All the staff we had contact with was very friendly and helpful!! Would definately stay here again!!

My stay was ok tv was a old fat back model didn't appreciate that but otherwise it was a good stay and there buffet was great had so many different kinds of foods to pick from would stay there again

OVerall it was fine and the room was comfortable, but the edge of the carpet where it meets the tile had a very sharp piece of metal which cut my foot as I walked over it. Small cut, but very annoying.

I really enjoyed this hotel, it was clean and customer service was great. Food is a bit $$ but worth the money. I went by the Pool, the adult pool and it was beautiful and warm, it made me feel like i was in Miami. The male bartender by the pool was great! The Hispanic bartender, there was another bartender he was white and he just let us sit there […] and wait, he did not ask if we wanted anything to drink however, when a white person came to the bar he was quick to attend, if he assume we were not tippers because we are of color he had something coming to him. We ended up paying more than was negotiated on Hotels.com. When making the reservations on line it's difficult to know where in the building your room will be. The deals on website are for the older not as well kept area of hotel. Kind of annoying. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

They didnt have a starbucks...altho the temptations place was okay. Not much choice on the pastry selection.overall a nice hotel, clean, comfortable and good water pressure! Also nice bay views ...

I enjoyed my stay, I feel that I stayed in the cheapest section of rooms and because they are such they are not taken care of as well. The window had forehead prints on it and the couch was terribly stained. The bed was comfy but the rest of the furniture was old and obviously worn. Also the pool, while beautiful in the photos, was only 4 feet deep at its deepest and had an unpleasant odor about it. the staff was very acomadating uped our room for my wifes birthday, made our trip well worth it. THANKS!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Harrahs,however,the waitstaff I encountered there was somewhat rude. The waiter brought my breakfast, and he was very short on patience,he wanted me to sign and then he snatched it and let the room with not a single goodbye or anything else. Harrahs' need to improve on personnel.

I thought the stay was relaxing however the room bathroom needs thorough cleaning. Also I didn't like the idea of hearing toilets flush and people talk as if their in the room with me. Other than thaat I enjoyed my stay and will return

nice hotel especially for the price. I paid extra for a premium room but when i checked in at 9:30 PM I was told, by Mrs Sunshine (her nickname on her badge) at the front desk, their policy will only hold the reservation for a particular room until 4PM. After that you are assigned what is available. I recieved a standard room and I feel this is a poor […] policy. better off paying for a standard room. Although a sign at the door said smoking in designated areas people seemed to be smoking wherever they wanted. At a bar next to me and a man just walking down the casino floor blowing smoke in the air. Handed dealer a twenty dollar bill, said I gave him a ten. After 10 minutes video showed I gave him s twenty. No apologies and my number came out while I waited. Pizza place inside gave back change of 10.00 when I gave a twenty! She said I'm sorry you did give me a twenty. Too much of a coincidence. They are trying to catch people off guard. Very clean. My smoking room didn't smell like smoke. Staff was friendly.

My stay at the Harrahs hotel was the worst experience i have ever had. The housekeeping was terrible and the level of customer service was the worst i have ever dealt with.

Everything was great. Only suggestion I have is to upgrade the tv in the room to a flat screen. The speakers were shot and a buzzing noise went in and out but overall, this was a great stay.

My stay was GREAT the staff were helpful and friendly. This will be our hotel for our monthly get aways

Solid hotel for the rate, especially if booked during the week. I'd do it again, and there is no higher praise than that.

The service and opulence were excellent. Our bathroom, however large was a BIG problem. Twice I had to contact housekeeping as from the day we checked in, there was "mold" in the shower. By the end of the stay, finally a part of the shower was attended to however there was stil mold on the inside wall of the shower and along the bottom of the shower […] door. Also and importantly, once you leave the shower, the water had flowed under the door onto the bathroom flootr which will cause someone to slip as almost happened to my wife. If you leave the floor mat on the floor before entering, by the time you leave the shower, the mat is soaked. The toilet tissue is single ply and most rough. Lastly, I could not understand why in the restaurant Sammy D's, oatmeal is one price during the week and a dollar more on the weekends? Same portion, same bowl????? Đọc thêm

Hotel was well maintained. The lobby was far from the parking garage and a long walk if not using valet. Shuttle took you to other locations and a bus service was available for a nominal price. The breakfast restaurant was at far end of walkway and buffet is only open for dinner.

Cozy over looking the water and the view of the other side of AC. Great sites and shops. You do not have to leave Harrahs grounds. Loved it. Everything was nice in the room

The stay was great, however items were broken. Maintnance has not kept up on room.

Harrah's is a lovely hotel with great choices of restaurants, a few stores, lots of slot machines and fabulous service. The best part was the Jitney which takes you to any hotel/casino on the strip! Very convenient.

HAD A WONDERFUL STAY , CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN LOVED THE BIG BATHROOM , WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY

Generally the hotel and casino are very nice. However I was put in the Harbor Tower and the room seemed a bit older. I had to call for ironing board.

It was a pleasure , I ll be back again .

Our stay here for two nights was fabulous. It started with the registration/check-in clerk, whose nametag said she was a "Service Angel", and I agree. She was able to give us a higher floor in the Bayview Tower when I asked as well as get us in the same room since we had both a comp room and a paid night, for a small upgrade fee. The room itself was […] very elegant and spacious with nice furnishings. Bathroom is huge. We heard none of the pool party noise on Saturday night on the 12th floor. The AC was quiet and efficient. I'm used to staying in Borgata but this time I decided to try something new and I must admit I enjoyed my experience.
