"Friendly Staff & Parking Garage at Tryp Medea"
The hotel is very easy to find as you enter Merida. They have a parking garage at the hotel but there is a parking lot just on the side of the garage o the hotel grounds that I was able to use w/o paying a parking fee. There are only a few free parking slots though...about 8ish. We took a cab out to town to see the roman ruins which was really cheap. […] Awesome staff! So friendly. "Appaling service at an average hotel."
I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 2 year old daughter in a family room. Everything about it was distinctly average apart from the service which was the worst I have ever received (and I travel a lot.) They seemed to think it appropriate to put us in a room 2 floors up from their function suite and with a window looking over the patio area where […] they hosted a Spanish Election party which started at 12.30am and continued until 4.30am. We did not sleep at all. The hotel was not particularly busy and the shape of it meant that we could easily have been situated totally away from the noise. People appeared to be allowed to cruise the hotel as they wished, shouting in the corridors outside of the rooms. When we complained to the manager he shrugged his shoulders and said that he too had slept at the hotel that night and had not had a problem with the noise. No apology at all. I am sure, judging by both his appearance and the smell of alcohol that he had, when the party had finished and I'm sure he probably didn't have trouble sleeping. Atrocious service - I cannot believe a hotel manager can feel it appropriate to not even acknowledge a complaint let alone apologise for it. Đọc thêm

"Tryp Medea"
This is a clean, friendly hotel. It is easy to find, but is about 20 minutes walk to the main attractions. This could cause difficulties for people with disabilities. Apparently there is a bus stop about a hundred yards away, but the day I stayed there was a fiesta and no buses were running. Recommended if you don't mind the walk
La ubicación de este hotel es perfecta para dejarlo aparcado e ir andando a los puntos de interés o con el autobús que tiene una parada junto al Centro Comercial y al hotel. El personal muy amable.

"tryp merida medea hotel"
es un hotel muy ruidoso,se oye la discoteca de enfrente,se oye todo de las habitaciones de alrededor,y cuando digo todo,es todo xxx.las camareras de las habitaciones hacen un ruido impresionante sin importarles el descanso de los clientes moviendo camas y muebles,no hemos conseguido descansar ni un solo dia,ni siquiera una siesta.
"El baño Hotel TRYP Medea Mérida"
La ducha no estaba a la altura de la categoría del hotel. La instalación (mandos y aspersor) era mediocre, el agua no tenía presión suficiente y la temperatura no era constante con picos de alta temperatura molestos. Las toallas no estaban bien colocadas y daban un poco la impresión de que habían sido utilizadas ya.

El hotel es correcto es su relación calidad-precio. El personal muy amable. El buffet del desayuno es muy variado. Está ubicado enfrente de un centro comercial (un poco de ruido por la noche), lejos del centro pero bien comunicado.
"Buen hotel situado a las afueras"
Sin duda es un buen hotel en general, con muy buen servicio, muy cómodo, limpio y el desayuno bufet es realmente delicioso y variado. En general una experiencia muy satisfactoria. Por poner varios inconvenientes diría: 1. Justo al lado del hotel hay una discoteca, la cual y aunque nuestra ventana no daba para el lateral de la discoteca, molestaba con […] ruido de música hasta no menos que las 5 a.m. Un punto muy en contra si lo que se busca es tranquilidad. 2. Problema de aparcamiento: el hotel ofrece plazas gratuitas de aparcamiento, las cuales se reducen a menos de 10 plazas, puesto que el resto ha decidido la dirección del hotel ocuparlas con macetas, las cuales son pagadas y mantenidas con los 10 euros que estás obligado a pagar por el parking privado del hotel. Existe otra posibilidad, que es dejar el vehículo en una zona muy próxima donde está el aparcamiento de la zona de ocio donde está la discoteca, eso sí, es muy difícil encontrar sitio según a que horas. En conclusión, si quitamos estos dos inconvenientes, los cuales no son para tomar a la ligera, es un muy buen hotel donde puedes pasar una estancia en Mérida. La verdad nuestra estancia por una noche en el hotel Center de Badajoz, ha estado bién, ya que está en una zona muy tranquila y cercana al centro de la ciudad, por lo que desplazarse incluso a pié es relativamente facil.
"IMPRESENTABLE, NO MERECE CUATRO ESTRELLAS"
Hice una reclamación, no tiene ni servicos ni personal suficiente. No pude tomar un café antes de salir a las 7.45 de la mañana, ya que el que hacía de vigilante de seguridad era el mismo que atendía la recepción hasta las 8 de la mañana. "hotel medea de merida cerca de la carretera"
Es un hotel muy bueno para pasar la noche en medio del viaje
vista sobre supermercado carrefour, lejos del centro,piscina abre a las 11, muy tarde.....nada alrededor...no es 4 estrellas.
no me parece bien pagar 22e por tener cama de matrimonio. un hotel de estas características debería tener doble acristalamiento para no tener ruido del exterior, pues es imposible dormir con tanto ruido. por lo demás muy afortunada la elección.

"APARCAMMIENTO NO HABLAN CLARO"
El hotel tiene un parking descubierto gratuito,pero no nos informaron de ese servicio. Solo nos dijeron que el parking subterraneo era de pago y que costaba 10 euros,lo que no nos paracio bien. Al fin encontre aparcammiento en el parkin descubierto ,pero fui informado muy tarde.
