The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport and well maintained. But it's right on the edge of the runway and many will find the sound of jets landing and taking off a little intrusive.

Great hotel; very nice and clean and 10 minutes away from the airport. I thought I might have left something behind and I received 2 calls from the hotel manager and room service manager regarding the item. Very helpful and nice staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Only stayed for one night because of a flight layover. I was looking for a hotel very close to the airport with good shuttle service. The hotel room was very clean, bathroom was modern and spotless. The shuttle service was also very good.

We arrived at PDX at midnight and needed to leave for our destination first thing in the morning. The bed was comfy. The room was a little musty, but was clean. The decor is out of date. Breakfast was good. The shuttle service was good. It met all of our needs for an airport hotel.

Stayed just 1 night...room was very clean and comfortable. My little girl loved watching the planes take off and every time you could hear one would run to the window. The sound didn't bother us but might bother others. Breakfast was awesome!

Probably the fastest check in from any hotel we have ever had. Great selection on breakfast and bed was comfortable. You may need those earplugs they provide.

A great place to stay if you desire to be close to Portland International Airport. Surprisingly quiet but just a breath away from the runways. Great shuttle service, helpful and friendly customer service--from the person that cleans the room to the front desk! Thanks!

There's something about a soft/luxurious duvet cover, big screen television and spacious guest room that we truly appreciated. This was my favorite hotel on my trip. The bed was super comfy, the service was great. It was right next to airport and the shuttle was very quick - nice for my early morning departure. The hotel itself was nice and convenient to the Airport. It is right on the run way so if you are a light sleeper you would not want to stay at this location. There are no places to eat close by other than an very expensive restaurant at the hotel next to the Hampton Inn. If you do not have a vehicle your only choice is to order pizza.

Every time I travel out of PDX, I use this hotel. Conveniently located in the vicinity of the airport, free shuttle, clean room, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and freshly baked cookies upon arrival. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. It took a few minutes to drive to downtown Portland from the hotel, but it was very convenient for an early morning flight. I am picky about what hotels I stay in, and I would definitely stay at this Hampton again.

The reason for the 4 rating (instead of a 5) is because the room was noisy due to the hotel's proximity to the airport (planes landing and taking off all night long).

It's unfortunate there isn't a place to eat on the premises. I was traveling alone and didn't want to go to the Sheraton next door and eat dinner by myself.The gym is also at the Sheraton and I did use that. Front desk loaned me an umbrella so that was nice.The shuttle to the airport was pleasant enough and very close to the airport.

After a long day of driving, we were beat. The H.I staff were courteous and accommodating in getting us squared away. The morning crew, both for breakfast and for checkout, were also great. Liked everything about the hotel and would stay there again.

We had a early morning flight and the gals at the desk helped us get our boarding passed for our flight, then suggested the Grill next door for dinner which was yummy!!!! Located right adjacent to the airport with shuttle to and from the terminal. Pretty quiet despite that. Great complimentary breakfast buffet. Exercise facility across the way at Sheraton which was the only drawback.

Extremely clean hotel across the street from the airport with comfortable beds and pillows. Nice breakfast buffet and snack bags to take along if in a rush. Cookies and milk provided for an evening snack. Only complaint is room was quite warm throughout the night.

We flew in during the evening, caught a free shuttle from the airpport immediately, then had clean and comfortable accommodations. Even though we left at 4:30 am, they had to-go snadk bags available as part of their breakfast service. Again the shuttle service was quick and on time. This was very convenient way to finish your flights. THANK YOU!

Very responsive to all our needs. Offers shuttle service to airport that is less than 5 minutes away. Concerned about airport noise, but never heard a thing. Left early in am before continental breakfast serviced, but they had a to go bag with fruit, water and granola bar. Nice touch.
