The hotel was very clean and nice. The hotel staff was excellent! The computer out front wasn't working for me to print off my boarding passes and Jen let me use the office computer and printer. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was very reasonable, which included a free shuttle from the Miami International airport. The free breakfast was good - it included hot offerings which were so much better than the muffin in cellophane coffee in a stryrofoam cup that can often be the "free breakfast"! hotel was great...... BUT its to close to the airport so you hear the jets. Not horrible but you can hear them. Could not take a nap due to all the take offs.

It was fine. I would have liked to be closer to the port. Not much around to do since we flew in a day early. However, hotel itself was fine; room was very good. Really no complaints.

After finally getting on the shuttle and riding for 50 mins...the driver, who spoke no English, took my husband to the wrong hotel. By the time he finally checked in...what was supposed to be a full 6 hours of expected sleep ended up less than 5 hours. Completely unacceptable!

Very clean hotel and rooms. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Room was a bit small and there was no couch as described on the site. It was quiet considering the location next to the airport. We found a great Thai restaurant within walking distance.

First the hotel staff was wonderful and most helpful. Shuttle from airport was great. Hotel was good for a one night stay before getting onto a cruise ship. But do not take the shuttle to the cruise ship terminals!! The hotel contracts with a company not associated with hotel. Although it seemed reasonable, take a cab. The man at the hotel organizing […] it the morning of the cruise was rude once he found out that we only wanted a one way ticket. Gave us a number of a van to get, wrote the number on the back of a business card, took our money and walked away. After waiting 45 minutes, the van finally arrived, they put our luggage in the back but then, he came out and removed the luggage from the van and tore up the card he had given me. I always thought that all the hotels under the "Holiday Inn" brand name were excellent. Well, the most of the ones I have been to, (and trust me, I have been to many) are highly recommendable. Till I went to this one at the Miami International Airport. I am completely disappointed. i can just not accept the fact that it is a "Hoilday Inn" hotel!

Our stay preceded an early morning flight home. While there was only one clerk at the desk and there was a short line, we were processed within 10 minutes. We arrived in Miami on 2/03/14. We were pleased with the location of the hotel, which was very close to the airport. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had no problem getting the shuttle from the airport. I would have given all 5s, but I had request a king size room, but we got 2 doubles. facilitys and service are good, value for money, recomended. there is a restaurant nextdoor that serves a good feed at a reasonable price, I didn't have to go far to get some evening dinner. breakfast at the hotel is included in the roomprice and was not bad. courtesy bus is very handy and ran well on time both ways. overall a good experience.

Very helpful with making arrangments for transportation to the Port of Miami. Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff! A good hotel close to the airport, but nothing to do in the area.

The shower was a mess. The drain must have been plugged and after a five minute shower you were standing ankle deep in water and then residual stuff that washed up in the tub was less than desirable.

Does not have pool on site. They will let you use their sister hotel pool at the Sleep Inn which is down the street about 3 blocks.

We needed something reasonable and close to the cruise terminal and airport. It served our purpose but is not a place I would like to stay again. Mostly because of the lack of surrounding facilities. We could walk to IHOP and McDonalds but had to pay to get to anything nicer.

Hotel was close to airport and although it needs updating the room were adequate enough. Breakfast, on the other hand, was deplorable! Supposed omelets that were brought from the kitchen were as cold as if they were taken directly from the fridge. Biscuits were cold and hard as hockey pucks! Clean hotel, with great staff. I where would stay here again. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. He immigrated from Cuba about ten years ago so he is not 100% comfortable with his english. He is a great guy who provides good service so don't him by his fluence in english.

I reserved for one king size bed but was given a room with two double beds. The hotel and room was clean. I liked the fact that the room also had: a safe, hairdryer, fridge, and microwave. The fellow who checked me in didn't make an effort to tell me about IHOP next door, the discount IHOP offered nor did he give me any complimentary cookies. I overheard […] him telling the person who was checking in before me. I didn't care for the breakfast buffet - it's the same fare - rather dull and boring. So far the best breakfast I ever had was at the Element Hotel - it was much better in many ways e.g. variety of foods offered, presentation, cutlery, originality. We stayed near the airport for convenience and was very pleasantly surprised by the fresh breakfast items and wonderful service by the staff. There are no amenities, however, as this is an Express hotel.

The hotel was Ok. However, Nicole at the front desk was not professional, didn't listen to our needs and was disrespectful. As an example, we told her we were checking out at 2 pm(priority club members are able to do) and she forgot and someone called us to tell us we must leave the room at 12 pm. Convenient to airport, but did not know I had to call for shuttle pick up - not on email sent. i Dsappointed that pool for our use was at another motel. Breakfast was generous and well done. Dinner restaurant choices limited, if without a cara during one night stay.

The reason why I chose this hotel was for the 24 hour shuttle service to/from the airport. We were told it runs every 30 minutes by the hotel staff. We waited over an hour, close to an hour and a half from the airport. We had the hotel #, I called it and they kept saying it should be there very soon. Same thing for the return shuttle to the airport […] the next morning. We had a very early flight and needed to leave at 4. We double checked with the hotel staff the night before that it ran every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. We had an overnight layover in Miami, and found this hotel to be convenient, clean, and well appointed. The room was quiet and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very good. The transportation to and from the airport was on time, and went off without an issue. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, a good experience.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. We travelled with our 1.5 year old son and the stay was really accomodating. Breakfast was good. Location was ideal for reaching shopping malls and sightseeing areas easily. We would stay here again for sure.
