and close to I95 for shopping.

Our room was very damp, and condensation around window was extreme. The room had a horrible smell. The pool was a little on "green water" side. The breakfast was great, and staff were friendly.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Great staff, very friendly and made for a pleasant stay. Love the Park and Fly option and shuttle service to and from the airport provided by the hotel.

Multiple stays with at this hotel. A great value for the money. Breakfast is northing special but it is well maintained and clean. Staff is very helpful and shuttle also services the bus station as well as the airport. We had a great stay, the breakfast was great, lots to choose from. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, even giving us a print of directions to malls and stores. I have stayed here before and will stay again in the future.

Very nice. Is very close to the end of the runway for the airport but didnt hear the planes unless you listen for them.

Very clean hotel with employees with excellent customer service skills. Breakfast was enjoyable and held us over until lunch, we really enjoyed the waffles. The only negative would be the heater/air conditioner in the room, it was fairly loud and the settings did not work so we were quite warm during our stay. This is not a 5 star hotel, but we had a pleasant surprise. Definitively we will return to this hotel. Great location, great comfort, tight and clean. A minor minus maybe will be on Breakfast, but overall a great +.

Hotel was awesome, however they could improve on the heating as ours was noisy and going on and off all night long... Other than that excellent ..Breakfast was good there also...

Nice hotel! Beds were super soft you just sink into them like a cloud ! The pool is small but great for kids or just an area to relax! Close to gas station, Tim hortons and a small movie theatre where there is a game room with lots of games. Your only a 5 min drive to Bangor mall area and 8 to brewer where mardens and a better dollar tree are! The only issue with our stay was the pillows were very uncomfortable, foam chip and overstuffed...but that is just a preference issue.

When I travel for business I look for the biggest bang for the buck as well as on site meals to save time. This was a good fit for me and my budget. Price, Ground Round next store and proximity to the Maine Turnpike were the selling points over the competition, all features that make the most productive use of my time and dime.

Dropping off our daughter at the Bangor Airport so very handy. Excellent meal next door. Staff very friendly and efficient when checking in. Explained where and when the continental breakfast was available and that tea and coffee were available 24/7.

Everything was fine except bathroom was very small.Bathrooms should be bigger for personal comfort.
