The Hyatt Place is a very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and amenities. Great value for the price with a full breakfast included. The staff was very attentive and accommodating . Breakfast staff was not helpful or accommodating. When asking for help female attendant was very rude.

We really liked the Hyatt Place in ABQ uptown. It was convenient to the near by attractions. the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and professional.

It was a very nice hotel I would say this is the only hotel I would consider staying at in Albuquerque. The only down about it was the breakfast was not that great. It got myself and my husband sick. And also I asked if my room can be touched up for cleaning and all the cleaner did was make my bed so I recommend that you ask for a whole room clean. […] But other then those too things it was a great stay! Right next to Coronado mall and Uptown shopping. LOTS of great restaurants nearby, which is great when you don't want to drink and drive. Hyatt Place is quality accommodations at a decent price. And the suites are perfect if you have three kids, because one or two of them can sleep on the sleeper sofa.

We were interested in staying near the ABQ Uptown shopping area to be able to walk to dinner. Pretty good stay the staff was helpful with a mini tour of the lobby area. The room was pretty spacious. The bathroom layout could have been a little better but not bad. Overall satisfied.

the electicity went out, so i called the front desk with my cell phone to get a wake up call in case my phone died and lights didn't come back on. They told me "no problem". I never got the wake up call and when I stopped by the front desk, on my way to tell them so, I received no response (no "i'm sorry for the inconvenience."), nothing, just a blank […] stare. After a drive from Dallas, we needed a place to rest. I didnt know what to expect with this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised with all the staff to the room to the toothpaste that they provide you with...The rooms are big and the layout is spacious. The rooms were clean and having a refrigerator was a plus for us. Being a geeky person, the different […] input jacks on the side of the TV stand was awesome as it allowed me to play movies off of the kids Playstation. Being in the insurance business, I travel quite a bit. I've stayed at the Hyatt 3 times now, and each time the staff is courteous, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast isn't bad. The hotel is pretty centrally located to everything that I need to do, and it's nice being next to Uptown where there's lots of shopping and places to eat.

Love the location near ABQ Uptown for shopping and restaurants. Also love the room with the little living area - large fold-out sofa, good place to gather with other friends travelling and relax. Like the sink/bar area.

I had no complaints about this hotel and I'm kind of picky about hotels. It's in a great location for those who like to shop. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I stayed at Hotel ABQ the night before for almost twice the price of the Hyatt and recommend Hyatt by far. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy to find. Great location with restaurants and shopping mall just across the street. Spacious room, that appeared better than on the pictures. Comfortable beds. All in all we had a good rest after a long drive and found there everything we needed.

Room was dirty. There was stains on the sheets, a dirty q tip on the floor and used child's toys by the couch. We got switched to another room that had hair on the bed, dirty bathroom, etc. Not good!

After being on the snowy roads for 15 hours, I wanted nothing more than a restful sleep. We arrived at 1am and were promptly greeted by hotel staff . The lobby was warm and clean. The room was wonderful. Two double beds and a sleeper sofa. It also had a very large flat screen tv and a fridge. The beds are firm with soft pillows...just how I like it. […] So comfy. The hotel staff were exemplary...But unfortunately our room was next to the room that housed equipment that was quite noisy throughout the night. The front desk attempted to move us to another room, but there were no vacancies on our floor and since we were traveling with friends we wanted to remain on their floor. This was the perfect hotel for a holiday shopping trip for my mom and I. Coronado mall is across the street and ABQ Uptown is literally a stones throw from the front of the hotel. Within walking distance of the upscale Uptown shopping plaza, great shopping and restaurant options. Room was clean and comfortable, everything you would expect from a Hyatt hotel, check in service was very pleasant, fast, professional but still took time for the personal touch.

The bedroom area for our two comfy beds was smaller than the "living area". It was difficult to walk around the beds and get to the air conditioner. The living/couch area was very large so if you plan to use this area a lot, it might be worth it to you. We were just passing through.
