Room was clean and even smelled great.

I was very happy to stay at Extended Stay Brentwood near Nashville, TN. The staff, especially Tiffany, were extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. I will definitely stay there again when I have occasion to revisit the area.

I stayed here because the price was right for my budget. And now I know why. Two task lights didn't work, and one outlet was not good. The drain in the tub was broken, so I showered in a pool of water. Except for a few bars of soap and one pack of coffee, there are no amenities. I called the office for a wake-up call, and no one answered. The location […] is very good, and I felt safe coming and going, but you really are on your own for the rest of it. Very "motel" like. there is NO breakfast... and NO hairdryers, too! They will have it on the hotel view page.. but they don't have these things... just for you FYI!

Great place for in and out hotel stay. Staff very nice.

Room smelled like old smoke two tvs in room neither worked. Told girl at counter and she went behind wall to tell the manager. Manager had to turn down the tv he she was watching but never came out .the girl said she was sorry but shecouldnt do anything. Will not go back

To many issues involving cleanliness. Booking not correct on arrival. New clerk at desk went out of way to find an OK room. If had not prepaid would not have stayed.

For the price, the hotel is very good and I would definitely stay in that if in this area Betty did a good job

Decent and at a nice rate. Been in a lot of upscale hotels so I can really say I'll stay here when I come to Brentwood

for the money you cant beat it - we were looking for somewhere economical while we shopped for an apartment for my daughter and wanted something that could be longer term if necessary. Clean, decent place to stay cheap in very nice area.

Candy wrapper was under the bed there was a stain on the wall like someone had spit on it and under the toilet seat was a urine stain ! Very unsatisfactory !!!

Was wondering if I'd made the right choice, after reading other reviews, but this is a nice hotel at a decent price. Good location. Only complaint I'd have is that wireless internet is an extra $5. I mean... really? Also, tried to check out at 6 a.m., and the office was closed. Otherwise, cleanliness/condition was fine.

We told that we need late check in. We got it ok. We got to the hotel the office lights were out so we had to search for help 11pm. We asked for two double beds in each room and they provided one room with double beds and the other twins for two large men . Bad service. Moss on ceiling and very small hand soap for bath. I selected this hotel because it was close to our location. The two team members were not impressed at all. One had to be moved to another room location, the cleanliness of the rooms and very sub-standard. They were not impressed at all. I had to apoligize a number of times to them. I recently stayed at an Extended Stay America in Brentwood, TN while some work was being done on my home. A short time after I checked in, I used the restroom and discovered that the handle on the toilet was broken and the only way to flush, was to remove the tank cover and pull the lever from inside. I reported this problem to the front desk and they […] assured me that this problem would be fixed by maintenance later the same day. However, this never happened. Since I had to stay over the weekend at the hotel, and there was no maintenance on staff during that time, the toilet remained broken over the course of my entire stay. No resolution was offered. In addition, as I walked across the carpet in clean white socks, when I removed them I noticed dark dirt stains all over the bottoms of the socks - Eeewwwhhh! Its an okay hotel. For the price its reasonable. Very safe neighborhood. Brentwood is one of the nicest towns you may ever see in your life. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was outstanding. I always stay here when I come to town. I like to be able to keep food in the fridge and cook.

Upon checking in, I hauled my luggage up to the 3rd level (it was heavy) and I got a room that had dishes in the sink and food in 'fridge/freezer. Good thing I looked! I wouldn't want a workman walking in on me sleeping after his long day at work.. I called down and got a different room. The room was a lot smaller than the pics. on their website. I was expecting a much bigger room. Toilet was very loud and would hardly flush. It was clean and the kitchen was nice.

Good service, clean, good location. Better than any review I read. Good value.

1. Got a queen, not the king I reserved. 2. Had to wait 4 hours to get 2 extra pillows due to no clean pillow cases. 3. Room is WAY too small.

hotel front desk was very nice and helpful. She did her job very well. The room on the other hand was not nice or clean. It had trash under bed, the comforter had big stain on it, the floor had burn holes and so did the chair. I was not impressed by the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

never stay here....not clean, looks shady..i was suppose to stay 4 nights, didn't even stay 1 night, went and check in to the holiday inn..and its$5 for the internet here too

I had read all of the reviews and sure enough I was on the 3rd floor. I left my luggage in my car and went to the room to check it out first. I brought my own shampoo and hair dryer as they didn't provide either. Everything exceeded my expectations! Great stay!

Room was reasonably comfortable. Only issue is that the walls are thin and sound carries from other rooms. Bring your own shampoo and other toiletries. Soap was supplied.

Looked okay on the outside, but there is no elevator, and my room was on the third floor. When I opened the door, there was a couple hanging out in the room drinking--I had been given an occupied room. So I carried my luggage back down, and the person on duty was apologetic and gave me another room--also on third floor. Carried everything back up, and […] the room looked okay until I noticed the toilet was disassembled--which is when the phone rang, and the girl at the front desk explained she just then realized the room was on her maintenance list, and would I please come down to get another room. Carry luggage down, get another key--back up to the third floor. The key finally worked after trying for almost 5 minutes, and then the door stuck and would not latch--it could be kicked in pretty easily. But everything in the room worked, even it it wasn''t perfectly clean. When I returned later, the key again did not work until I messed around with it for 5 minutes. No wake up calls, "we're not set up to do that." For 5 more dollars, I could have stayed at the place across the street, which I did the next night, and it was wonderful. This was not a pleasant stay at ALL!!!!!!!!!! The toliet didn't flush......it didn't look like they changed the bed sheets so we slept on top of the comforter and used towels for blankets!!! It was not a pleasant experience and I would never stay there again.

This was the lowest cost name brand hotel which is why I picked it. For the money, it was reasonable. Room was small but clean and quiet. Location was convenient. Staff friendly. I'd stay there again.

We requested a non smoking room, but the smell of smoking was really bad. It was a bad experience ever.

I couldn't program the tv for closed captioning and at first neither could the desk clerk. Then the tv conked out. They immediately replaced the unit and had the closed captioning on when I returned to the room a few hours later. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The Extended Stay in Nashville was a cheap, adequate place to stay. It looked fine on the outside, but the rooms did not seem to be very well-maintained. There was a huge crack in the wall under the kitchen cabinet. We had asked for a non-smoking room, but ours reeked of cigarette smoke and came with ash trays. The sheets and towels seemed a little […] thread bare. The carpet had a few stains, but the room appeared to be clean. This was a cheap motel-style hotel. It did have a full kitchen, which we appreciated, but we were staying on the 3rd floor, and there were no elevators. We had a TON of luggage, so we nearly got a hernia from all of the climbing! The room was clean enough, just not very hospitable.

Needs to be updated as the carpet was not in good condition needed to be replaced. Pillows need to be replaced.

We searched a lot for a cheap deal and finally settled for this one. So we kept our expectations too low and visited, but things were wonderful. Obviously, we would have ended up with the same kind of room even if have had paid 3 times more than what we spend here. The receptionist was cool. Nobody turned up to the room for all 3 days but it was a plus […] for us, we call it privacy, you name it. Its not in Nashville, so if you are looking for a hotel walkable from Nashville Downtown, say No to this hotel. It is in Brentwood (some 10 miles from Nashville) But it has its own neighbourhood with many shops, ATM and a mall around.
