Pleasantly surprised to how close this hotel was to the stadium. and the bar/restaurant was historic, we loved the atmosphere!

We got a great deal on Hotels.com but parking was not included. I felt like $25 was a bit high, $15 would have been perfect. Other than that- the place, location & service were amazing.

I was traveling for work (of course, always trying to make some time for pleasure as well), and the Omni far surpassed my expectations. I am not someone who normally needs a great deal of assistance when I am at a hotel, but this time I happened too -- and was greeted with extremely helpful, friendly staff at every turn. I needed to print and copy some […] documents I'd forgotten about, which was taken care of extremely quickly for me. I also learned about joining the benefits club of theirs at no cost, and was able to get my suit pressed, get free internet, and had a lovely coffee and newspaper delivered to my room for free in the morning. The shuttle driver was great, Mark, I believe. And the evening manager, Michelle, was wonderful, despite being very busy. The room was lovely, and I could even see a bit of the Arch. Had a great time in St. Louis and the staff at the Omni was very helpful and friendly. Which made it even better. There are several great restuarants within walking distance that they recommended. Will stay there again.

Love the historic features of the hotel !! The sound of the AC/heat running was kind of annoying. But the bed was comfy,water pressure was fine, room service was fast and friendly , and the valet service was nice considering finding parking down town can be a headache. I have become a regular at the Omni Majestic and will stay nowhere else in St Louis. The rooms are always clean and quite comfortable. The staff is accommodating and helpful. They consistently cater to my requests and needs. As a woman traveling alone, I always feel safe there and appreciate the quietness of my room.

The hotel itself was nice--small and historic and close to pretty much everything we wanted to do. We went for our anniversary trip, expecting to have some privacy, quiet and relaxation. They have a complementary shuttle that is supposed to run every 10 minutes, they said, or 20 minutes max. The room was great & the staff went above our expectations. We had mentioned we were taking a mini-getaway (the first since our honeymoon) and the staff sent us a bottle of champagne. We had a very nice stay at the Omni Majestic. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful when we had questions. The bar pours a good, strong drink! The beds are large (we got a king) and very comfy. We opted to do our own on-street parking and our vehicle was ok all weekend. I had joined their loyalty program (which was […] free to sign-up), so we had free wi-fi and morning drinks delivered to our room. There were just a few things that were not great about the room. The bathroom (especially the toilet/shower area) are pretty small, but I do understand that the Omni Majestic is a historic hotel, so that can't be helped. The tvs were ok, but the reception was fairly poor. Maybe I'm spoiled by HD at my own home, but ugh! We were in town for an NFL game and the walk to the Edward Jones dome took only about 5 minutes, which was really nice. I would hope that next time I stay in a hotel with dogs, the receptionist would know not to book my room next to a someone who has one. The dog barking at night was horrible. Otherwise, ok.

When the staff found out my husband was in the military we received chocolate covered strawberries and champagne delivered to our room, free of charge. While the staff was wonderful, this is an older hotel and the room did not meet expectations for the price. The air conditioning system did not work; […] no matter how long it stayed on or how low the temperature was set the room temperature did not change. We were also charged $10 a day for using the Wi-Fi. This charge was not listed on any information we were given nor was it listed on the hotel log-in page, we only found out when we looked at our final bill. It is a nice hotel, but it is definitely an older hotel. The location is good, and the staff were friendly. Overnight parking is $25--when I called, they told me that there was street parking, but they failed to mention that the free overnight street parking ended at 7am.

We understand that you get what you pay for. I was just surprised that the door of the room is almost right next to the bed I sleep in. So there is not a hall way to lead to the bed. Lovely, 'botique-style', small hotel. VERY personal service. Comfortable beds/linens/pillows. QUIET- Close walk to everything we needed. Great restaurant around the corner. Expedia revealed that they had booked me at the Omni, and after my stay, I was extremely pleased. The staff was beyond accommodating, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. We were able to park on the street across from the hotel for our stay, and so did not have to pay for parking. Cheap, clean, well taken care of.

The only down fall to the hotel is the parking. There is no overnight parking around the hotel so you have to pay the $25/day for valet.
