Bellagio - Las Vegas

I love Fairmont properties and lavish hotels. The Bellagio is now one of my favorites.

Everything was simply great - could not fault this hotel and the room was perfect. If only I could like this all the time. Would wholly recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again. We arrived by car and was easy to find and very central.

Central of The Strip. We got upgraded to a room with fountain view which is amazing. The hotel lobby is beautiful and everything else is surrounding it.

Always wanted to stay at this hotel it was my birthday was very happy with our stay just did not get a chance to try the steak house,it was booked but hopefully we will try steak house next time we stay at this hotel!

Perhaps the downside is because of it's size, getting to anything in the hotel was quite a hike. However, this hotel exudes elegance, from it's high-end shopping to its decor. I will definitely plan on staying here again. A word must be said about the hotel personnel. The checking in and checking out processes were both experiences made comfortable […] because of the personnel who assisted me. The fellows at the bell desk were also very cordial. We usually stay at the Venetian, Vdara or the Paris, but we have been wanting to stay at the Bellagio for years based on all the raving comments we have always heard. We finally booked 3 nights over Mother's Day weekend. We were so excited and were anticipating the "WOW" factor when we walked into our room. We walked in and both were let down. It's […] a nice room, but it's nothing fabulous - typical bed, little table, armoire, expensive mini-bar, standard bathroom... just NOT what we were expecting. For the same amount of money, you can get a standard room at the Ventian which is a FABULOUS plush room with a TON of square footage, a sunken living room with a full couch and office/desk area and a HUGE bathroom. We also had a negative experience with the gaming tables... the dealers were rude. We walked away from one table and I was angry enough to call down to the casino manager and complain. It's a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities--we didn't really leave much for the 24 hours we were there (casino, restaurants, art gallery, arcade, pools, etc.). My room was also very nice; noticed a strong bleach smell when I checked in and realized after one shower housecleaning had tried to clear a slow drain with a LOT of bleach (they were unsuccessful). […] I only stayed one night, and had to leave early, but hopefully after another day or two they would actually clear the drain. Every thing was great I just wished they wouldn't charge me for having a kettle in the room. I needed to warm up babies bottles.

It was my first time at the Bellagio, and it was a very good experience. Excellent room, good restaurants and an elegant look and feel to the whole place. I would certainly go back.

Caught a good 2 day stay at The Bellagio. Fun post fight atmosphere. Easy access to City Center properties but itself is more spacious ala Venetian/Palazzo or Wynn/Encore. Great restaurants. Overall, a classy place. Very friendly and helpful front desk/concierge staff. Got my boarding pass printed in minutes as my room did not have a printer. We go to Las Vegas for the weather and the food. The Bellagio did not disappoint; we had dinner in the Picasso restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. I would stay there again.

Everything about the Bellagio was amazing. From the servic at check in, the staff throughout the hotel, the facilities and location. We will most definitely stay here next year

We were on level 22 overlooking the fountain, it was amazing to be able to watch it at all hours of the day

We were so pleased with all aspects of our stay at the Bellagio. Truly a lovely, well-maintained, nice amenities with a contemporary vibe. Pool area was awesome.we had a great view of the fountains and other hotels on the strip. M

I dropped quality of service to 4 only because the check in/registration desk is a mad house. There were plenty of employees there to check you in, but there was an individual line for each person at the registration desk and they were all long! Overall very nice, but enough of the "Resort Fee!" Just add it to the price of the room upfront. I'm 50, the only "resort" I used was the bar and Blackjack table, and that sure wasn't worth $35/ day.

I have wanted to stay here for a long time. There is no denying the hotel is beautiful but it was absolutely jam packed! The service was awful, it took 2 hours for our bags to be delivered to our room when we checked in. We waited for the 2 hrs in the room, I phoned down 3 times & when they were finally delivered the guy said we hadn't been in & it […] was our fault!! Fantastic experience at the Bellagio....as always. Enjoyed the pool, spa, food, Cirque, fitness area, beautiful surroundings, customer service, etc. I only stay at this hotel whenever traveling to Vegas. Recommend it to everyone. Top notch property! Even though it is 15 years old, it is still right up there with the most elegant and luxurious properties in Vegas. Restaurants were wonderful, founatain shows speak for themselves, and the pool area felt like I had been transported to a Greek garden

The bellagio is a gorgeous hotel, and the star of the show are the fountains. We fell in love with the fountains on a previous trip, so we decided to stay in a room that overlooked the fountains on this recent trip. We booked a deluxe fountain view room to ensure we had a great view from our room...however, when we checked in we were given a room on […] the seventh floor. Unfortunately, this nearly ruined our trip since all we could see was the back of the restaurants and shops that surround lake bellagio. When we pleaded with the front desk to be moved to a room with a better view, we were told that there weren't any other rooms, and that we "technically" could see the fountains when they shot up in the air. My only complaint is that we were charged (a lot) more to be in a deluxe fountain view room, and could not see anything. Buyer beware if this is what you are looking for. Đọc thêm
