Hotel is conveniently located to shopping areas in Xiamen and lots of restaurants/eateries near by. Very near night market and the famous Zhongshan Lu. Buses and taxis are abundant in front of the Hotel. Most of the hotel staffs can communicate in English. Restaurants offer a good variety of breakfast (priced at RMB148 net) suitable for Asian and European […] taste. Also have Italian and Japanese restaurants. Travel agency to book your tours is just inside hotel. Hotel room is spacious and they offer pillow menu. Complimentary water and coffee/tea making and slippers and toiletries. Zhongsan shopping round the corner. Food n shopping all night long n upscale restaurants available. Check in clerk, Nicole was patient and courteous except for one of her co-worker. Butting in and didn't allow Nicole to do her job. Hotel should train their staff to mind their own business unless otherwise requested.

I am pleased with the good and friendly attitude of all staff, starting from the concierge, check-in staff, excellent ladies at Club Room, room cleaners and waitresses. My only complain is that the Club Room (Executive Room) I had was small when compared with some other 3 star hotels. Other than that, this is an excellent hotel.

happy surprise for a chinese managed hotel .... a lot of progress in maintenance, however service is still to be improved... we would greatly appreciated imported mineral watters Evian Perrier in the room s minibar , as well as imported amenities.

Centrally located hotel - good for short stay or business trips. Well run and efficient in service but not as warm as smaller hotels that we stayed in previously. Good spread of breakfast catering well to international clients.

Good location and quality service. Internet service (wifi) is free (or included) but login is constantly required. This is quite annoying when using ipad.

Located near Zhongshan Rd pedestrian street which is major shopping area in Xiamen. Lots of food places nearby. 15min walk fr the harbor. Staff are very helpful esp the concierge and will try their best to help with advice on sightseeing.

The hotel was beautiful and very cleaned for a China hotel standard and it should be a 5 stars for this hotel Millennium Harbourview hotel Xiamen. The receptionist and manager were very nice to keep up to any complains up to date and took care of it right a way. Overall our stay in this hotel turns out lovely after a unpleasant tour we took.

10年前より利用している。改装しても部屋の内装は頂けない。日本人の利用が多く接客には気を付けている模様。食事は充実しているが、昔美味しかったパンが今はない。高速道路ができて空港から大変便利になった。

一般観光で４泊滞在（１５階）。海岸線からはやや離れ、新しいビルも多く建って来ているので海の眺望は期待しないほうがよい。しかし、中心のショッピング通りに隣接し、またフェリー乗り場にも歩いて行ける距離なので大変便利な場所にある。スタッフはフロント、ベル、レストラン、客室係共にフレンドリーで親切。朝食は種類大変豊富なバイキング形式、コーヒーは席に着いたのを見計らって持ってきて来るという他のホテルでもみかけないサービスで心地よかった。客室内は設備、清潔感、オペレーションも問題無し。正面玄関側の部屋は大通りに面しているが走行音は気にならない。通りの向こうに軍の施設あり、早朝から賑やかに体操？の音楽や声が聞こえたりするが不快ではない。全体としてストレス不要の快適な滞在だった。

クラブルームに宿泊しました。設備は多少古さを感じましたが快適なレベルです。地方都市のためか、ホテル内のレストラン及びその他施設利用料も非常にリーズナブルです。また繁華街・観光地も近く立地条件も良いと思います。日本語のできるスタッフもおり安心して宿泊できました。従業員のホスピタリティはとても良いと思いますが、ローカル都市であり全ての従業員が英語を話せる訳ではないので注意が必要です。家族旅行・仕事の両方で使える良いホテルだと思います。超高級ホテルではありませんが、価格とサービスにバランスの取れているホテルであると感じました。

商務房間很寬敞也很乾淨,服務人員也很友善, 缺點是沒有所謂的海景,因為飯店並不是真的面海,但很靠近海邊,旁邊就是很大的百貨公司(中華城),裡面吃喝玩樂樣樣都有,離中山路很近, 約5分鐘路程,離去鼓浪嶼的碼頭走路約10分鐘, 建議可由中山路繞至碼頭,可順便逛逛.

従業員の方たちの穏やかで暖かい接客態度は好印象でした。 部屋の清掃も毎日行っていただきましたが、気持ち良く清掃されていました。 マッサージについても、飛行機の出発時刻に合わせてお願いしましたが、快く応じていただき、感謝します。

海から少し距離があり、コロンス島が少しだけ見えました（部屋は裏側でした）空調も静かで快適に過ごせました。スタッフの一人が、片言ながらも日本語ができました。英語なら誰でも通じるようです。換金も随時できます。空港まで無料の送迎バスがあります。初日、チェックイン後、中国菓子のプレゼントが、ありました。バスローブは、ちょっとゴワゴワしています。１Ｆエレベーターを出て左手に歩行者天国（中山路）方面に出やすい通路があるので便利です。自分の泊まったフロアは、禁煙のフロアでした。
