Đặc điểm của khách sạn.
Vivanta by Taj - President có dịch vụ spa trọn gói, câu lạc bộ sức khỏe và bể bơi ngoài trời. Có sẵn truy cập Internet không dây ở các khu vực công cộng (có tính phí). Khách sạn 5 sao này có các tiện nghi hạng thương gia bao gồm trung tâm thương mại phục vụ 24 giờ, phòng họp nhỏ và quầy trợ giúp kỹ thuật. Tùy chọn ăn tại khách sạn này bao gồm 3 nhà hàng cùng với cửa hàng cà phê, quầy bar bên bể bơi và quầy bar/phòng chờ. Khách sạn phục vụ bữa đón tiếp miễn phí vào một số ngày. Nhân viên có thể thu xếp Trợ giúp du lịch/vé, dịch vụ đám cưới và phục vụ đồ ăn cho sự kiện. Các tiện nghi bổ sung bao gồm dịch vụ spa, phòng hoặc trung tâm thể dục thẩm mỹ, và phòng xông hơi. Phòng khách có quang cảnh biển hoặc thành phố . 292 phòng nghỉ được trang bị điều hòa nhiệt độ tại Vivanta by Taj - President bao gồm Trạm nối iPod và két đặt được máy tính xách tay. 32-inch TV LCD được trang bị kênh truyền hình cáp phải trả tiền, máy nghe đĩa DVD và phim phải trả tiền. Tất cả phòng ở có bàn, ghế làm việc và điện thoại liên lạc trực tiếp với thư thoại. Có truy cập Internet tốc độ cao có dây và không dây (có tính phí). Có sẵn danh sách gối. Tất cả phòng ở có tủ lạnh, quầy bar nhỏ và máy pha cà phê. Phòng tắm có vòi hoa sen với vòi hoa sen cầm tay và vòi tắm. Phòng tắm còn có cân, áo choàng tắm và gương trang điểm/cạo râu.Các tiện nghi bổ sung bao gồm báo miễn phí và máy pha cà phê/trà. Ngoài ra, các tiện nghi phục vụ theo nhu cầu bao gồm bộ đồ giường rất ít khả năng gây dị ứng và điện thoại đánh thức. Dịch vụ đầu hôm được cung cấp hàng tối và có sẵn dịch vụ giữ nhà hàng ngày. Nâng cấp tất cả phòng khách được hoàn thành vào Tháng Mười 2010.
Tùy theo chính sách riêng mà khách sạn có thể thu phí thêm người với mức phí khác nhau.

Khách sạn này tham gia ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard, chương trình chứng nhận của bên thứ ba được kiểm chứng độc lập. Colaba, situated at the southernmost tip of Mumbai, is one of the most exciting places in the city. Colaba Causeway is a tourist hub which runs parallel to the Gateway of India, which has always been a hot vacation destination. When in Colaba, visit the Prince of Wales Museum and the Regal Cinema, one of the few old movie theatres in service in the city of Mumbai. There are numerous shops and sidewalk stalls that deal in costume jewellery, t-shirts, low-priced leather goods, semi-precious stones, authentic Indian ware, as well as Kashmiri carpets and shawls. It's best to visit several shops while exploring all of the opportunities for a good deal and negotiating on price. The causeway is also lined with food kiosks, restaurants, and cafes. Leopold's Cafe & Bar and Cafe Mondegar are some the most famous restaurants in this area.

I am writing this review for the Westerners and Single Woman’s travelers’ perspective only. My room was 513 double bed- very comfortable. This hotel was a fantastic. It is not directly on the beaten track but minutes away from it. It is well secured (at times too much I think). The staff are top notch professionals and try their best to meet your needs. […] I arrived in Mumbai at the crack of dawn literally (0600). I had informed hotel.com that I would need a very early AM check in since I knew my flight would be very early. The front desk clerk did mention the time of check in but once I showed her my hotel.com paperwork mentioning I need an early check in. She immediately processed me and off I was to my new room without any further discussion and delay. I was orientated to the room and TV etc which I felt was a great touch for many hotels assumes you know how to use lights and TV converters. How did I get to the hotel? I used the prepaid airport service. Once you disembarked, go the popular PREPAID TAXIS desk. There you show them or tell them your name of the hotel. The write on a slip and price it out. You pay them only!!!! Once you get to the set hotel, it is your choice to tip the taxis driver or not. Please note they drive crazy and at times just close your eyes. They may drive crazy according to our rules on the road but you never come close to hurting anything/anybody but it does seem like you will….lolol. The cost for me was 500 rupees and I gave the driver a tip for he sure drove well… Overall no regrets despite the negative stereotypes we westerner like to think about developing countries. Also, get more than one quote for hiring any taxis to drive you around. They need the business. If you like the driver **** gets his business card*** and use him if needed throughout your stay. i love this hotel so much. near to everything especially colaba street market!! the best place to bargain for shopping. and this hotel is near to tourist place like marive drive, getaway of india and others. their staffs are so friendly, delicious breakfast, complimentary drinks for guest and i was so suprised when they gave me a yellow rose... i feel […] so comfortable to stayed in this hotel. very cozy place, and don't worry about the safety, because they are so strict about this. "vivanta business hotel"
The hotel is perfect for business and short stays but i would suggest to make the internet access available for any room free of charge and raise your rate a bit thats will save alot if hassel trying to connect to the internet when urgently needed.

The staff are extremely helpful. We checked out of the hotel very earlier and stupidly left our passports, a significant amount of sterling and an i pod in the hotel safe ... which was open! We realised out awful mistake when on a train half way to Goa. We telephoned the hotel the staff retrieved our things and held on to them until we were able to […] return to the hotel five days later. They were amazing. Easily one of the best hotels in the world. The staff is extremely helpful. Everything is exceptionally good. I always stay there when I am in Mumbai because of the quality of the room, the food and the exceptional staff.

Excellent hotel and service. Was travelling through india for 3 months and just arrived in Mumbai from Australia. Wanted to stay in a decent hotel at the start of my journey, so booked into Taj. Guy at business centre was very helpful in organising my mobile phone and broadband setup. Nice personal touches such as mint with room service and orchids […] as part of housekeeping. Only negative comment was, I called the day before to tell them I will be arriving early morning and they changed my check in time to 9am. Did not mention any extra charges. When I arrived the lady at the counter said I have to pay extra 5000rupees for early check in. She also mentioned I have been upgraded to deluxe room as complimentary. My room was standard as booked. When I checked with the hotel about the extra charge they checked and said that's incorrect. She needs to know her stuff Đọc thêm
"Average hotel"
For the price I would say it's expensive. I would rather stay at the Taj Land's End for a few more dollars, which has better location and is a much nicer experience. If you want to stay in Colaba, its a good hotel, I wouldnt say the best.

A really outstanding hotel, the staff could not have been more helpful. In addition the eating and drinking facilities were first class. We really enjoyed as well our time in the Jiva Spa.

The Taj hotel staff was very helpful in helping me make arrangements for my city tour in Mumbai, and overall was very pleasant and professional. The gym equipment was excellent, and the trainer was very helpful in demonstrating how to properly use the equipmen. Highly recommend a stay at the Taj president if you are in Mumbai.
"Great, just watch b/c I was charged twice"
Great stay, really pretty impeccable (for someone who hasn't been in five star hotels--it was just a gift). BUT, Hotels.com charged me, AND the Taj President charged me. I just got off the phone w/folks at the Taj, and they said they would refund me, but I explicitly asked them when checking out to make sure I wouldn't be charged twice, and they said […] that Hotels.com was just holding my money and wouldn't charge my card--they were wrong, and hopefully i will see my Taj refund shortly. "the Taj President in Mumbai - a complete oasis"
the Taj President was a glorious oasis from the discomforts of Mumbai. Although the Taj Palace is better located, has the heritage and wow value and is more plush, the Taj President is a fantastic 5 star hotel offering world class facilities, nice touches and impeccable service, and I would unreservedly recommend it

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, der Zustand der Zimmer sowie der Einrichtungen ist aber gewöhnungsbedürftig, in Indien aber kein Einzelfall bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie, somit alles ok, kann es weiterempfehlen Aufenthalt: 13.2.12-16.2.12

Vil til en hver tid anbefale dette hotel. Fantastisk personale! God pool og godt gym. Værelserne lækre og der er rainshower i den meget rummelige brusekabine. Super mad og tre restauranter at vælge i mellem. Morgenmaden er god, men der kan godt blive trængsel og en del støj.
