It was ok but the bed was ver uncomfortable they need new beds, the sheets had to much fabric softner, the bed spread had a funny smell.

we noticed our TV did not work and asked to have it checked while out to dinner..coming back in about 11:00 pm...it still did not work..called down to the desk and they suggested that we could change rooms...at 11:00 at night...I told them they should have just changed the TV out when we where gone to the tv that worked...he got very ugly about it...I […] would never stay at any Super 8 if this is how they treat their guest! The rooms were fine, you.could just tell it was an older building. the shower had crud in the bottom so I couldnt even shower.

The first room we got was alreaady occupied the front desk was very appologetic and gave us another room still made us leary about leaving anything in the room the second room was vacant but it could have been cleaned better there were nail clipings on the comforter!

Same as before only worse. I was charged for a night, Dec 7th, when I was not in the state. I did stay the nights of Dec 5th and Dec 11th. This still has not been resolved after more than two weeks.

Very nice stay, 4 nights there. Guardsman security 24/7.. Nice area of sand and palm trees you will never be hassled in.. Beautiful pool, manicured yards. Nice clean buildings,Every room has a patio or balcony with a sitting area, Clean room, flat screen 40in TVs on wall comfortable king bed. Hot water. Nicest bathroom of any place I've stayed in negril.. […] This was my 10th trip. A solid 3star American hotel to a us standard.. I say 3.5 for negril.. I didnt eat at the restaurant except breakfast, which was reasonable and good. Eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, and orange juice was 6$ us.. I'd definitely stay again if price was in budget. The location of this hotel and the service provided is great. There were metal pipes sticking up thru the carpet, the wallpaper was ripped and the walls are very thin.

Floor in hallways seemed like it was about to collapse. Even when you try to walk quietly, there is a loud sound with every step you take. Walls did not look too healthy either. It was fine for an "on-the-road night." The only problem the Hotels.com representative ordered a "SMOKING" room and I am allergic to smoke so cannot stand the smell of a smoking roon. We were in town for a concert so I didn't expect much for the price but I expected more than what we got. We checked in and there were a group of drunk people in the lobby, we ran to get a quick bite to eat after check in and when we came back the drunk group had moved to the stairways yelling at people on the phone. Hallways and stairways smelled of […] smoke, as did our non-smoking room. When we actually got into our room it was horrible. The T.V didn't work so I went to take a shower, there was hair and horrible soap scumb build up so I passed and just washed my face. We turned on the heat and the front cover fell off of the unit and after 20 min was still blowing out cool air. The stucco was falling off the walls also. This is an average hotel at a decent price. Close enough to all amenities and shopping. I had a death in the family and it was a perfect cost and location balance. The rooms are average and in decent shape. If you're looking for fancy don't stay here but if you're looking for decent price and location, it can't be beat.

Cheapest place in Moline for a reason. Nice staff. The hotel needs remodeled, or at the very least it needs to have some tlc. Wall covers in the hallway were falling off. Basic room with basic breakfast. cheap. convenient. smelled really stale. had to wash all my clean clothes when i got home. could have been a former smoking room. maybe they need to maintain the AC unit better . maybe the room needs fresh air. it was what i needed for two nights though while i visited my daughter in college. cheap. basic room.

Drips of who knows what on walls and furniture. Unclean floors. Requested an ironing board and it was never delivered- had to go to the front desk and fetch it myself. Did not replenish the towels. TV controller did not work. Noisy AC. One clerk was very friendly , another had no social skills.

The air conditioner was dirty and not working properly. Wallpaper was peeling of the wall!! The breakfast was always missing something. I would definetely not stay there again!! The Internet connection was the worst that I have ever experienced in any WIFI system.

The hotel and staff were very good. Only complaint is that the room had definetly been a smoking room at one time and still had a Very Strong smell of smoke.
