Very clean, very quiet, the breakfast was way beyond my expectations. I will definitely go back!

Our stay at the hotel was great. The room was clean, the staff super friendly and helpful. We were right next to everything including the highway. Although we thought we might hear noise from the highway...we heard nothing and slept great. We are planning to stay there on our next trip. Oh and the hot tub after a day on shopping was wonderful!

Very satisfied overall... Clean, people are polite and attentive.the kids loved the pool and the relaxing area. I would go back anytime.

It was a very good stay :) The only negative point is that we were the room next to the elevator, so we heard it all night.The rest was awesome

For the breakfast, it was very light, not enought choice for eating, in the morning for Sunday, somebody told us it was possible to have eggs and something else, but it was to late to order, we just finish eating. So maybe it could be announce .

I was very pleased with our clean, quiet, comfortable room, very large warm indoor pool and hot tub. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's located right between all major shopping. Would recommend staying here. The only thing that I wish would have been different is the continental breakfast that's included. The hotel was well equiped with a lounge, dinning area, and pool. The rooms were clean and in good repair. I was close to my appoinment at the airforce industrial park and slept well the night before. For the price and area it was more than I expected.

Everything was fine, clean, comfortable, nice pool, etc. Only comment I have is that bathroom was small and lighting poor for applying makeup. Will book again.

I love the holiday inn plattsburgh thats why i always book for myself and my husband every summer. This was the first time I recommended my sister and her child to stay over school break but was so disappointed . The hot tub was not working, the mattress double beds (two) were so poor non of the 3 of us sleeped a wink.. and they were very disappointed […] with the breakfast selection. the hotel is OK. However, I wonder if anybody in the hotel business could get a better airconditioning equipment that is quiet., most of the hotels install a old style airconditioning which makes tremendous noise at night. There on business. Hotel was centrally located and clean. The staff I encountered were pleasant and friendly. The bar/restaurant was pretty good too!! Had daily specials and a decent menu choice. Only downside, I left my face cleanser behind and it's gone forever!!

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the water was warm. I always try the Holiday Inn first whenever I travel and so far I am always very satisfied. I would definitely recommend and go back.

The room I was staying in was right next to the elevator and it kept me up all night. Everything else was great, just the noise was disturbing.

Hotel had all we needed, however, the elevator was down and was not expected to be fixed while we were there. Carrying our luggage up 4 flights was not what we expected to do at 10 o'clock at night. Also was a little confused with the breakfast offered. We paid for the hot breakfast, but found a continental offered (we were not aware). This was hotel #3 on my vacation, and I must say it was the best of the 3..The front desk help was very nice. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and it was close to all the sights that I wanted to see. I stayed at the hotel because I was visiting SUNY Plattsburgh. It's a little over a mile to the campus. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

It was great the room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and it was clean. We had stayed the night before at the Sheraton in Burlington, this was a much better experience and much cheaper. I would highly recommend it.

My major complaint has to do with the breakfast. It is supposed to be until 10:30 but they began clearing everything as soon as we sat down (at 10:05.) By 10:10 the juices were being cleared; I had to get my coffee in the back... my son's cereal - I had to get it in the back room. Utensils... Gone... plates... Gone! Napkins... Gone!!! I had to ask for […] everything! I kept looking at my watch thinking it was really late, but it was barely past 10:10. We were supposed to be ther to relax and have a little bite & drink before starting our day, instead we felt rushed and felt as though we were annoying the girl that was clearing everything right in front of us.
