There was a strong oder on the third floor of the hotel. The room and hotel was clean and looked to be taken care of. The staff was friendly and professional. Took care of our needs.

We booked the motel for an extended family vacation and get-together and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and how centrally located the motel was. My 2nd stay at this Days Inn and I was very happy with the room both times. There is nothing fancy here but it is in a great location, clean, nice staff, and very inexpensive. Hotel was nice location next to restaurant & mini-golf! Was nice in lobby too and pool area looked ok! But hotel hallways smelled musty and room was smelly too! Very nice location on the island. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained during our stay. Perfect for my needs nothing too fancy, but the price was great. Just needed a place to stay, and this was great. Will stay here again.

The hotel was clean and adequate. However, we were only given 3 small towels and four washcloths the first day; the next day 3 towels and no washcloths. 3 towels for two people is not enough! It seemed to be minimal service and the free breakfast was pretty awful; we only used it the first day.

The place was clean and in a nice location. The rooms are very outdated but clean. The free breakfast was not good at all, very limited selection. Not a bad place to stay if you are not going to be spending a lot of time in the room.

If you are the kind of person that wants a clean place to stay, this is for you. The rooms are a little outdated, could use a renovation, but it was clean and perfect for sleep and shower. Staff is nice and the continental breakfast decent. We would stay again.

Exterior doors remained unlocked at all times instead of being secured and accessible only with key cards. Room itself was showing wear on the carpet. Noticed a cockroach as we were packing up to leave.

I was disappointed with the actual hotel. There was only 1 person on the front desk and she said that she was new. I had to ask how to get to our room. The room had a slight odor to it. It was okay but it didn't seem really clean, like you would expect it for a hotel. When my husband and I left in the morning to go find the beachfront to take a walk, […] a few minutes after we left, someone knocked on the door. My 19 yr old son answered the door and was asked if we were going to check out. I asked him if it was the cleaning crew and if they had a cart and he told me no cart but that the woman said she worked there. We were gone for a little less than an hour, I immediately suspected something wasn't right. When we checked out, I told the woman at the front desk (same new woman) and she blew it off. We were there over night on our drive down to Orlando from Maryland. Nice quite hotel. Clean and good for the price. Good location. Breakfast was good and had many choices.

Pleasant place to stay for a few days. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than most freebies. And free local and national newspapers was a nice amenity.

Hotel was clean safe. Inexpensive but nice. Friendly staff they were helpful and nice. Would stay again I stayed 2 diff nights wife and I both enjoyed it.

When I checked into the hotel I was given a key to a room on the third floor. Upon entering the room I found that it had not been cleaned. I went back to the desk and advised them about the room being dirty. After receiving an apoligy I was then given a suite on the first floor. We had to change rooms the first night because the bedspread was filthy with cigarette burn holes. My wife did not want to even sit on it. We changed rooms and the bedspread was a little better, but there was at least one cigarette burn hole in the blanket. These were suppose to be smoke free rooms-not really, eh?

My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay. Great room and good free breakfast for the price. Our room was really clean and the staff was all friendly. Great location about 10 minutes away from Hilton head beach!

This hotel was functional and served its purpose for my trip. I wasn't planning to spend much time at my hotel and didn't want to spend much money. I just needed a place to sleep. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The guy at the front desk when I checked out was super nice. The only thing is the wifi wasnt working good at all. But not a big deal. We will stay at Days Inn again.

The Days Inn Hotel of Hilton Head was a great stay. Very good location, mini golf right in front of the hotel. The rooms are a little small and the bathrooms are not grand but overall it was a very good stay! Couldnt beat the price!

We missed the last ferry over to Daufuskie Island and stayed overnight here with a last-minute reservation. Not much to speak of - but all we needed was a clean, comfortable, smoke-free room to sleep in and this hotel provided all that. The staff was pleasant, too.
