We will stay here any time we are in this area. The room was great and the service was great as well. The jacuzzi tub was....... AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had asked for a smoking room. I was told by the front desk clerk that they were a non- smoking hotel. I asked about using the balcony to smoke. He very abruptly mentioned if there is any smell that even comes from residual smoke on your clothes that we could be charged an additional $150. 00. I did get the message loud and clear. I asked where is […] it that we could smoke. He said out front of the hotel. They seem to put you as a specticle in front of everyone to give you the" oh, my smokers look" as they first enter the hotel. I am still watching my card to see if a fraudulant charge is made toward the smoking that we did not do. I feel as if I was discriminated against because of my habit. Funny they treated others with animals better than me. They offered bags for their poo but not even a bench for smokers. My wife and I have enjoyed this hotel over the years as an escape. I was there over the Memorial Day Holiday and it was an excellent stay. The hotel was in great condition, rooms also. Loved the set up of the room and at a very reasonable price. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat close by. I would stay here again!

I am kinda picky most of the time and this was very good place to stay at a great price. Well maintained and clean. Staff was very friendly. Good Overall hotel and close to everything.

Close to perimeter mall and easy access to 285. However, the room they put us in was next to the electrical room and there was a very audible constant rumble. The room was clean, however there was a very pungent smell in the air, a bad attempt to mask smoke and mildew odor with some sort of cleaner.

I book this hotel online 4 a great price ( 3rd night free). The hotel was Very clean, staff professional, and community safe. Only thing..... I hated they didn't offer free BK, however great restaurants near the hotel. The bed and pillows were super soft.

The description says there is a game console in the room, so having 2 boys we thought that would be really nice to keep them occupied in the evenings. However, we were informed at the front desk that this particular one does not offer the game console. The air conditioner in one of the family suites is too small for the room as it has not been upgraded […] yet. The staff was very accommodating by moving us to another room for the night. The only complaint was having to ask to get our room cleaned up either they skipped it or just forgot but we were gone most of the morning so they had time to bring us new towels and such.

We stayed in the King Suite and it was absolutely lovely! I loved all the windows and the space in the room! There were multiple mirrors throughout the room and a wonderful bathtub for a romantic bath. I give it 5 stars!!! I wish I could stay longer. P.S. the hot tub was great and the staff was so helpful!

All the fixtures leaked and no free WiFi. The pool was nice and it was nice and clean.

This was one of the nicest hotels my husband and I ever had the pleasure of staying! The front desk staff were very efficient! We ordered room service & were treated royally! Thank you for making our anniversary memorable!

problems started small--missing tv remote-went to call--phone did not work-which meant internet at desk did not work---maintence did come up with a remote right away--but could not fix phone-internet---watched nba instead----In the morning--found out coffee maker did not work-----Not a great Suite---went to checkout and told desk the probelms and the […] desk guy said he would note it in the computer---did not even say sorry -- rude Thought Hilton would be better. Enjoyed my weekend stay at this clean, comfortable and convenient hotel. I received excellent value for the price I paid. The front desk staff were helpful and cordial. I look forward to staying here again when I visit the area in the months ahead.

It was ok. The sheets were still left on the sofa bed from someone else's stay. But overall the customer service was excellent.

The suite was very nice, however, to avoid wetting my hand in the toilet bowl when finished defecating, I had to stand up to wipe my bottom, because the water level was too close to my bottom. Also, when the suite had had no maid service while we were out from 8 AM to 3PM, we complained to a maid not responsible for our suite and who had very little […] English capability. Hotel is nice in a great location right by perimeter mall n ten mins from Lenox mall n 20mins at most from downtown atl this is a very upscale area we still here on my next visits

The room was nice, but there was no smoking on the balconies. What's the point of them then? Also, the staff was not very friendly. I probably won't stay again, but it may work for some.
