The hot tub was not working and they don't expect to get it back. There was not coffee available in the lobby in the morning, only very expensive Starbucks. Breakfast is okay, but not great. Pool is much smaller than pictured.

Clean rooms, helpful staff in good location for business. Bathroom quality and room lighting could be Improved but at the price it is a good value.

The hotel itself was very nice and had good service. Our bathroom light flickered and took at least 30seconds to come completly on. The bathroom fan sputtered for a while before staying on but the room was clean. There was only one single serving packet of regular coffee in room. Only one person in the morning can have regular coffee. Upon leaving the […] staff asked us how our stay was and i said good except that you could but one more packet of coffee in rooms. My only complaint about this hotel is that there is not one minute of forgiveness when it comes time to eating. On my last day of my trip I was busy packing my bags in my room and realized how late it was and I still had not had breakfast. I looked at the clock in my room and it read 9:59, so I hurried down to the restaurant that stops serving at 10:00, […] arrived at 10:01 and the lights were off and they would not serve me. Front desk staff not well trained on customer service, most of us arrive at a hotel tired it is important for the front desk staff to be very customer service driven. They should not say "I need your license and credit card without looking at the client, in this case I already had the license and credit card on my hand waiting for her to take it, then […] she takes it and gives it back to me and says read me your address....really?, then hands a piece of paper to enter the vehicle information gives me the card to the room and leaves. I complete it and wait fot the other front desk person to tell me if the room had 2 beds and ask where to put the piece of paper while waiting in line I see her being abrupt with another guest...I know young people need jobs but the young man who checked us out was outstanding...they should get some tips from this guy. We got room 218 next to the ice maker, that machine made noise all night, the door to the bathroom was damaged we had a hard time closing it and the coffee machine was missing the cup. We were unable to turn off the air conditioning in the room which would turn on every 20 minutes it was loud and pretty cold. Jacuzzi had tons of chlorine and the pool even though inside was chilly. The room was very good. I picked this particular hotel because the website listed "room safe" as one of the amenities. This location did NOT have a room safe. Next time I'll call the hotel directly instead of relying on the website to be accurate.

Everything was great. My only problem was actually finding the hotel at night in the pitch black. It seemed to be behind other hotels with similar names, but I'm easily disoriented. Once I found it, all was well.

I didn't get to spend a lot of time since we were in late and left early but the hotel was nice and I am familiar with the neighborhood and feel safe there. Rooms where clean fresh new trendy lines and colors. Restful colors and textures comfortable lay out. Enjoyed my stay convenient even with construction on main road into complex. Staff was very pleaseant really seemed to care patient and helpful.

Average experience for a Marriott. The room above me sounded like a circus was performing and was up at 5:30AM... This however is not the hotels problem.

The only reason that I gave a 3 for cleanliness was the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I was particularly irked because I had to sign a note saying that I would pay a fee of $250 if I smoked in the room or had a pet. The room was spotless and the decor was new and very nice. Staff was amazing and the location is great. Close to malls, restaurants and only 15 minutes away from Thunder Valley Casino. Near arcade and water park for kids. Great location.

Great staff. Very friendly. They always say hi or tell you to have a great day. The room was quiet and clean. We didn't stay for breakfast so we can't comment on that but I am sure it was great just like the rest of the place. Alot of things to do in the area. We will come back again.

The staff was gratious and very attentive to every request. The room was comfortable and clean. The Bistro in the lobby has a limited menu but is a nice little place to get some breakfast in the morning. Easy access from the freeway without hearing freeway noise. Off-site restaurants and shopping are close by.

" other hotels inform the location of the room as well as entrance locations from side doors for parking convince but this rep. Great staff, very friendly! Rooms sheets were not comfy, the bed was hard, besides that rooms, grounds, pool, very clean. Close to water park very nice.

It was ok. Checking in they were not friendly, but when we left the lady was wonderful. Between all that the pool was great, and we had some issues with the laundry, but we got no access till 1:30am to do laundry. People would leave there laundry and come back when they felt like it. Your company needs more laundry facility's.

We really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. It has nice outdoor chairs and tables under a large tree. My husband enjoyed the indoor pool. They also have a workout room. There is a bistro in the hotel which is really nice to have available.
