Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta Resort and Spa có dịch vụ spa trọn gói, 3 hồ bơi ngoài trời và 10 bồn tắm thủy lực. Khách sạn còn có sân tennis ngoài trời và câu lạc bộ sức khỏe.Có truy cập Internet tốc độ cao có dây và không dây miễn phí ở các khu vực công cộng và các máy vi tính phục vụ khách nằm ngay tại khách sạn. Các tiện nghi hạng thương gia tại khách sạn 4.5 sao này bao gồm 1 trung tâm dịch vụ văn phòng, phòng họp nhỏ và các dịch vụ hành chánh, thư ký. "Sheraton Mustika, Jogjakarta"
Stayed for 3 days in Sheraton Mustika. The hotel is very nice, except for its location and the food that was really dissapointing.
This is not a Sheraton standard hotel!
Extremely friendly helpful staff. Other hotels should follow their lead. Easy to arange for tours. Short ride from airport. Great breakfast buffet.

"Lot of positives only one negative"
It is a lovely Sheraton Hotel. The staff were great. The food was great. Just one negative - the internet access in the rooms was very slow and difficult to configure. The WIFI in the restaurant was much better. Come on put WIFI thru the whole hotel. Also showers in the bath were OK but not helpful for the older people in our group.

"Good location and very friendly staff"
We stayed here 2 times when wee come to jogja and we found that hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they send a car to pick up us at the airport as complementary service from the hotel after we called them and give them our flight information. We will come back and stay here again for next visit Jogja
"Enjoying My Stay at Sheraton Hotel"
I stayed at the Lagoon Access Room. Very nice view, although I prefer swimming at Tamansari Royal Heritage Spa as the water is cleaner and clearer, plus there is a jacuzzi there. But overall, it was a very nice stay at Sheraton.

It is not in the town center but for resort hotel location, it is understandable. We stayed lagoon access room for 4 nights and it was quite comfortable and very quiet. The taxi ride is very reasonable and can get to anywhere by taxi. I am a wine drinker and cheap brand of wines in the hotel are over $100 per bottle and we can not get wines from supermarket […] (As moslim city, wines were not available from the shop.) Đọc thêm
"Sheraton Yogyakarta - OK but tired"
I stayed here for three nights in August. Overall I would say it was OK, but nothing special. I had read that it had been recently refurbished - however it would seem that the refurbishment had not yet reached the lower priced rooms as they could definitely do with an overhaul. Positives were the distance to the airport (literally a five-minute drive […] - good if you need to catch an early flight) and also it is closer to the Borobudur and Prambanan temples than if you stay in the town centre. Negatives were the aforementioned tired rooms (nothing really wrong with them - but I have stayed in much nicer rooms elsewhere for less cost) and the service could have been better - some of the staff did not speak very good English which led to some problems with communication. If you want to stay at a Western branded hotel close to the airport then this is the place to be, but I am sure that better deals may be available in the centre of Yogyakarta. Đọc thêm
"good hotel near the airport"
We stayed at this hotel for a night as our preferred option wasn't available for the full length of our itinerary. Our room was very nice, and the spa has a free indoor pool & hot tub that are definitely worth a visit. Still, I was a bit underwhelmed by the nearly empty restaurant with outrageously overpriced wine. Lovely hotel, excellent and helpful staff who were just great with kids, good food, beautiful gardens and an amazing pool. The only negative about this hotel is the location is far from downtown and not close to any restaurants etc, but it's easy enough to get taxis at a reasonable rate, and the hotel has a shuttle bus which goes into town. Hotel yang bagus karena dekat dengan airpot dan sangat strategis kemana-mana. suasana hotel sangat Cozy dan tenang hanya air kolam renang yang agak keruh dan fitness equipetment yang sudah agak lama jadi perlu diganti.

For those who don’t want to read a long story here’s the short version: > If you want a nice pool area to relax and unwind you better book another Hotel because the Sheraton may not let you use theirs. > If you don’t care about a nice pool area, book another Hotel that doesn’t have amenities and save some money. Here’s the detailed version: I’ve stayed […] at the Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta together with my girlfriend from (3rd to 7th February, 4 nights). It’s quite far from the Center (Malioboro) but we have chosen this Hotel for its nice recreation and pool area as we wanted to spend some time relaxing after the sightseeing. We have been quite disappointed to learn that on two out of the four days the whole pool area would be closed for the guests of the Hotel due to a Private Function held there. The notice, that the pool and recreation area would be closed was only given a few hours in advance which didn’t leave any room for rearrangements. The Hotel management may reply to this that in fact it was only closed for half a day on each day which is technically true. Fact is though that the preparations for the event made it impossible to enjoy the stay there. The place was bustling with people; setting up banners, carrying around tables, chairs etc. and setting up a stage in the middle of the pool. The stage in the pool was set up for a live band that played there in the evening and of course every contractor working there felt inclined to test the drums a bit, just to make sure they work properly. While the Hotel staff was trained properly to give guests some privacy, the contractors working there were not. At times I was wondering if they actually came to prepare the event or just to stare at me and my girlfriend. We left after 10 minutes. I am not a complainer; it is in fact the first time that I write a feedback like that. If there’s a mistake done by the Hotel I won’t complain about that. 有傳統的好飯店!! 有點歷史了! 但是飯店園區內維護得很好,在Bar裡還可遠眺火山!! 中國新年期間用超低價格入住,非常划算,而且還有應景的舉但中國節慶活動,推薦給到日惹遊玩,但不想住在吵雜市區的遊客! 服務非常的好,且舒適! 但是,其中的餐廳有中國新年套餐,還真不是普通難吃! 但是印式與西式餐店到是不錯!!

Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta, Indonesien. Hotellet er pænt, rent og vedligholdt. Havde en dårlig oplevelse med indtjekningen. Ikke den ekstra seng der var betalt for. Breakfast ikke incl. men var betalt for. Breakfast var ok, men forfærdelig oplevelse med maden fra menukortet til aftensmaden. Kødet var uspiseligt. Ikke andet end sener. Køkkenchefen ville […] give os 30% rabat på uspiselig mad, da han ikke kunne få mere fra hans leverandør. Dette var utilstedeligt, da kødet ikke kunne spises.
