I was on my way to Europe and stayed in the hotel for only 5 hours on my way from Maui. I asked for a wake up call which I did not receive and almost missed my plane...I am very unhappy about that and will never stay in the Quality hotel again

Crappy neighborhood. Crappy Service. Shuttle to airport in on continous schedule. Easy to get to airport but not to get back. I had to take a taxi back after waiting 25 mins for shuttle. I was not informed but there is an additional fee per day to keep your car there while you are away.

Quality Inn was a great stay. Clean room and the free shuttle is very convenient. Takes you straight to the blue line train that takes you downtown.

This hotel was in a great location just minutes from the airport. The shuttle runs 24 hours so we got a lift to the train station and we were able to get to downtown easily. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. No complaints here, i enjoyed my stay. It was for a reasonable price as well.

Excellent location for visit to area. However, between making the reservation and time of check-in my reservation was changed from a non-smoking king room to smoking. The front desk person was pleasant and kindly offered a non-smoking room with twin beds. Appears hotel was built in the 70's and nothing has been done to update the hotel.

The primary attribute of the Quality Inn at O'Hare is an affordable place near the airport for a brief stay (I was there for 7 hours). It's a bit worn in places, but clean enough, and the rooms are well equipped.

The 1st room had crumbs in the "clean" bed, but they were nice and moved us to a new room. It was nice and clean.

Dissapointing. First warning, there are 2 Quality Inns at O'Hare, so make sure you are going to the right one. The room was OK but the staff did not want to be there. I made the mistake of eating in the restaurant on the first night, the food was terrible and I could not drink the draught beer. They advertise "full breakfast", but it was just toast […] and cerial. Clean Room, well priced, near airport...

Althought the noise of the interstate is rather loud, the hotel is a nice place for a quick trip to Chicago. They have an excellent shuttle service to O'hare where you can take the train to the city instead of spending a fortune on parking. The breakfast is not great, but Dunkin Doughnuts is right down the rown. For the price you cant beat it.

We had no trouble finding the shuttle. The hotel staff were helpful, breakfast was good, however, some yogurt and fruit would have been appreciated. There were a few places to eat nearby, we chose to walk about 20 min. Part of the way there were no sidewalks, however, it was easy to see the path. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is quite worn but it was clean. The service was okay. The breakfast was nice.

Heating and air conditioning was not working, tub did not drain well older hotel but close to Ohare.Good Breakfast. Good location but not for a long stay.

Not a place where you will enjoy your stay: Bad surrounding, not the best atmoshere.

My purpose of this stay was to rest during the 12 hour airplane connections. There was a 24 hr shuttle service from the airport and the hotel was just 2 miles away. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked good. Overall, it had not been updated in quite some time but it was adequate for my needs. Although I had advised them I would arrive at 5:30 […] am, there was some concern that no one was aware of my early arrival. They seem to get it cleared up rather quickly and found me a ground floor room due to my disability. It appears they did not have an elevator or not one available that day. Great Value

There is no elevator or escalator to the second floor. Since my sister and I were staying 6 nights we had a lot of luggage and no one to help get it to the second floor so if I ever went there again I would specifically ask for a first floor room. The shuttle service was a little disappointing and some of the drivers (all the women drivers) had nasty […] attitudes. We left at the airport one night for 45 minutes without a shuttle back to the hotel and we were being harassed by a drunk. Other than that the hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. Đọc thêm

I was exhausted from travel looking forward to a good night's rest. When I arrived at Quality Inn, a horrible musty smell greeted me. Hoping that just needed some airing out. No one was there to check us in, we had to wait for service. The inside decor needed updating, rooms were noisy due to the outside traffic. Wall Paper was pealing off the walls […] in the bathroom. The restaurant was good, the complimentary breakfast was good. I specified a non smoking room but they had me in a smoking room. They said it's the way hotels.com sets up the reservation: apprently they do it as a regular room and Quality considers that a smoking. You need to call ahead and make sure you get a non smoking room.

This was a decent hotel. The room was nice. It was clean and thankfully the tub drained (which don't in most hotels). We stayed there because there are few affordable hotels close by the downtown center. The only problem we had during our stay were our noisy black neighbors that keep us awake all night. Great price and service, very clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was very convienent.

I get that this is a cheap hotel people only use because it's so close to the airport, but that's no excuse to be rude to the guests. Maybe if you act like it's a nicer hotel, it will start to feel like a nicer hotel...

The hotel was fine but they only had one girl at the front desk so there was a line of people out the door. It took a while but was fine after we checked in. Rooms were clean. Rammstein was great.

When I walked into the hotel the decor was beautiful, so I was excited about finding a room at the last minute. However, it was an awful room. I asked for a smoking room, however I don't smoke my roommate does. Smoking or not it still was AWFUL. The room was dirty. Tthe drapes were stained and dirty, you could actually see the dirt and dust on them, […] the bathroom was not clean, I was afraid to use the toilet even after I disinfected it. The location was good there were a lot of things(stores) around so that was a plus. The manager was polite, so overall, I give it a two star rating and that's because there were no bedbugs. Đọc thêm

I went to visit a friend who lived nearby. The front desk kept me waiting at check in while she was chatting with another customer. The room was nice, but the parking spaces were so narrow I got door dings. The room was nice and beds comfortable. The hotel and room were clean enough. For the value, I felt I got what I needed and the breakfast was nice. […] I got there close to quitting time and the items were almost gone and cold. The guy was not really monitoring the empty items close enough. I had to ask for something. All in all a good stay for the money. Đọc thêm

We stayed here to be able to catch an early flight at o'hare. When we got to ohare I called to get the shuttle sent to pick us up and the rude guy on the phone said they had shuttles every 15 min. and I didn't have to call. We waited an hour and I called back and asked some more questions. Turns out they have another company that does their shuttles […] and there were 4 that came in that hour but none of them had a Quality In sign on them. So be sure to know the name of the shuttle so you don't wait to long. The next morning the company drove by twice before the 3rd shuttle picked us up so also leave plenty of time to be brought to O'Hare. Đọc thêm

The hotel was not as clean as it needed to be and my door didn't cover the whole doorway. I could see the hallway from inside my room when my door was closed.

Extremely convenient. Next to Thrify rental and they have a shuttle to O'Hare. The room was clean and adequate.

Great value for what we pay! The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that we could still heard noise from the outside, but it was not so loud and not a big deal for us. What impressed us most was the very good complimentary breakfast, which offered a range of food and beverage the same as what we had at a Hampton Inn few months ago […] (but with nearly x2 price). Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this place and will decide to choose it for our following visit to Chicago or Chicago O'Hare Airport. Đọc thêm

First of all, I've been in a lot of hotels on a budget and I've been in nice hotels. This is no 5 Star hotel, but it's everything you NEED in a hotel. Note: I was on the ground floor in a room with one King Size bed. Pros: --No Outside Noise (ie. Planes, Traffic) --Clean --Friendly Staff --Convenient Transportation Options (ie. Shuttle to/from Airport, […] CTA Blue Line available to downtown or anywhere else in the city) --Restaurant at hotel reasonably priced and open until 12 PM. --Reasonably priced room service. I usually never pay for room service, but it was very affordable. --Breakfast was everything you want in a standard continental breakfast (ie. Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Cereal, Waffles, Orange Juice, Hashbrown.) Most cheap hotels run out of food an hour before their posted end time, but not this hotel. They had enough food until the end. --Free TV Options --Free WiFi --The front desk lady knows her stuff! Ask her anything and if she delays more than 30 seconds for the best response, you're talking to the wrong lady. Cons: --Location/View on the outside sucks. It's no like staying in the John Hancock building, but you're not paying nearly as much for that either. --You can hear other doors slam shut. It's not too loud. I fell asleep just fine. I'm sure that a sensitive sleeper wouldn't wake up, but may have trouble falling asleep to the noise of people entering and exiting their room. --You may be able to hear the room above you. I heard some guys talking in a room above me. Although it wasn't loud, I'm sure a good newly wed couple can be heard as well. I was worried about this since other posts mention it. Although stuff like this normally bothers me, it wasn't loud enough to be a big concern. The hotel is good value. It is not so expensive and near the airport. The shuttle worked well. The dinner was fine with good service. It is not luxury but you get what you pay for. I would stay again.

Staff friendly--Room nice--shuttle no problem Few restaurants but you can go by free shuttle to the Great Escape for evening dinner if not the hotel restaurant

Got what was promised a clean non smoking room. Very close to O'Hare airport and right next to Thrifty Rental Car. Although the hotel looks a bit old, the rooms are exceptionally maintained.
