Hotel a little dated but bed was comfortable and the a/c worked good. For the price and location it was fine. If you want luxury stay away. Unfortunately this hotel gives no welcome rewards so I will not stay here again even though it was thru hotels.com

I Didn't know that the Hotel was animal friendly, in which there were a Dog show going on that weekend at the hotel, and I don't like it when animal's and people share the same room together. Our room had stains in the carpet, and the bed was too soft. My Stay was not very good, or comfortable.

The room lay-out was nice, very comfortable bed, ac filters were clean, too bad it was the only thing in the room that was clean. I cleaned the bathroom and floors. If management wants clean rooms for their patrons; I suggest they examine what the staff does and then teach the staff their standard of clean.

Beds were horribly uncomfortable...Very loud, you could hear everything in the hallway and so much construction outside that was going on ALL night. The reverse sound on the trucks every 10 minutes or so from 11 pm through 5 am. No sleep was had!

The beds in our room had some kind of covering on them that crackled like dry stiff plastic. Every time one of us moved we work the other up.

My sister and I were attending a family funeral in the area, so were short on planning time, etc. The hotel staff was wonderful! The clerk recognized my French name and asked me a question in French, I was impressed that he picked up on such a small detail, and we laughed together. In the morning, my sister moaned that she had forgotten her deoderant. […] When I went to the front staff to ask if they could help, the desk clerk quickly produced one for us. Everyone was very nice. The front desk person was incredibly helpful in finding a cab to get us to our 6:30am flight. Warning: This hotel does NOT have a shuttle to and from the airport, but it is only a 20 minute ride. The breakfast was ok, but the boiled eggs were WAY overboiled, so I wouldn't count on it to be amazing or anything.

I RESERVED A ROOM WITH A KING BED. WE GOT IN LATE AROUND 9:30 PM. THEY DID NOIT HAVE ONE. THEY SAID THEY WERE OVER BOOKED. WHEN I RESERVE A KING BED THATS WHAT I WANT. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD OTHER GUESS THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY INSTEAD OF GIVING MINE AWAY. THATS WHAT I PAID FOR. THIS IS FOR MEDICAL REASON. DOUBLE BEDS DON'T WORK VERY WELL FOR US. We booked this location because it was the most affordable in the area that had parking and 'free breakfast" The breakfast area was really small and VERY crowded. If you were familiar with the area it may be easy to locate local restaurants but not being familiar at all with the area there was no 'local walking map' to help get around or a listing of […] near-by eating locations. There were only two choices for me, and the one I got was right by the breakfast room, so it became noisey at 6am. Luckily I wasn't staying out late the nights before, so it wasn't too disturbing.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days it was wonderful, they even checked us in early. We stay here after departing our cruise. It is a very good location for shopping and ideal if you are not driving the bus stop is accross the road over by Westfield Mall...just jump and a bus and in 5mins you are at Sawgrass Mall and anywhere else u want to go. Everything was great, but if you are a light sleeper forget it. I could hear the next room's TV all night and even their conversations.

We found this hotel to be perfect. Reasonable priced, surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The wifi worked great too. The staff was always willing to help including when I got locked out at the pool with an unlocked door (story for another day! LOL). The breakfast was just right as well.

dont stay here ! dirty dirty dirty !!!!!! rooms are outdated, toilet makes awful noises as well as shower ! carpet was nasty, had to lay out sheets on the floor to walk on.

We stayed here while visiting relatives for Christmas. I basically chose it for the location and the price was slightly lower than other hotels in the area. The room was basically clean, but there was an old ice bucket cover under the sink area, and I intentionally left it there to see if the staff would pick it up, which it did not. The breakfast area […] seemed to be rushed each morning by people who acted like they hadn't eaten in weeks, coming back for 3rd's and 4th's! A couple electrical issues, but nothing major. Location is away from tourist areas, but close to lots of restaurants (Chili's, etc.).
