The elevators made noises as if it was falling. The outside masonary was so bad the rebar was exposed in many areas. We were on the fourth floor and was afraid to walk close to the handrailing.

The hotel was clean but my room the carpet was very wet like it was hosed down. Could not take off my shoes because the carpet was so wet. The service to check in was extremely slow. Took over 30 minutes to check in with 2 people in front of me. Was very disappoint for the price. Would not stay here again

Poor poor poor... Not clean, moldy bathroom, plugged toilet, extra cost for free shuttle. Too far from town.

Toilet and ac broken on arrival. Initial maintaince man was not helpful and told us we had to use lobby bathroom for the night. Had to get a manager to get both toilet and ac replaced....broken beyond repair. Very old building. Location is good and easy access to trolly. Breakfast was good.

Nice property; friendly personnel; parts under construction; water in tub did not drain even the next day there was still water in the tub left from shower; free parking and shuttle service into Key West was great; both beds had comfort dials that did not work; small pillows made me glad I brought my own.

The room had sleep number beds, however, neither of them worked and were quite hard.

The staff was friendly, however the hotel was terrible. The room had a strong musty smell. The carpet felt sticky on my feet. The beds were very uncomfortable. Road construction made if so noisy we couldn't sleep. We had paid for two nights but left after thd first night.

Hotel location was good ,close to all the main attractions.Room was very small and cluttered with furnitures. There was no microwave in the room.

We booked this hotel at the last minute over Thanksgiving after other accommodations fell through. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to get us registered and happily moved in. Room itself was fine. BUT BE VERY CAREFUL TO CHECK YOUR BILL!!!!! When I checked out I was told I had prepaid so everything was done and they hoped I had a nice stay. When I checked my card statement after I returned home I had a $25.77 charge. when I called to question it they said they charged $8.00 per day for parking, maid service, shuttle service, […] and the in room safe. The interior elevator was broken and we had to use the one outdoor one, which hasn't a huge problem, just inconvenient. For price of the room, unclean,we discovered a g- string next to TV, false eyelashes on counter near bathroom,couldn't take a bath because fixture was broken, elevator was down just messy made us wonder if bedding was fresh. but key west was beautiful but will not stay at comfort inn no more .

Overall good stay, however, busted elevator, bathroom light flickering, slow draining bathtub... Denny's was great! Taxi service was nice. I wish breakfast was a little later, especially in Key West fantasy Fest when bars are open super late.

We had to sleep on a deflated "Sleep Number" mattress... One of the worst nights of sleep of my life. Overall condition of the Comfort Inn was grimy and dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

3 star rating ? I don't think so. The hotel is run down and not well maintained. The mattress in our room had literally caved in. The fridge had leaked water all over the carpet. Found a broken syringe next to the car when we went to leave the next day.

If it wasn't for the friendly staff...we would have checked out. The rooms were old, exposed black mold everywhere, shower curtain and bath moldy, paint peeling inside room and in Hotel, room smelled like a wet dog, cig burns in blanket, A/C noisy, elevators were slow or not working at all, road construction in front of hotel only allowed for one way […] traffic....not much nicer than camping in a tent! Somebody stole my whole family swimming wear, my husband called the front desk to see if somebody turned them in after looking for them all over the lower decks and surrounding ground area. They said nobody turned anything in.

The outside appearance is not so good by the pool side. Elevators are old and too small, specially the inside-one. The pool is very good and a pleasant place combine with the pool bar. The breakfast was excellent, the variety was very good.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, overall the location and experience's were as expected for the price. This time I received a small but irritating surprise at check-in. The manner in which the surprise was presented made me want to leave, had I not paid in advance via online.xxx I may have done just that. After showing ID and CC the clerk […] pointed to a small stand up notice on the counter. This notice stated that for a charge of $7 and change, several items were made available to guests, being close to the beach, pool towels, availability of bus service to downtown ex-cetera, and these items were not included in the cost of the room. I stated I was not going to use any of these items and as such did not want them. Without a word the clerk held the sign up in front of me pointing to one line, this line stated that you would accept and pay the extra charge period. I will not continue with the verbal exchange except to say the clerk blamed online.xxx for not telling me. This was not a Resort fee I understand and would have paid, no question asked. It was not the cost, it was the way it was presented and the rudeness of the whole issue. Small surprise, small cost, big mistake! I will not stay at another (enter this hotels name here) anywhere. This may seem petty, and probably in the grand scheme of things is. Anyway, I paid, I stayed but never again, I do not like being ambushed for any amount. it was the best price we could get on Key West, but the hotel needs some work. Liked the Denny's right on the property because the hotel breakfast was on the minimal side. Nice pool. Nice view.

It is right at the entrance to Key West, so you have to drive to get to the beach or Duvall Street. Hotel is a bit old and needs some refurbishing and maintenance. Overpriced, but I guess that is the standard in Key West. Overall, it is an OK option when you cannot find a better one with similar price.

AC didn't work. Large gap in the door. Slow crowded elevators. The place was loud and it was hard to get any sleep.

If you are looking for a low-cost but pleasant and comfortable stay in Key West, this is the place to go. We had a great time dancing and having fun with our Jamaican singer, who made us laugh and forget we were actually in the US. Our room was clean, cold and comfy. The name says it right: Comfort Inn. The hotel needs a tremendous TLC and after last year staying at The Inns was a big difference, actually we picked this one because of the breakfast, no to have to go out, but it was not worthy. The staff was not rude nither friendly I will not recomended nor I will go back

The Comfort Inn is a little dated & "scruffy" however the price made us choose this hotel. The room had all the amenities we required with a toilet & shower seperated from the vanity sink so that I could use the shower while my wife applied her makeup. The air conditioner in the room was a little noisy but we could sleep through it OK. The included […] breakfast was more than adequate & we were even suprised that there were scrambled eggs & sausage patties as well as the usual croissants, cereal, toast & coffee. Staff were very helpful, always cheerful. The pool is a decent size although there is limited shade during the middle of the day, fresh towels were always available. Location is five to ten minutes drive from the downtown so a car is recommended however, free shuttles are available, with the last one returning at 11:30pm. Cab fare back to the hotel with "Pink Cabs" was under $16.00 for the nights we partied to 3:00am on Duval St. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Comfort inn, Key West. Đọc thêm
