After walking down a smoke-odored hall to my non-smoking room, I smelled the faint remnants of smoke odor in the room which seemed to be covered over by a men's cologne odor. Burn marks in the floor indicated it was once a smoking room. Bathroom smelled of stale urine. While sitting on the bed (which had weird brown satin sheets on it), I was startled […] by another hotel guest coming through my door. I do not know how he gained access, but I quickly engaged the deadbolt and security lock. Noisy in the hallway into the late evening. Cockroach on wall in morning. Dirty shower, bedspread had stains. A piece of hair was on the disposable coffee cups! Yuck!

Our family travels to Colorado Springs every spring. We have stayed at this Days Inn for the past several years and have never been disappointed. Recently they have done some renovations and the place looks very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

The room needed obvious maintainance and had hair in the bathtub and on the floor in front of the toilet. Bed was clean however the floor board around the room was pealing away from the wall and the room smelled funny.

The hotel itself was rather messy and "trashy" outside, but inside was definitely clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet considering it was close to I-25 and Garden of the Gods Rd.. We were after an inexpensive hotel room for one night and that is exactly what we got! The only complaint we had was that the towel bar kept falling down.

When we first arrived we were given a key card to a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, dirty towels on the floor, unclean bathroom. We were moved to another room where we began to partially unpack when we saw there was no microwave and frodge as stated in the hotel.com preview of this hotel. We waited for the desk clerk to find these […] two items for this room, but to no avail. We were moved to a 3rd room.. This room had a microwave and fridge. HOWEVER, after getting completely unpacked we became aware of how cold the room was. After adjusting the heater with no results, the desk clerk was once again notified of this newest issue. We waited for him to come to our room to see for himself. It was late, we were tired, but we waited for the clerk to place us in, yes, a fourth room. We had completely unpacked again so once again we found ourselves repacking and waited for the new key card. FOURTH ROOM--This room was acceptable, after all, who cared anymore, right? The walkways were snow covered icy and completely ignored by maintenance. The carpeting in all four rooms we entered were stained enough I didn't dare step on it bare footed. The blanket on the bed of the fourth room had a suspicious substance on it. Definate Eeeewww factor! The location was extremely inconvenient because the highway was divided so to get to the Rasina rd you must go a mile down the road to turn around. U turns are not permitted there. Đọc thêm

Service was okay hotel need some work done. toilet kept runing all night. had toilet paper on ceiling look like someone wet it and threw on ceiling.

This hotel was in very poor condition. The plug in for the TV, though behind furniture, was hanging out of the wall with exposed wires. Many things were broken (faucets, cracking walls, toilet seat, toaster at the breakfast bar, and etc). The room was a non-smoking room but there was a cigarett dispenser outside our door on the inside of the building, […] so our room smelled of smoke. I travel for a living, so I have stayed in plenty of hotels, this has to be the worst. They gave us a room, it had not been cleaned yet, it was 5pm. First of all this hotel is a privately which should not matter, but it does in this case. Their morning breakfast consisted of little debie doughnuts, banana's and toast along with the two normal breakfast cereals. Drinks were coffee and milk. Just expect to go out for breakfast. Not a pleasant hotel. The non-smoking room smells of smoke and the halls are FILLED with smoke. Hole the the bathroom door the size of a softball. Mildew in the shower. Vomit stain on the carpet. Locks removed from hallway-to-exterior doors. The hotel is simply in a state of serious disrepair.

After booking for a great rate from the internet, I was upgraded to a better room onsite when I suggested I may extend an extra night. They also matched the internet rate for the extra night. Basic breakfast, but room very comfortable.

The property was not maintained at all. The pool was dry and weeds surrounded the area. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and every fixture was dirty and some didn't even work. The room was very dirty and the only positive about this experience was the bed was comfortable. I will certainly not be staying at another Days Inn property.

I would have to say this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in! The hallways were dirty with mud everywhere an the rooms were horrible. They need to be painted the paint is chipping off the walls. The bathroom sink was all stained and the counter top was gross! I will not go back!

This was one of the worse places I have ever seen. There were piles of old dirty wet mattresses by the entry door at the rear of the motel as well as old furniture.
