The hotel is located in convenient local close to monorail. However, the hotel is very dated, and cater mainly to business conference man. Hotel lobby is constantly crowded with conference group at night for free wi-fi, and smell of smoke making it not so pleasant to hang around as a leisure traveller.

A great place to stay.When I return to Kuala Lumpur the Sheraton Imperial will be my choice for accomodation.The rooms, were excellent and the choices for breakfast unbelievable.The best staff I have encountered, from the front desk, concierge, dining staff they did every thing possible to make it a great stay.

The hotel was very nice. A little bit outside all activities. But on the other hand, the hotel was walking distance from very good transportations.

The name is Sheraton and I do not have to say anything more. Well, the room was clean, well arranged with a big bed that could comfortably fit my wife, my son (A toddler who does not sleep on his cot) and I. The room, toilet etc. were all clean and pleasing. I have struggled to find a negative point! Ah, yes if only the TV remote could be more responsive […] and user friendly! Thats all. We did not have many choices for Indian non-vegetarian food. There are some veg choices (Southern style) that were not bad either. Indian food is very diverse, North Indian food is entirely different when compared with the South. The service was quite quick and the food quality was fine. Prices are as per hotel standards. I was lucky to find one 'Syed' restaurant very close to the Hotel that served local+semi-indian food. Prices are low too. Since I booked the hotel through expedia, I did not receive complimentary WIFI access, which is granted normally to SPG card holders. The Hotel is located very close to the Twin Towers and most places are quite near. A metro station is just couple of steps away from the hotel. Đọc thêm

Staff were professional and welcoming. Helped point the way to the monorail which is a three min walk from the hotel and it bypasses all the KL usual traffic congestion.

Hotel located walking distance from the monorail that takes you to KL Sentral station and the airport express train. Hotel has large pool on 5th floor with loungers and bar area where you can have a poolside massage. Rooms are spacious with great views of the Petronas Towers.

We stayed here for three nights arriving the first very late, speedy checkin, we were on club floor worth the extra to book this floor, drinks and nibbles every night nice after a day of shopping and sightseeing. Staff very friendly and attentive. Very close to monorail station, would recommend this hotel highly.

Myself and my husband spent 7 nights here for our honeymoon. Service was superb, staff were always friendly and ready to help. V luxurious, no complaints whatsoever. Would definately recommend

The only fault we have to report is our A La Carte meals were delivered 10 minutes apart: not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Everything else was perfect!

Conveniently located near monorail station, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were well maintained and clean. Bedding and pillows were so soft and lovely I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Free internet facilites and use of spa, sauna and steam room. Healthy food options away from usual hotel fare. Headboard to bed stained and sheets stained and dirty. They put us (non smokers) in a smokers room without asking us if we smoked. Unfortunately I didnt complain and woke up in the night with awful smell. Shame as could have been good hotel.

We stayed here as a family for 3 nights to explore KL. Great location with the monorail right outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My son was ill one evening all over our bed and it had to be re-made, the staff were quick and efficient and very understanding. great hotel for children. the only downside was the noise from the night club which went on until 4.00am everyday except monday.The noise was unbearable and we were on the 31st floor.

Hotel was very good and exceptional value. Staff overall were very courteous and attentive. Concierge were particularly helpful and deserve special mention. I loved this hotel, it is a really nice hotel and huge rooms. As soon as you enter the hotel they are there to help you with whatever you need. The staff were really nice and friendly. I wasn't able to check in when I got there but they had free wifi in the lobby so I just waited in the lobby for a little bit until I could check in. To start, the hotel was beautiful, and many of the people I interacted with were wonderful. However after coming from similarly rated boutique hotels in other locations, I would say that a better value can be found. The Good: the tower view, location (convenient), comfort, (not free) upgrade to cocktail hour and breakfast, fast internet with cat5 cable. […] The Bad: nickel and dimed, overall price, phone calls difficult, staff not on same page when providing services (some apathetic), surrounding area lacked in culture. We had a great stay at Sheraton, Kuala Lumpur. Although we arrived ahead of the check-in time, the front desk officer accomodated us, thus giving us ample time to rest before going out for shopping on our first day of arrival. The concierge was also very helpful by giving us tips on how to commute to the shopping areas and bargaining the taxi fare;-) […] We were also adviced on how to get a free bus transfer in going to the airport on the day of our departure. Our stay was ok , but there are a few things which need mention. The room in which we stayed looked to be an old room , slightly musty smelling. The thick curtains did not draw across the window, thus letting in the morning sunlight and the washbasin did not drain out properly. Sheraton hotels have generally high standards and the Sheraton Imperial KL is no different. Service is excellent and non-intrusive. The less than convenient location at the edge of the Golden Triangle area, amid office towers and banks, is mitigated by the abundent taxis, 2 nearby stations (One for the city monorail line and another for a different […] LRT line) and the free minibus shuttle service to the more popular destinations in town (including KLCC and the Bt Bintang shopping street. Prior booking is needed though). An issue is the additional fee needed for internet access, either through a higher room rate or by a more flexible but nonetheless ridiculously high daily rate. However, guest have free access through the Link Sheraton corner at the lobby where free PCs are provided. Wifi is also free at this level, extending to the nearby public areas (even the swimming pool on the 5th floor...actually the 4th floor but deliberately mislabelled due to "4" being an unlucky number in this part of Asia). The restuarants are of good quality and the Essence restaurant is recommened for its Hi-Tea buffet (actually more of lunch as it is from noon to 4pm). Free daily newspapers are available to read at the Lnk Sheraton corner (including WSJ, NST and Chinese papers). In all, a good value five-star experience. Đọc thêm

Very happy with the stay with Sheraton Imperial. The Aircon is really nice & cold which gave my family a very pleasant welcome back feeling everytime after we return from shopping. Room is big, king size bed is really king size, clean & well upkept. Extremely happy about the stay. The Gym is also well equiped & maintained. Can't ask for more.

We have a new family at the Sheraton KL. From the moment we arrived until they waved us goodbye, they looked after us, helped us with our tourist activities, made us feel welcome and treated us like family. All credit to the management, and staff who went the extra mile to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. We will definitely be back.

Stayed in this room during a weekend trip to KL for sight seeing. It's a great hotel. The room is very big and comfortable. The view on the Twin Towers is blocked by athother building though. The service of the personell is outsanding. Very friendly.
