"Not Bad, worth the price."
The Hotel was OK, the free breakfast mad it reasonable, as well as the shuttle to the train station. We would stay again.

Everything was like we expected it. We were 4 in a room - no problem. The shuttle service is great! We had a good time!

The stay went well, from check in to check out--Staff was accomodating,location was key along with the Non-Boston price.

"Very Accommodating for Boston Marathon"
The Ramada was very accommodating to us runners for the Boston Marathon. They opened the breakfast buffet early and had a shuttle to and from one of the Red Line stops which took us to the Marathon shuttles. I will definitely consider this for future Boston Marathons.

"Hotel in Boston"
the hotel is nice to see by photo but when i arrived i was not impressed with the overall structure and building outlook. it is small lobby and very long corridor to go to the room in upstairs with a hard to find small elevator. the corridor has some not-so-pleasant smell because it is so long and closed. But enter the room we found it very clean and […] organized. the bed sheet is super white and clean and no any bad smell . internet wifi is ready to use right away. shower tab is clean. the night stay is quiet except sometime the air conditioner made some noise. the location of the hotel is a little outskirt of the boston downtown. to drive around is fine but when taking subway it is not as convenient as what Hotel.com staff told me when make booking. The sub way is 5-10 minute drive by shuttle bus and this shuttle bus is small (for up to 10 persons) and it is Not on time. it was said on schedule every 30 minutes but i was there on time but only waited for NEXT one so a waiting took my 45 minutes time that is not so happy. hotel staff is helpful in general when they are Not busy, I got cold face when i asked the staff sometimes not sure whether they were too busy at that time. "Ramada boston"
They let us check in early and that was great, they had a shuttle to and from the airport and the train station. But when we asked for more blankets they said they didn't have any so we got a few extra sheets, not cool. "Ramada Hotel in Boston"
The only complaint that I have is that they didn't mention to us at check-in time that breakfast is complementary. At check-out they asked us to pay an additional fee per night for the complementary shuttle, parking, and breakfast. But we didn't know about the breakfast at all.

"Ramadan Inn Boston"
I spent a week at this hotel for a convention. The room was very comfortable and pleasant. There were restaurants nearby and an all night bowling alley with a brewpub and that is my favorite place to to is a brewpub. The only problem I had was the maid service. I did not get everything replenished and I received two conditioners and no shampoo.

The hotel was kind of dumpy, which is to be expected, though the rooms and common areas were clean. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to and from a T station every 30 minutes, which was excellent. There's also a shuttle to/from the airport (that you have to schedule), which was extremely convenient. All staff member I interacted with were pleasant […] and helpful. Overall I'd stay here again. The hotel was easy to find and it was not the best hotel but it Deffinately wasn't the worse. Everything work properly and they were nice people. The elevator was a little scary.
The hotel management was informative. The shuttle service was fine and I didn't have to wait long to be picked up at the airport. The hotel also provides shuttle service from the hotel to the subway stop-JFK/U of Mass. I was pleased with the hotel.

"Not the best"
Room was pretty dated and not the cleanest ever. Plus our room was on the freeway side, so lots of road noise. The free shuttle to the train station was a great bonus though and continental breakfast was great along with free computer/internet/printer access near the lobby.
a decent, cleanly, bare-bones, serviceable, accomodation with friendly staff and free parking. suited our needs just fine.

We enjoy our stay, staff was very friendly. Breakfast is excellent, I like the waffle maker,lounge room was nice. Shuttle service is excellent easy access to downtown. The only drawback,A/C is too noisy, the hotel need a facelift. Overall is good.

The crew was really nice and let me check in very early, at 9:30am because the room was available. I really appreciated that and also the fact that the hotel has free internet and breakfast. Thank you!
"Incredible value for the money!"
The hotel shuttle runs every half hour to take you to and from the the subway -- prompt and on time. Staff was courteous and helpful. 4 Star excellent seafood restaurant on the property -- also a quality chocolate shop and bowling alley. I would never stay at this hotel again. The staff is doing what they are told to do, however this place need new management. Someone need to go room by room and review this place. I will make sure I tell the parents of MIT to stay away from this place. Mrs. Richardson

We really enjoyed our stay - the shuttle service to the subway allowed us to avoid driving and parking in the city. It was very reliable and we didn't have to wait much. It was a little far from center of city but the tour company did pick me up so it worked out. their weren't any good resturants in close promity.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and each time it was raining on both occassions which left a musty smell in the corridors, you could smell this in the room which was not very nice.However the rooms are very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good a lot to choose from, so something for everybody. I have never done […] a lot of sightseeing from this area so cannot comment on if this is the ideal place to stay. There is a pizza place and bowling alley right across from the hotel, so if your there for an overnight stay, it's very handy. Good value for money I feel for a couple of nights. We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Inn. The breakfast was always refilled and the employees worked very hard. The convenient courtesy shuttle took us right to the train and we saw all of Boston. I would stay here again. Very courteous and informative shuttle drivers.

At a price of 1/3 to 1/10 of downtown Boston hotels, the Ramada Inn on Morrissey Blvd offers a convenient alternative. It is clean, with a friendly and helpful staff; next to an excellent restaurant; shuttles to airport MBTA & cruise lines; and within walking distance of car rental.

Really appreciated local, airport and cruise transportation. Excellent continental breakfast! Very nice breakfast staff, kind to me when I spilled. If we ever go on a cruise from Boston again, this is where we will stay.

This is an older hotel and there were some things that could have been better maintained (wall paper coming off the wall around the elevator, caulking around the tub really needed to be cleaned out and replaced), but the shuttle service made this a cost effective hotel to stay at as I went to a convention. The front desk was helpful with everything […] I requested. I also wish the exercise room was not at the sister hotel.
