Enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Plan to return to the Biltmore at Christmas and will definitely stay at the Comfort Suites again.

This hotel more than fit our needs (Two adults, 4 teenagers, one room) which isn't easy. Two minor complaints, neither earth-shattering. #1- They need more than one elevator, especially since the only one they have is quite slow. Our stay at the Comfort Suites was nice. Only draw back was there was only one elevator and there was dogs staying there. I'm not a fan of pets in hotels. We could hear dogs barking in other rooms. Other wise it's was a nice hotel with hot breakfast in the morning (from waffles, bagels, eggs & sausage).

Only the location would bring me back to this location. Staff was pleasant. There is only one elevator so taking luggage up to the room and back to the car was an annoying process. Very good. It was close to the Biltmore Estates and there was plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The staff was very helpful and the room/hotel was clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Ashville!

While the overall hotel experience was lovely, we had a bathroom sink faucet with no hot water whatsoever - a little hard to shave and wash your face with ice cold mountain water. Also the tub faucet was not attached to the wall of the shower - there was a gap which means water was getting behind the wall. It just needed to be caulked. The breakfast staff were overworked and were run into the ground trying to wait on customers who had no food to eat and no place to sit when they did get even their coffee or juice. We came down at 8:00 AM on 12-27-12 and were totally unable to get anything to eat other than coffee and the milk dispensers were empty. The poor staff could not keep up […] with the demand. My husband and I went to the Manager at the front desk who was on the phone with a personal call and was totally uninterested. We sat and waited for 45 minutes for the situation to get better and it did not. We finally left after an hour as we had tickets to the Biltmore Estate and could not be late. We suggested the Manger open another room and also get anyone to help out, to which she replied I have no one to send. I asked what about yourself, and she said I can't leave the front desk. I have no sympathy for that. We will not stay here again and will think twice about staying at Comfort Inn. We tipped the poor wait staff as they deserved more than the constant complaints. What is the purpose in hiring a Manager if she doesn't manage. Save yourself the money and hire the wait staff instead, at least they know the problem and tried to solve it are good workers. Nice hotel for family stay. A little noisy in the morning with lots of guest in dining room but not unexpected for the number of guests. And not at an unreasonable hour (8:00-8:30) for guests to be getting ready to leave.

Very nice hotel and staff. We had our dog with us and the area was good for him also. Free breakfast was very good. It did get a bit crowded, but there was always food available.

We love this place.....we stay every trip we take out east. Very comfy beds for bad backs. We drive about 10 hrs the day coming through and always get a hot tub room for extra stiffness relief. We also enjoy the breakfast in the morning before leaving.......great place!

We booked a suite for 6 adults. We essentially got one room with two double beds and just enough room for a pullout coach. This, in our opinion, is not a suite! This is a hotel room! We had to walk down ourselves to get missing bedding, towels, and pillows because only one person working was working the entire hotel at 7pm (the attendant told us that […] she could not deliver items herself because she could not leave the front desk). The attendant herself was very nice and we felt very bad for her for being all alone in such a large hotel. Extremely poor customer service. This is still the busy season so we had to pay full price. Our room smelled like dog pee, the maid was still vacuuming at six in the evening, and there were guests drinking alcohol in the pool. They were told by a worker to take it out of the pool, but they just sat at the tables and partied while young children were there. Tacky, to say the least, and we will find a much better hotel next time we visit.

The hotel only has one elevator for 5 floors! Crazy! We also had very inconsistent room service in terms of new linens and having trash emptied. One day we had someone knock on our door five times to ask if everything was okay. The rest of the time we had to actually set our trash out side of the room to get someone to take it!

We stayed only for a night. The suit was great. It was clean and the breakfast was well managed with very neat and clean layout.We would certainly stay there when we go to Ashville. The location is very good, close to most places and easy to get around.

There were 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 kids. The 2 double beds and pull out couch worked perfectly. We didn't spend very much time in the hotel, arriving at 7pm and leaving by 10am but we had no complaints. The complementary breakfast was a huge plus along with free wi-fi so we could check weather, schedules etc.

Place is okay but what is cool if you want a cheap night out is that their is a Cinebarr around the back of the mall which is $3 to watch current movies. You can grab some casual food and have a drink at a reasonable price. We would stay at this place again just for that reason! Hotel was very clean just not lavish!
