Filthy, with very old, stinky carpets. Avoid like the plague.

There were a large row of televisions blocking most of the corridor to our room. the hallways smelled like a women's locker room in the middle of summer with no air conditioning. the attendant had mass-printed the incorrect wireless code or the entire hotel.

Our room was in the basement.. Rather strange. Staff was very nice and all smiles. Room was SO dry. I drank about 10 ( no joke) glasses of water during the night. Sheets and blankets were questionable. Next time I'll spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else. Ooo a perk-- waffle house is right next door!!

No hot water in my shower & tge staff did not care at all!!

Tv didnt work well fridge didnt work at all then family emergency came up and we got charged 25$ cancellation fee even though website said no cancellation fees! Hotels.com did their best but Super 8 wouldnt budge.

I was staying by myself so I looked for cheap. This was the cheapest, and it probably should be. It was pretty clean, but between the incessant walking in the room above me which was loud and the absolutely horrible breakfast, it almost wasn't worth what I paid for it. If you stay there, bring ear plugs and eat at the Bob Evans across the street.

This was the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. The front desk people were completely useless, if you ask them which way is up I'm not sure they would be able to tell you. And on top of being complete idiots, they were VERY rude. As for the cleanliness of the room, well finding a glue on fingernail on the floor of one wasn't exactly […] settling, considering no one in our group has ever worn the things it makes me wonder when the place was vacuumed last. Horrible room . Told us it is going to be Non smoking room, there was worst cigarette smell as soon as you enter all the way from Lobby to room . Check in was ok. Room was filthy, carpet was damp, somewhat wet, Linens, Towels, everything was smelly, stinky. Bed was very uncomfortable,Air conditioning unit was very noisy. Neighborhood also did not look […] good. Only plus point is hotel is close to airport but even then I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY. In fact I was about to call to get my money back. No frills no thrills hotel...hence the cheap price!

For the price, it was fine. The entire smoking section of rooms is overrun with the awful smell of tobacco smoke. I will NEVER stay in a room in this part of the hotel. It is disgusting. I will admit that the personell were very nice, and the price is attractive. I will never stay in a smoking room again, i would rather pay the extra money to avoid […] the disgusting stench. I work weekends in STL and this was a great place to stay. I just needed a bed and a shower! Conveniently located close to Interstate 270 and restaurants. Nice, clean room. Not fancy, but served the purpose!

This hotel is 20 minutes from Downtown Saint Louis, so keep in mind that each time you drive to and from your hotel, you will be spending that much in gas to get to the sights. It may be worth your money to spend a few more dollars and get a closer hotel. Our room was musty, and the bathroom was derelict. decent enough for the price.

I paid for suite that had "double sofa beds"....pull out beds that looked like the owner had taken them from a garbage dump and put them on the sofas. They were pathetic. I asked for extra blankets/pillows and he got irritated. Then he rudely told us "you come get them in 10 minutes." We asked if he or someone else could bring them to the room. "NO. […] You come get." The price was great, but hotel is dim and somewhat gloomy. We stayed to save a buck since the price of gas is on the rise ! Will try a different hotel next time I'm in the area.

Good hotel for an over night stay, but not something I'd stay in for longer. Clean, but a little run down. Check in was fast and simple. Breakfast was fairly good. Overall, if you want a cheap hotel for an overnight stay before a flight out of STL, this one is fine.

Everything was in order; it was quiet. The clerks was very professional. The price was great. I would stay there again.

The hotel was located in an area that was convenient to get around St. Louis Close to airport, casinos, and my weekend job in a hospital. The room was very clean, and there was new carpeting on the floor. Comfortable, quiet, and clean!

The toilet in one of the rooms was not working but we knew how to fix it. There was a hole in the bathroom door of the other door. The television was on one side of the room and not centered where both beds could see it.

Lobby and hallways were hot. Mold on shower walls. Only 10 channels on tv. Woke up with bed bug bites.

Room was not closed when we arrived; door did not close properly. Sheets were stained. We were not aware that we were getting a smoking room and the smoke smell was evident. Carpet did not appear very clean. Water pressure in the bathroom was poor. The staff was not welcoming, just wanted us to sign the forms and leave. In the morning the clerk was […] on the couch and did not rise to give us a receipt for check out, just took the key.
