Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel - Santiago

Enjoyed a 3 day stopover in Santiago before heading home, and decided on a hotel brand with reputable world wide quality in all aspect. The Radission Plaza didn't disappoint. Very comfortable stay - with hotels.com, check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel offers guest a welcome drink, there is a baby grand in the lobby and occasion a piano player […] enhancing the mood. The place is immaculate. The front lobby/door/concierge staff are polite and attentive. The hotel is located on Vitacura, in what could be the start of the financial district, plenty of banks located nearby. A brand new shopping plaza is located next door, with all the best shopping one could find in a 5 floor mall. 5th floor boost amazing restaurants and a food court. The hotel is located on the HOP-ON-OFF bus tour route. Stop 6 is located just down the street to the east on Vitacura. Makes it easy to join the tour, and follow it back to Bellavista, and to Plaza De Arms. Not close to the historic center of Santiago, but once your do a bus tour, orient yourself, you will see it is a good hour/bit walk west to get there.. or a decent taxi. Great stay.. Đọc thêm

There was a major International Conference on at the time of our stay. It involved bag searches & metal detectors & a possible element of risk to us if someone chose to attack while we were guests. We would like to have been advised when we booked to give the choice as to whether we took the "risk", changed our itinerary or stayed at another hotel. The bellhop Dalner is very accommodating for a firstimer in Chile ! The breakfast is fabulous, varied and abundant, and the waiters and host very warm and helpful. The rooms are quite clean and the cleaning staff very friendly and eager to assist. The facilities are also great. Except the pool is small. I was very comfortable and felt very safe. Right […] next door is the costanera centre ! With a huge food court and loads of shops. Altho I found Acuaro centre better in the end, that's a little distance, 5 mins by bus. Great location in the new financial district, steps away from a modern shopping mall. Easy access to airport and to major attractions. Good choice for English-only travelers. Excellent value.

The hotel experience was great! It is well located and near to a big shopping centre and great restaurants. I had a room with a great view of the Andes Mountains. I would stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely enjoyed the facilities available. Breakfast option was fantastic with large range of amazing food. Location right at the heart of a business district makes it easy to get around with public transport and walking even to old sites.

This hotel was ideal for us, quiet, and a clean well appointed room. The kind staff at front desk allowed us to keep room til 5pm the last day, which was great as we had a night flight on LAN. Attractive lobby with great staff to assist, rooftop pool was very nice, esp at sunset!

Nice hotel, furnishings not luxurious but very very nice. Breakfast is excellent. Short walk to many of the great neighborhoods throughout Santiago. I rank it 7 out of 10 on the luxury scale.

Every morning we were greeted in the dining room by friendly staff serving coffee or tea, and tables loaded with fresh fruits, breads and pastries, cheeses, yogurt, eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes or rice and usually 2-3 kinds of fruit juice. It was a feast!

I can't say enough good things about this stay. The staff is speedy, efficient, friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Room service bent over backwards to please us and the bar and restaurant downstairs had a wide selection of fantastic food. The neighborhood is clean, safe and has lots of food choices a block away. It is very close […] to the subway line as well as a stop for the hop-on hop-off city tour. I would absolutely stay here again. We were very impressed with the location and also the services the hotel offered. We had room service several times and it always was very prompt and the food was delicious and hot. Also, the breakfast (included in price) was great! Lots of choices and we enjoyed the friendly service. Our room was very spacious and as we had a corner room it was quiet […] and had 2 large windows with view of the city and mountains. Frontdesk was always helpful. Also, they provide free internet access in rooms as well as on the computers they provide. The stop for the hop on/hop off bas is close as well. I cannot say too many nice things about our experience at this lovely hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful in all ways and I loved having the business center with free internet services. We were there 2 nights and would definitely stay again if we were in Santiago.

Hotel room was nice, clean, and big. I had upgraded from a regular guest room to a Junior Sweet. Room was cleaned everyday. Hotel staff was friendly and nice and also very helpful when I had questions.

No air condition ! It was 32c=95f so hot but no air condition was working in my room. Also taxis were waiting outside hotel charged us more than the hotel clark told us.

We had a very pleasant stay, found the staff very helpful and eager to help. The hotel was very confortable and in a nice location close to a metro station on the direct line to the center.

Room was lovely; big, clean with a lovely view of Santiago and the Andes. We checked in easily; The desk staff gave us a good city map; suggestions of some good places to eat within walking distance;and information about the subway. This is the third time I stay at this hotel in Santiago. Is very confortable, clean, the rooms have a good size. Definetely I recomend this hotel because of the relation between the price per night vs what you get.

This is definitely a well-placed, well run hotel. Close to fine restaurants. The staff are very pleasant and helpful (as were most people we came across in Santiago). They were extremely helpful in giving directions and arranging tours.

Excelent Stay. The hotel has great location. It´s close to many restaurants and a nice business district. Service is great. I even tried room service and it was great.
