Close to everything, good price, I just use it to sleep after parks days. Carpet was dirty,bad smell. Iron table was broken,ask for replacement but never show up. Surroundings dirt, I mean landscape.Overall good location for the price.

No continental breakfast and tiles were falling off the bathroom wall. The room have a bad odor and stuffy.

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I WAS SUPRISED TO SEE A HOWARD JOHSNON HOTEL THIS RUN DOWN AND DIRTY. MY FIRST ROOM HAD ANTS AND SECOND HAD PET HAIR AND PROBABLY FLEAS. I CANT IMAGINE WHAT THE POOL LOOKS LIKE!!!. I LOST MY MONEY ON THE SECOND NIGHT AND WENT TO ANOTHER HO JO. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!!

This hotel is close to Disney...which is what it has going. But it really needs some remodeling. The rooms look so beat up, room has a smell a bit off.

The beds, bathroom, were clean, the shower knob to control temp of water and turn on the shower didn't work properly. left note for service person but nothing was done. Had a good supply of towels. The front desk man kept talking to a customer about negotiating prices and taking phone calls, not that is my complaint but after thirty min. it was a bit excessive and still took phone calls after she left. Considering how much the parks cost nowadays, having a place to sleep and shower for such a low price is very convenient. Could use a few simple upgrades such as paint and new shower heads but besides that I don't spend much time in the room. Conveniently located to any type of restaurant you can imagine.

This was a great hotel stay for the price! From looking at the other reviews, I was hesitant on how it would be but it was great! Of course, it was not the Ritz, but it was a clean safe spot to sleep while running around orlando. The location was great and around everything! Would for sure stay here again!

This hotel was fine for our weekend getaway we stayed in the tree house suite which the kids like. Don't expect a resort but for the price, met our needs. We stayed in one of the bunkbed rooms and it as a great idea for a room however the room was just gross. The bunk bed steps were dirty and the top of the bed was dusty, the bathroom was dingy. I think that Howard Johnson needs a few upgrades and repairs made to the Enchanted Land Orlando property. Bathroom water leakage, upgrade televisions, and paint.

It was supposed to be a king and hot a full with pull out rooms seemed as if I was gonna catch a disease over night I did not like it at all and the service was horrible and rude they didn't want to give me my credit card back at check in over all just rude and nasty

OUR STAY WAS AS WE EXPECTED BUT, TALKING WITH OTHER GUEST STAYING THEY HAD A HARD TIME BED WAS BROKEN, TV BROKE NEXT NIGHT, AND THE BUNK BED ROOM IS A LOT SMALLER THEN THEY EXPECTED, WE STAYED IN A DOUBLE BED ROOM, BUT THE BATHROOM NEEDED SOME REPAIRS, LOOKS LIKE THEY DID THE REPAIRS THEMSELVES HALF DONE

If you have kids the tree house room is awesome. The kids loved it. The top is a fullsize bed. The bottom is basically just a mattress on the floor but it has a small tv with a dvd player for the kids.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was wonderful and the pool and jacuzzi looked nice and clean. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi but we will be sure to return again soon being that the price was right and the location was great. I wasn't expecting anything too special because of the previous reviews. But good thing I wasn't. It was okay I guess... Good for a place to sleep. But that's it. Hot tub was green. They told us the pool was heated and it definitely wasn't. They advertise they offer HBO but there was only 2 HBO channels which played infermercials. And only like 10 other […] channels. Walls and roof had paint chips missing. Great location since a lot of the entertainment is a short drive away but not too pleased with the hotel. Kids loved the tree house bunkbed suite..We did have a few problems our first night so I went down to the office and told them what was wrong, by the time we got back from our LONG day at Disney our room had a brand new refridgerator and microwave...we noticed the next day the heater only blew cold walked down and told the office they came up to our […] room within 15min of telling them...looked at the heater and brought and installed a brand new heat and air system all within 30min..they were great...we will stay here again the next time we head down to florida. Most people hate their hotel because something is wrong with their room and either they dont say anything and just deal with it or they tell the office with an attitude..
