Hotel rooms are a little outdated but clean and comfortable. Affordable and conveniently located to the university.

The hotel was filthy. Bathroom door was broken and would not shut. The water was turned off one night because of a leak downstairs. The wireless internet worked sporadically. The walls were very thin...yes we heard everything. The freeway noise was unreal. It's cheap but not worth the headaches.

I think the people at the hotel were great. We ended up getting in early saturday at 5:30am. Check in wasn't until 2pm but the guy at the front desk gave me the room anyway after he saw we had been driving all night. Kindness is still very much alive. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

This hotel needs some maintenance and updating. It is in a great location. But unfortunately it has been allowed to deteriorate over the last several years. Sad to see a nice place fall to disrepair.

The toilet in our room didn't work. They moved us to another room. Highway noise at one end.

We were put in a "handicapped" access room-not sure why. So the shower you sat in. Room was very small. Small hanging area above a chair.

Cleaning ladies were very polite, prompt and friendly. The bed was probably the worst hotel bed I've ever. Standard toiletry items, (shampoo, conditioner) had to be requested. Adequate for the price.

The room was clean and the bed pretty comfortable. Certainly not a luxury hotel but very inexpensive. Directions to get there are confusing with the access road being one way only on each side of I35. The breakfast was average. The hotel seemed older but it suited our purpose.

Checkin was easy and quick. Good location and the room was fine. Also priced right compared to other hotels in the area.

So So staff attitude, kind of clean, everything in the room is covered with shellac which is really weird

Although we were only there for a day, I really liked the price. The free breakfast was so worth it. Free wifi was great too. It was only 5 min. away from the Dr. Pepper Museum. Burger King was practically across the street. Very easy to find since it's right on the highway. No problems at all.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The halls could have used a vacuum cleaner, but other than that we were very pleased. The price was very reasonable.

The traffic noise was terrible. I've stayed there twice. I probably will not stay there again.

It was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Check in was easy and fast. The room was very clean and the staff was SUPER friendly! We will definetly stay there again.

If your traveling and don't know Waco then this is safe and average. If your looking for comfort and something nice then I would go somewhere else. This is an alright to get rest but not for a long term thing.

For a quick overnight this is a good hotel. There is no closet, or iron, and the pillows leave a lot to be desired. However if it is just a quick stay or you are trying to save money it's good. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the highway with easy access to just about everything. Very nice. Have stayed there before and it was good then too. This time though, I couldn't get the internet to work and the air conditioning unit was not working. They had just cleaned the carpets so I was thinking it just needed to be reset after being unplugged or something. I could have said something to them and I know they would have fixed it but […] the room was comfortable enough without that. They stock you up with plenty of towels and coffee and tea in room. No microwave but there is one in breakfast are I'm sure you can use anytime. The breakfasts are good and plentiful. Waffles, yogurt, muffins, juices, milk and more. You can have all you want. Sewage issues, problems with duplicate room keys. The toilets had difficulty flushing completely. A non-employee was wondering around with some sort of "pass key" accessing my room at least!

When I booked this room I called and Requested 3 Months in advance a room so I would not have to walk that far due to Limited Walking Problem (bad knees) I got the farthest room away that they could give me (was told at Desk all they had left since I got there after 9PM) and the Internet never did work

Someone said that the hotel was not good because it has bad old smell with smoking. However, i experienced it is not worse than i heard. It was really clean and no smoking smell. I was satisfied.

I thought the rooms were very dated. The outter apperance was nice but did not match the inside. It was so close to the frwy that you could hardley sleep for all the noise. but staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and it served its purpose.

We stayed at this hotel in the 1990's and were pleased with it. However, it has gone way downhill. The service was minimal--and the person at the counter announced my room number as she gave it out. The bathroom was not clean. A Texas sized cockroach greeted us upon awakening, dropping from the ceiling into our suitcase. Breakfast was minimal. It seemed to be ok at first, but I booked through Hotels.com. My room was on the first floor, adjacent to the stairs. All I could hear all night was the thumping of what sounded like someone above me jumping up and down on floor! As it turned out, it was the people dragging luggage up the stairs. Stair by stair! I'm guessing they do not have an elevator! […] Just don't get that room and you will probably be fine. Also, there was a roach in the tub in the morning and there was no hair conditioner nor enough towels for a room for two! The female at the front desk at check in was rude and not friendly. She has tattoos on her neck not a professional look for hotel. breakfast was great to stay was great

The room had a musty smell in it and the bathroom was so small the door would barely clear the toilet. The desk personell were very friendly. It is conveinent if you need to be by the college.
