Room was huge. It had two queen beds and a pullout couch. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a free continental breakfast which had a very nice spread considering it was free. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was nice and clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable. All of our backs and necks hurt by the end of the 2 night stay. The hotel offers a free breakfast and we arrived in the dinning area late (15 minutes before breakfast ended.) So our expectations were not high but hiw low can you go...? well let's see! 1st... There was a waffle station […] with 2 waffle makers and no non-stick spray, so one of them was non-functioning because there was waffle burned to it. So instead of ruining the other... we just didn't make any! Then...When I went over to where they had the eggs and sausage, I observed an older women (employee) with long stringy hair and no hair net, using her bare hands to remove the eggs and sausage from the freezer and place them on the bare surface of the microwave!!! Nasty and unsanitary to say the least! Needless to say... We didn't eat anything and told the employee that she should be wearing gloves when handling the food!!! (She looked surprised and confused as to why we were upset) the front desk personel didn't seem to take this as a serious matter until we insisted to speak with the property manager! (Who was managing another hotel at the same time and was off site at the time of the complaint) He did finally come to our room and made a small adjustment to our bill for the inconvience. But it was too late... We left hungry and hurting! Well what else can I say except... We will not be returning to this hotel again! Đọc thêm

The Comfort Suites in Cherokee is well-priced and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is a little dated all over. We were only here for one night. The hotel was completely booked but we had a wonderful, quiet night! Very clean, beds were comfortable. Only thing we had to adjust was the heating/air system. Have stayed here 4 times over the years, hotel is nice and clean and not far from Harrahs, just over a mile.

very quiet even though the hotel was full; cleanliness of the suite was excellent and complimentary breakfast was great ; will come again. we have stayed at various hotels in the area,some much pricier, but this hotel will definitely move to the top of the list.

Clean...enough. The "suite" is really just a pony wall in the middle of the room. Not overwhelmingly comfortable, but just fine for a place to rest your head for the night, en route to somewhere else.

Overnight stay of about eight hours. Just needed sleep and the hotel was better than the reviews led me to believe. Clean and comfortable.

The only problem was our room smelled horribly of paint. I realize they have to do upkeep, but may be best if they block those rooms for a few days. Gave us a headache.

If your looking for a nice place to stay for an affordable price this was it! The room was much bigger than we anticipated and worked well for having two small children. We were in town for the Bryson City train ride but the hotels were booked in the city so we stayed in Cherokee, and glad we did. The cost of the room for one night was over priced. There was not enough staff to accommodate the guests. It took more than 1 1/2 hours to get linen for the so called sofa bed which should have had the linen on it considering the fact that the hotel was aware that I would be using the sofa bed for sleeping purposes. I find it appalling that an additional […] $25 was charged for additional guests over two and was led to believe that two persons could sleep on the sofa bed. Needless to say the sofa could only accommodate one person. The mattress was old and needed to be replaced. We had a horrible night's sleep. As for breakfast, trying to get some knd of oil spray to keep the waffle drill from sticking was impossible. Nice place. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was not that great, but it WAS free and filling, so thats all good also. Its near EVERYTHING and a local place called Paul's is very very close and that place has great food.. I recommend this hotel

Not much. Hotel needs renovating badly. Also area around hotel. Very shabby and commercial. Looks like low end mess. We are not fancy but area is really gotten bad. The Casino and National Park bring lots of tourists. There certainly should be enough money to fix up. Also, cellphone reception awful.

Good breakfast, friendly and helpful hotel staff. No disney / cartoon channels on T.V. for children. Rooms need to be painted, walls dirty. Hotel very safe, can't get in without a key.

The hotel advertised a "breathing-free environment." It was a smoke-free hotel; however, past years of smoking has left it smelling musty with smoke being in the carpet and furniture. It hits you as soon as you walk through the door.

Coffee pot was never cleaned as well as the ice bucket. Room layout could be better-the couch was in front of the AC and could not be used. Breakfast was great.

The hotel was a bit out of the way and hard to find (for me anyway). It is an older building in need of some more TLC. The front desk clerk had little in the way of people skills. Also, as she checked in a couple ahead of us, she yelled at a room cleaning service employee, beratting her in front of us all. The rooms were a little out of date, but the […] biggest turn-off was the condition of the bed spreads...dirty and stained. Thankfully the sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable...if you didn't count worrying about dirt and stains that you didn't see. This hotel was not bad, but not worth the price. The had a really bad odor. Our view out the window was of a dirt bank. The heat pump made some sort of popping noise all night that kept waking us up. The breakfast bar was the best part of the stay. The food was plentiful and the lady running it was very courteous and helpful.

The beds were so comfortable that I wanted to stay another night. The breakfast was more than we had hoped for. Waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy, bagels, cream cheese, fruit, cereal, coffee, juice. This is a wonderful place for family, romantic getaway or just a trip. Well worth the price. Would not stay anywhere else. Staff is a ++

Room was nice and clean with sitting area which gave you a little extra pace. Breakfast was just OK biscuits where cold. Nice quite area where you could walk to several shops.
