Staff would not change dirty, wrinkled sheets, until we told them we would stay elsewhere. Hotel seems to be subsidized housing and full of undesirables!

This was a really dumpy hotel. I would not have stayed there if it had not been prepaid. The staff was nice enough, but the capets were dirty and stained. I could not wait to get out of there.

none. the hotel is presently being used by families as a shelter for abused women and children. we were not told about situation prior to arrival. felt very uneasy with the situation.

This is the 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room wass not clean, food crumbs on the floor. we specifically asked for 2 dbl beds AND a cot and had to fight to get the cot, then had to get them to bring anothr because th original one was broke. We explained that my son wouldn't be getting in until late and asked if they ould please give him […] a key when he arrived, first they said no and to wait up for him, but after arguing they said they would give him a key when he arrived if he just gave them. The rom # we were in. When he did arrive they said they couldn't give him a key because I didn't leave mine for him and he had to knock on the door until we answered. The "hotel" was dirty and badly in need of repair. The staff was rude and didn't pay much attention to their clients. The location is bizarre in that it sits on a triangular piece of property at an intersetion. The rooms smelled.

I am not at all satisfied with this hotel because the room was very very hot even t hough the room temparature is set to 60 and I am not able to sleep but the staff is good. If you want the room in very cheap rate then go for this but if you want good comfort and good sleep then I don't recommend this hotel.

Awful old outdated dirty hotel, never again! The bed was broken, bathroom very little and dirty too. The water in the swimming pool was too cold so we couldn't use it either.

The check in process is way to long. The place is very dated and the common areas need to be cleaned more often. The room was very clean and the mattress was better than I expected. The breakfast is the same every morning and not great but the hotel was quiet for the most part and I had a very average stay.

Town was dead, everything closed at 9:00. Bar closed also in hotel, pool water was very cold. Breakfast was very good.

Needs updating/freshening. For example, towels were thin and dingy, venidng machines were half empty, etc.

Ok...well I think the owners and their whole family live in the hotel. We got a smoking room...we did not want a smoking room. Thankfully I carried some deodorizer in my bag for such instances. The bed were spring loaded...most uncomfortable hotel night stay ever. Behind the beds headboard about half an inch of dust. On the walls someone had spilled […] something...a while ago...and that was still on the walls, actually in multiple spots. The chair in the room was so dirty it looked like it may have been roadside at one point. The people living in the room next to us were not neighborly AT ALL...the woman was yelling at her children when we checked in at 4pm and again at 6:30 in the morning..."are you coming to breakfast or going back to sleep" I would like to stay asleep LADY. The pool was very clean. The hours on the pool were until 9pm...we got back to the hotel a little to late to go in...but that didn't stop the "family" members. The children were in the pool at 9:30pm and being told to remain quiet by the adults in the group. The breakfast was better than most "free" breakfasts...but the seating was horrible. The carpet in the breakfast area was stained so bad it looked like only replacement flooring would be an improvement. All in all on a scale from one to ten....I give it a 3...that's for the woman at the desk..nice smile and the breakfast. The owners really need to invest in the decor and comfort of the hotel. The room and bathroom were super clean. The hotel is a bit older but the service was great and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was good and parking was convient. Very responsible price as well.

Older Hotel, required payment up fromt and its non refundable. Ice machine broken, vending machine items so warm they were melted. area outside rooms very warm. Rooms took significant time to cool off.

Desk Clerk at check in was not friendly. Okay for price most hotels are 50% to 150% higherin Lexington/Bedford, MA area. Cable advertised but only 6 local stations were working..I saw no Internet in-room was available. Window glass was broken. Electrical outlet had a 8 mutliplug set up not very impressve..

Horrible! When we checked in I asked what hours the bar/lounge was open and was told it was closed because they had no bartender. We never received our asked-for 0600 wake-up call and when I asked why, the desk clerk just shrugged. When we went for breakfast, there were only pastry dishes, no forks and no bacon. This hotel is a security threat. There was no one at the lobby desk when I tried to find out what room my wife was in. I spent over THREE HOURS trying to find out what room my wife was in. Used to stay here very frequently a few years back - quality has slipped considerably. Appears to be a "welfare" hotel for some of the "guests". On top of that, one of the rooms "overheated" and the fire department arrived in the early AM to address.

At first glance, this appears to be a decent hotel for the price. But after I walked into reception area, I had to wait while the clerk spent 10 minutes on the phone complaining to a pizza joint about bad service it had provided him. Yes, HE was complaining about bad service. Other than glancing at me, he did nothing to acknowledge my presence. The beds are worn out as if they came from someplace that previously thru them out. Cell phones hardly work in the rooms. The place smells like old, bad cooking (indian style). Heat and air conditioning is unreliable. The shuttle took close to 30 min to arrive. The hotel knew the night before that we needed the shuttle to be there at 945 the next morning. […] When we checked out at 930 she called to check on the shuttle and said they were on their way. Staff was great,location great. This poor hotel needs an upgrade, paint peeling in the bathroom, water very rough on the skin.ONE computer and I believe they have family's living in the hotel and they were using the only computer. I guess all in all this hotel can not compete with the newer hotels in the area.

Stayed here one night and had to move on to another work location but as soon as I came back to the Boston area-I went back to the Bedford Plaza. Good location, nice staff, heated indoor pool, work out room, good location, indoor parking garage! Great place. Can't wait to come back to Boston to stay there again.
