This hotel is well situated in Jardins with a nice walk to some great places. The room is ample, the shower facilities more than adequate and the internet is good. The gym is nothing to speak of, so if you are looking for a hotel with a good gym this is not the place! The staff are friendly and helpful, I had a good, productive stay.

This hotel is in a wonderful location to walk to Paulista Ave. and easy walking to Oscar Ferrer Street for great shopping. The rooms themselves are adequate. No luxury should be expected. The bathroom sinks are small and badly placed for comfortable use.

Small hotel, located in the heart of the beautiful area of the "Jardins", in Sao Paulo. The older rooms are a little bit shabby, but the new ones are clean and comfortable. The high point is the staff, always kind, attentive and willing to help. I definitely recommend it.

Very high-quality property, and only 1.5 blocks from Avenida Paulista, just down the street from MASP, tourist bureau, parks and on the edge of Jardins district, very handy location. Rooms are nicely appointed and housekeeping is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Close to Paulista and Consolacao metro stations. So, this hotel was undergoing rennovations to look like a college dorm. Relatively clean. As far as the hotel staff, the doorman just stands there, don't expect him to get the door for you no matter how full your hands. They'll give you a 50% off coupon for the restaurant...that NEVER opens, that was a nice perk. The screw you, I don't care if the rennovations […] from 8am to 5pm don't allow to sleep was also a treat! For the amount of money...not worth it. They area is very nice. With the crime level being so high in Brazil, i have to say i had no problems walking around on my own. And the was a visable police presence. The hotel itself is fine. Dtaff are friendly and mostly out of the way. The only issue i had, was that for some bizarre reason the maid would leave the balcont door open after cleaning. […] And as i could be out of the room for hours at a time i did'nt like this at all. This hotel is in an ideal location and although the rooms are quite simple, they were very clean and comfortable. This is very good value for money hotel. The staff didn't speak much English but were very polite & helpful.

Very courteous and helpful staff. The hotel is well maintained, although our room had a broken lock on the balcony door. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The wifi worked well, but with just one login per room. The location was very handy to the metro, shopping and the MASP. The Mercure Sao Paulo Augusta is located only a couple of blocks from Paulista near Conjunto Nacional right in the center of the old financial district. Pao de Acucar, a small supermarket with slow check-out, stocks a full array of food to use in the kitchenette with its refrigerator and microwave. The Consolacao metro station, only 2 1/2 blocks away, […] runs down Paulista, past MASP, or, alternatively, connects via an underground walkway to the Amarela line that goes down to Faria Lima and Butanta and will connect soon to Praca da Republica. Service and care by the staff is very good. This hotel provides a comfortable, fairly safe central location that can make Sao Paulo relatively pleasant. (Who wouldn't prefer to be in Ipanema?) The hotel staff is very courteous, helpful and respectful. It's a delight to be with them. However I had an issue with the internet not working on my ipad and they could not fix that problem. through-out my 6 days stay I had to be without internet.

I definitely recommend this hotel. Very well located, great staff and very comfortable bed. The only problem I had was the small elevator that took a long time to arrive, and the wifi is not free.

A acústica dos quartos eh horrível. Da pra ouvir tudo nos corredores, no quarto de cima .... Enfim. Maior barulho dentro do hotel. Dificil dormir !

Sao Paulo ist teuer und auch nicht besonders schön. In einer der besseren Gegenden, wo man abends auch zu Fuß in eines der zahlreichen Lokale gehen kann, liegt dieses Hotel, ganz nahe auch an der Metrostation Consolacao. Ich habe das Hotel gebucht wegen der Größe der Appartements im Vergleich zu normalen Hotelzimmern (stimmt), des schönen Pools auf […] dem Dach (stimmt auch, wenngleich recht kalt) und des angeblichen Blicks auf Sao Paulo (stimmt nicht). Ich hatte um ein Zimmer in oberem Stockwerk gebeten und bekam eines in der ersten Etage (von 18). Gegen Aufpreis hätte ich auch ein anderes weiter oben bekommen können, doch statt auf Bäume hätte ich dann auf abgenutzte Hochhausfassaden geschaut. Sauberkeit war ingesamt recht gut, bis auf die vielen kleinen Ameisen nicht nur auf der Küchenzeile. Servicequalität war unterschiedlich. Das Personal war -wie in Brasilien fast üblich- sehr freundlich. Eine Dame war sehr zuvorkommend und konnte mein Problem lösen, eine andere sagte bei einem anderen, sie seien nur ein 3-Sterne-Haus. Insgesamt war ich aber dennoch froh, in diesem, und nicht im fast benachbarten Mercure Hotel gebucht zu haben, auch wenn dort das Frühstück üppiger war. Đọc thêm

hotel bem localizado, perto da avenida paulista e do metro, de lojas, restaurantes e farmárcia. O único ponto negativo do hotel e que o quarto tem carperte e para os alergicos não e nada agradavel, mas as acomodacoes sao boas, banheiro limpo, com secador, sala com sofá e um espaço resrevado para refeicoes com microondas.
