Nice hotel. Room doors to hallways could be a little more sound proof. Cracker Barrel, fast food and gas are all on neighboring properties. There is a train close by too.

Just stayed there the night while traveling through. The bathroom was not clean, so called the front desk. Housekeeping came promptly and recleaned the bathroom. Also, the thermostat in the room did not work properly and had to be operated from the front desk. Probably would not stay at this hotel again.

Good clean room. Just a place to stay the night and that is what I got. Employees were great. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary. Breakfast was 'ok' food selection wise, but everything was clean and kept stocked. Will stay there next time I am driving through.

Hotel was very nicely decorated and the pool was great! Some pet smells in room, but not bad for a Pet friendly hotel, and we had our dog with us, which is why we selected this hotel.Would have liked to have refrigerator in room, and perhaps some warm breakfast items, but overall nice. Very convenient to gas stations/craker barrel & BBQ take-out.

Microwave did not work, asked for service twice, no one came to repair it. No shampoo or soap provided. Pool area not well maintained.

I loved my one night stay here! The only problems we had was the remote batteries were dead and the coffee filter was missing.

The first floor smelled like pets. It could have been from the kids coming from the pool to the inside and dripping? I did see some pets there. The staff and desk help were very pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was included. McDonalds was close enough to walk to.

Hotel front desk staff not friendly at all. It took my wife 10 minutes to check in because he was busy with deliveries and trying to find out if a staff member was on the premesis. When going throught the lobbby front desk staff never spoke. Bed was terrible. Old matress that was worn out, we both had a back ache. Not typical of LaQuinta Inns. We […] won't be back there. Has not been maintained very well. Water damage in the room and bathroom. Very musty smell throughout facility. We have stayed at many 2.5 star hotels over the last three years and this was the least maintained property.

If lite sleeper then don't sleep here. The train pass every night around 2. The room was clean and the staff was great.

This is my favorite hotel in Alexandria. I have stayed at a few in the area, but this is by far the most comfortable and has the friendliest staff. The hotel is well styled and very accessible, with a convenient, well-lit walking path to the Cracker Barrel next door, or the convenience store just beyond the restaurant.

Room originally assigned had 2 of the 4 lights burned out --no maintenance staff on duty to replace bulbs. Sink in bathroom pull stopper did not work. Thermostat on wall did not work -- discovered had to locate manual switches on wall unit and when we entered the room, the AC was set on 60 degrees and highest fan speed. Also, the hotel was in the process […] of changing TV service and the digital, flat-screen TV was not working. When I asked to switch rooms, they were quick to offer another room -- but they had no additional rooms with king size bed. We got a nice room with 2 doubles which was fine. And, it took the hotel clerk about 10 minutes to literally go to several possible rooms to determine whether or not the TV worked. Our "second" room had an operable TV but it was not a new flat-screen digital. It was an old large analogue with pretty good picture quality. We stayed as a stopping point on a road trip. We loved that La Quinta is pet friendly. The hotel was average. The staff was not very helpful or pleasant to be around. And the "gym" didn't have any working machines - all needed service. But Alexandria is a small city so not too many choices in town.

Very nice place, well-maintained, clean and comfortable, with attentive staff, and a very easy drive to anywhere in the area. We needed to extend our stay and the front desk clerk made this very quick and easy. The only thing I would change would be to extend the continental breakfast an extra hour - it ended at 9 a.m., and for those who don't have […] early morning obligations, 10 a.m. would be nice. This hotel is nice. We had a couple of things wrong with our room: no working exhaust fan in bathroom and the alarm clock never quit blinking even after resetting the time. I would also think for the price you would have at least a fridge in the room if not a fridge and microwave (room has neither). The pool and hot tub were not heated, which is advertised […] as being so. The waffle maker didn't work in the breakfast area on the one morning. However, for us these aren't huge issues. We're most concerned with having a clean room with no bugs and are desires were definitely met there (nice room). So the hotel is fine, close to the interstate and a short drive from the airport. This was our first time to stay at a La Quinta. I must admit that we were pleasantly surprised. The contemporary decorations were lovely. Our room was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were a few problem areas. The elevator was nasty. Someone apparently spilled something and the floor was sticky and the walls of the elevator were […] yucky. Even the next morning when apparently someone attempted to clean it, it was still not very clean. The floors on the entry level needed vacuuming better. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very room and nice. But we carried our dog with us and there is not extra charge for a pet. Which is nice but the room 110 which we occupied smelled like dog urine. The instant you open the door the smell was terrible. We bought two room spray refresheners and it didnt help at all. The coffee pot had the wrong […] pot with it so to make coffee in the morning you had to hold the pot up to the basket to let coffee run out into pot. We had requested a refrigerator in the room the day before arrival and i was assured that they would have one to put in it. I requested it again a front desk and i was told they would check on it. I assume they are still checking. The refrigerator and coffee pot wasnt a big deal it was something we could handle but for what i paid for two nights i should have had to smell dog urine all weekend. Đọc thêm

Parti d'un établissement identique en Arkansas où nous avons été ravis du service, il est étonnant de remarquer que dans cet hôtel identique, la serrure était cassée, les lampes ne fonctionnaient pas et pire que tout, il n'y avait meme pas de Wifi. A déconseiller
