every thing was great there, except fo 1 thing: the heating system takes awhile to get warn like over a hour. However, when i did start to feel it, i was still feeling cold. more-ever it wasn't such a cold day.

From the boarded up restaurant next door to the overall keep of the hotel, this place is a dump. Avoid this one.

the hotel is very clean, staff is friendly, breakfast was good. i have stayed at this hotel atleast 5 times and i can see that they are upgrading it. since my last trip (which was about a month ago) they have replaced the tvs with flat screen ones and the tv stands are new, as well as the desks. my only complaint is that the beds could be more comfortable, […] but for one night they are fine. hopefully they will replace those by the time i stay there again. Hotel needs some serious updating

I liked my room, the room was pretty large. It's right near the interstate, so that was a plus. For the price, this is a good deal, the bed was comfy, but the staff could have been a little more helpful. I asked for extended check out because my flight had been changed and the front desk clerk said I had to pay $25 for an extra hour. I declined and […] asked when the owner would be around, so I could ask him. I called the owner the next day and he allowed me to stay the extended time for free. *Here on business *Staff was excellent *Room was simple, BIG, and CLEAN *Everything I needed (including a mini fridge & micro) *Heated indoor pool on my floor that was well light by naturual light during the day and electric by night. *VERY convenient location with shopping nearby. *Overall: very comfortable *I'd stay again!!

Rented two rooms at this hotel for a night for myself and my family. First impression was okay, the rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of fresh towels. Staff was very nice and accomodating. The hotel is a little outdated but for the price it was tolerable. Beds were really comfortable we found, I must say the continental breakfast was more than […] we expected. They had a wide assortment of food, your choice of cereal, waffles, eggs,toast, sausage, coffee, juices, yogurt, and fruits. Staff was friendly and competent, facility clean kept up, rooms simple but clean, pool and fitness center clean & maintained. only con was the property next door went out of business and not kept up.

Our room was not ready when we got there, check in was at 1pm and she told us that it really wasnt until 2pm so we had to sit in the lobby and wait for a room to be ready. The breakfast wasnt really all that great, long lines for the waffle maker as they only had 1 and no fresh fruit. Not impressed with the breakfast. Only spent one night there ,but the facilities were nice and clean, front desk was very pleasent and the continental breakfast was nice the next morning. It was a nice place to stay over.

We reserved and stayed for 2 nights. Are room was not cleaned for the second night. Not al all. Also, tissue box was empty when we got there and stayed that way. Breakfast was good.

We stayed here because we wanted a suite and be close to Salem which this hotel had. The suite was very nice with all the amenities but when we arrived there were wet towels behind the bathroom door. We told the front desk, but they didn't come to clean them up till the next day when they cleaned the room. They also didn't arrive to clean the room the […] next day till 5 p.m., but we put that down to it being Easter weekend. somewhat classy hotel. very clean. The top floor has large rooms with a high ceiling which game the room a great atmosphere.

staff were amazing, i have 3 small very rambunxious children and one older special needs child, staff was patient and understanding, very helpful when trying to get them all breakfast. the pool was warm. food was great, will definately book again

this hotel was nice and clean, and located in a nice area. the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was better then most hotels that i have ever been to. there were two problems that we had. upon checking in the hotel tried to charge me for extra people, i showed them that i had already paid for them when i booked the room online. then at about 1am […] the person staying across the hall from us proceeded to spend the next 1/2 hour banging on the door trying to get back into his room. i called the desk and they weren't able to let him in, the man's wife or girlfriend had put the double lock on. so i felt that if i had to be up then so did that lady, so i called her room at 1:45 in the morning. within 2 minutes she opened the door. other than that moron it was a nice stay. This motel was very clean,modern,nice employees, goods contential breakfast. Convenently located. A+ stay. Good rates.

Good breakfast!! The room and beds were comfotable, except that there was only 1 chair, although this room was obviously meant for 2-4 people. We extended our stay one day, but our keys expired - wouldn't work after initial reservation period. We had to go to the office to get them working. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. I was a little annoyed that our room was not ready when we came to check in. The front desk clerk told me that we could check in and just use the pool till our room was ready. This worked out ok.

I stayed in this hotel partly because it had a pool. I was visiting an elderly relative and figured the pool would be nice to help my kids burn some energy. The pool was tiny and overcrowded because children were brought in by bus to have swimming lessons in the already very small pool. The room was large but very outdated. Cleaning staff turned off […] the AC in our room everyday making it hot and humid when we got back each day. Bathroom had no fan making it humid and hot all day after the first shower. I guess this would be good hotel if you were passing through and needed a cheap place for the night but I would not recommend staying more than one night. I will not be back. Đọc thêm

After a long day of travel it was a pleasure to have a pleasant greeting on arrival and a quiet evening where we enjoyed one of our best sleeps over our 8 day trip. It was a pleasure and if we are back in that area we would be pleased to book again. Keep up the good work.

Positives: Our king suite was huge and the 3 of us were able to spread out comfortably. Bedding was adequate. The towels were very soft. The pool was in great condition and the temperature was very nice. Staff was courteous. Negatives: The toiletries that were provided had warnings that said not to use if seal was broken and every bottle had a broken […] seal so obviously they were not replaced. My room key kept deactivating and I had to go back to the front desk on several occasions to reactivate it. Finally, on my last day, they told me that if the key gets near an electronic device (like a phone), it can deactivate. Would have been nice to know that earlier so as to avoid trips to the front desk. There were no towels available in the pool area, had to go to the front desk to get them. The breakfast was just OK. I like the waffle maker and the availability of fruit and yogurt but the eggs and sausage in the warmer looked horrible. The coffee was like water. Đọc thêm

pool was small and crowded rooms were nice and spacious breakfast had a lot of variety but wasn't out at 6 AM as advertised.. hotel was hard to find, GPS took us to the wrong location.

Poor choice, no frills. Don't bother. Oh, don't call asking for local directions because you are lost. THey don't even know their own neighborhood.

Morning #1 at 6:55 am... out of coffee and half of their hot food was gone. There was no attendent. The desk clerk was barely alert. Day #2 at 7 am. No syrup, no utensils, coffee almost gone and no attendant. When she did arrive, the attendent took almost 5 minutes just to get syrup. Everyday I was there (3 days), there was a brand new sedan parked […] in the handicapped spot with no tag or license plate for handicap parking- nice to see Quality Inn condones this acitivity 2 days in a row. The desk clerk wanted $.25 per page to print a 10 page letter - some "business center". Worst hotel expewrience ever and I only spend 25-30 days a year total in hotels. Đọc thêm

Myself and my business partner were both billed byt the hotel on our credit card. You know, the one you give them for "incidentals". I don't know if it is a habit of the hotel, but i would not stay there again. In fact, the GPS takes you to a wrong street address.
