Moved from another hotel that I was not pleased with. I was very pleased with this hotel. From intial check in to check out. I had my 78 year old aunt who just started using a wheel chair. This hotel was very accommodating and user friendly.

Hotels.com made my wife believe that we were getting a Marriott room with breakfast. When we went down for breakfast, they refused to allow us to have breakfast without an additional charge. Hotels.com- You need to tell customers that they are not getting a "free" breakfast, your rate requires you to pay an extra charge to get breakfast.

Wonderful front-end lady the night I stayed.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly except middle age black woman at front desk, she was very unfriendly and borderline rude. Refused to allow me to check in 30 mins early even though hotel was half empty, was rude to my guest as well.

The room was a little dirty. The room was quiet but far from many choices as fas as restaurants, etc. The breakfast ok.

I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite - very nice - full kitchen was great. I read other ratings on this hotel before booking, and I can see how it may not be as updated as other Courtyard Marriotts, but it was very clean and very comfortable, which are the two most important factors to me. The desk and the maintenance personnel were very helpful with directionts or any other questions asked of them. My wife and myself always enjoy our stays in the Montgomery area the people that are in that area we find them to be some of the nicest people in this country. Hotel was nice. Rooms were great. Staff accommodated us very well. Pool was a little hazy but whirlpool was clean. Not sure what was going on that night but we just needed a place to sleep with our drive through but there seemed to be a party going on next door. Lobby wasn very nice. Buffet breakfast cost $10.95 for what is free at most motels. Curtain was full of holes. Desk chair fabric was torn and back sprung. Has a single lavatory. Has a good sized TV. Couldn't get cell phone reception. AC is loud. Room was budget motel quality at best. Has good security.

A free Continental breakfast would have increased my overall rating to superb.... the Staff was friendly and very accomodating for our request of early check-in. But $10.95 for a simple breakfast bar that was similar to what is offered for free at many/most places was disappointing. (so is the Waffle House directly across the intersection!)

We chose this hotel because we were looking for a place to stop on a long trip from Indiana to Orange Beach, AL. The location was perfect, as it was right off of the interstate, and very close to a main Interstate exit. We didn't stay for breakfast, but there was an option to purchase it for a nominal fee, and it all looked very good when I dropped off our room keys upon checkout. We checked in ok, got to our room, but as I used the bathroom and closed the door I found a spot of blood on the floor (not sure from what or who or how long it had been there). The bed was incredibly lumpy, and the buffet was almost $12 (so we did not partake). Had originally planed on staying there again, but when my boyfriend told the lady at the […] front desk how there were human sized indentations on each side of the king sized bed she said beds are like that... um, no. The hotel was very well kept. The only downfall is breakfast is not complimentary.

Didn't like the bathroon door being in-wall type. It was difficult to open and close and very noisey. Towels are thin and furniture situated in room was awkward.

Untidy dining area. Garbage bags in the hallways (which they did come remove after I called though) Bathrooms...meh Overall just didnt love it.

The only quibble I had was that the phone service was disconnected as early as nine a.m. on the morning we were to leave, though check out time wasn't until noon. We had to use my cell phone to call a local relative so it was a long distance call.
