clean rooms for a good price...the breakfast in the morning was also good and there was a nice variety of food

The location is great. Close to everything. The hotel is old, the rooms need updating. No sink/mirror in the bathroom. The room was dark. The carpets were in rough shape.

I was not very impressed with the service. I was running late and after calling the hotel, they refused to allow my sister into the room until I was present. When we got to the room, most of the light bulbs were burned out. The room also had a funny musky odar. I will not be reccomending this location again in the future.

check-in very good. room was ok. could use some up-dating. tv was old.The breakfast was lacking meat.Would stay here again. very convenient too many stores.

Was a plesant stay but disappointed that the wifi did not work in my room! Took my laptop to the desk and it worked fine, lost it again back in my room and had to email my daughter at breakfast the next morning

Staff was very friendly. room was clean and comfy. the only downside is that the air conditioning unit was not working properly. luckily, the temp outside was still cooler so we just opened the window. hotel was close to shopping mall and highway. breakfast was good. i would recommend this hotel and we will be back again next year.

I was very disappointed this time staying at the hotel. The room smelled like dirty feet and was very noisy. On our second night two of the employees of Days were outside our room smoking pot. Not at all impressed and when I told the front desk about all the problems they were less than helpful. One of my worst stays.

I've stayed here twice, almost exactly a year apart. The hotel is a bit old but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Don't expect new furnishings and flat-screen tvs, it's just the basics, for a basic price.

It was OK. Clock one hour off so I got up at 3:AM instead of 4:AM. Not to my liking.

We stayed over the weekend for a wedding in the area. The hotel was located close to major roads and the Maine Mall. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

the staff were friendly and accomodating. Arrived in Maine by air and hotel picked us up at airport. At the super low price we paid, I did not expect that kind of service. The hotel is dated-but we expected that. It is nice that breakfast is included with the price-again, a surprise at this price and it was more that just muffins. Its an easy location […] to get to from the turnpike and it is right across from the mall for those who come to shop. Five mins. to airport. I was definitely expecting a budget motel. The room was ok, but extremely outdated. The noise level was pretty bad - the hallways were very noisy. I was extremely impressed with the staff though. They were very polite and helpful.

I really love this hotel, have been staying there for over 15 years when in town. The rooms are becoming a little old and outdated. They redid the reception and exterior of the building the inside rooms could use a little work. Friendly staff, great breakfast and convenient location.

Hotel is easy to find and conviently located to the shopping district. Pool was very cold but staff was very friendly. Price was right and I would easily stay there again.

Arrived into Manchester too late to drive all the way home to Maine. This hotel is easy to find, close to the interstate, clean, nice bed and quiet.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past many years. It has a clean comfortable room, free continental breakfast, and the service is nice. It could have a larger pool and a better fitness center but overall a convenient inexpensive place to stay.

We have always stayed at Days Inn in Portland when we pass through or vacation there. The staff are friendly, rooms clean, breakfast tasty. Would I recommend this motel to friends and family? Definitely.

It was a very nice room for the price. and the stuff were very friendly. It would really be nice if the put a small refregerator and a micro wave oven.

The check in staff was excellent, the breakfast was great, the room was very clean but the beds were terrible! The bed pad keep bunching up everytime you moved and the fitted sheet was a flat sheet so it keep coming out. Seriously? You could put a fitted sheet? This is the only reason I would not return..

Our room was old, paint chipping, wallpaper peeling. It was also small; the furniture barely fit! (The tv armoire covered half of the mirror.) We also had an end room on the ground floor, which may have been smaller than the others, I'm not sure. The breakfast was better than the average continental buffet. The lady who served us at the counter was very rude. She told both my friend and I that our cards were declined and they were not. When we asked her to check her machine as we both knew our cards were good she said it was not the machine but rather our credit - in a loud voice. First of all, for $53 I'm really not going to complain about much but the room smelled musty, like it had not been used in a while. The staff was very nice and gave us a coupon for a taxi when we asked them to call one for us. It is a bummer that they no longer have the hot tub in use though.
